每当有远客到家乡时，家乡的气氛就变得热闹多了，热情的家乡人会用家乡特色的食物来招待客人们。这一道菜品尝出了家乡人的热情，那一道菜品尝出了家乡人的朴实。家乡人招待客人是毫不怠慢的，即使是微小的细节也要求做的非常精致。远客返乡的时候，家乡人会亲自送几样家乡的特产，像苹果干，苹果酒，苹果醋之类的，我想家乡人的情意一定传达到远客的心里了。

家乡人互帮互助是我们生活中的小插曲。要是有谁家需要帮忙，不管是熟悉的还是不熟悉的，大家都会不约而同的帮忙。我们大家就像一家人一样。

在我们家乡中有一所老年公寓，在那里有许多年长的人，因为儿女大多在外地工作，所以我家乡朴实的人肩负起照顾他们，帮助他们的义务。每当我来到这所公寓时，感到的是温馨，看到的是老年人的笑容。有的人陪他们散步，有的人陪他们聊天，还有一些有才艺的人把他们的才艺表演给老人，给大家都带来了欢乐。大家都其乐融融，对公寓里的老人的那份情、那份爱就像对自己的亲人似的，我也情不自禁地融入其中，成为敬老者之一。老吾老以及人之老，幼吾幼以及人之幼。尊老爱幼是中华民族的传统美德，让我们继续把它发扬光大，成为敬老爱幼中的一分子吧。

Our English Teacher Our English teacher， Ms Huang， came to our school in 1970. She has been an English teacher for more than 30 years. She works hard and has been a model teacher for many years. She is kind and friendly to us after class， but She is rather strict with us in class. She always encourages us to speak and read more English.

She often says，"Practice makes perfect." She is good at teaching and tries her best to make every lesson lively and interesting. She often gives us slide shows， teaches us English songs and helps us to put on short English playS. She is not only our teacher but also our friend. We all respect and love her. Tomorrow she is going to attend an important meeting， at which she will be given a medal for her advanced deeds.

我们的英语老师黄老师是我们的英语老师，她1970年来到我们学校，已经当了30多年的英语老师。她工作努力，多年来一直是模范教师。

课下，她对我们很友善，但课堂上却对我们要求很严。她经常带鼓励我们多说多读英语，常常说“熟能生巧”。

她教得很好而且尽可能使每节课都上得生动有趣。她常给我们放幻灯片，教我们唱英语歌曲，还帮助我们排演英语小话剧。

她不仅是我们的老师，同时又是我们的朋友，我们都尊敬和爱戴她。

明天，她将出席一个重要会议，而且由于她的先进事迹将在会上受到表彰。

家乡的桥大都是石桥，造型却千姿百态。最简单的是过户桥，一块长石板搁两端，把两户人家连起来；最漂亮、最有气派的数单拱桥，桥洞和它的倒影像一个很大很大的圆饼，两边有几十级台阶缀上去形成一个大“八”字。晚上，明月高挂的时候，你撑条小船穿梭其间那光影，就好像到了嫦娥的月宫，寻找那古老的传说。

家乡的桥名字美极了，巍峨耸立的立交桥、历史悠久的文昌桥、回旋别致的九曲桥。

家乡的桥是我的游乐园，如果到了炎热的夏天，我和妈妈就在桥上聊天、散步……我们把桥当做舞台，说成语、讲故事……有的时候我们在桥头上玩耍，实在玩累了，荡一条小船进桥洞，展开四肢平躺，那凉丝丝的风轻轻荡漾着水波，转眼间就把你送入甜甜的梦乡。
