After lunch, we arranged some free activities , such as singing, dancing and game playing. We returned at 5:00 pm. 把自己关在家里一天，晚上吃完晚饭，洗了个澡，去海边散了散步。夜里风停了，海面上静静的，只有穿梭的渡船。海里浮着几个灯塔，一闪一闪。

看到海，心里舒服了很多，从小在海边长大，对海有一种特殊感情。以前读高中的时候，每当考试之前，我都会到海边坐一会;考大学的前一天晚上，也到海边走了走，调节一下自己的情绪;后来去了外地读大学，每当乘火车回青岛或者离开青岛，总要去海边看看，看看家乡的海，闻一闻海的味道;再后来再外地工作，每当看到家乡的海，就会觉得好亲切。

面对大海，向大海诉说着自己的心情，海以他独特的宽广和博大的胸怀，倾听着，用他美妙的浪声抚慰着我脆弱的心灵。大海告诉我，即使风再大，浪再大，也要在最深处保持一份平静，那才是博大，才是力量。大海告诉我，即使水手永远的长眠在这里，勇敢的人们也不会永远消沉下去，人们会继续乘风破浪，勇往直前。大海告诉我，在海的那边有人在等着我，那人会因为我而伤心失眠，会因为我的不开心而失落，那人会时时刻刻的想着我。
