接下来就是和面了。外婆在面粉里加上适量的水和碱使劲地揉。面团和好后，外婆将面团搓成粗粗的条状，然后切成大小一致的小面团，在案板上上下移动面条，边移边切，以免切出来的面团粘连。接着用擀面杖将面团压成一张张面皮。整个过程如行云流水般一气呵成，我在一旁不由得惊叹外婆娴熟的手艺和速度。外婆也不无得意地说：“别看外婆年纪大，这速度可决不会比小年轻慢哦。”

开始包馅了。外婆把肉馅挑起放在面皮中间，再将面皮轻轻合拢，一边合一边捏，很快一个包子就成型了，边上出现了一圈大小一致的褶子，像展开的花瓣一样，真好看!

总算开始蒸包子了，等待的过程漫长难捱。我在旁边不停地转悠，从蒸笼里发出包子香味，早已让我按捺不住。外婆见我猴急的样子，慈爱的刮着我的鼻子笑眯眯地说：“瞧把我家的小馋猫给急成啥样了。”火候差不多了，外婆用筷子夹了一个给我先尝尝。我迫不及待地一口咬下去，外婆心疼地说：“慢点慢点，别烫着，别急!”

于是我情不自禁的欣赏起雪景来，那满天飞舞的雪花如同成千上万个调皮捣蛋的孩子正在追逐嬉戏。又如同不可计数个小天使正窥视着人间。又如同无数洁白无瑕的小白花正在跳着优美的舞蹈，有的小雪花依依不舍的落到了地上，房顶上如同盖了一层毛毯，有的雪花如同正在进行着一场激烈的跑步比赛，他们个个都争先恐后，不甘示弱，你追我赶，活像一匹匹骏马冲出起跑线，令人赏心悦目，赞叹不已。有的雪花喜欢温馨的绿色，便落到了树叶上，树叶也穿上了冬装，有的雪花喜欢褐色，便落到了房屋上，使人身临其境，各种各样的赞叹声不绝于耳。

我迫不及待的走在上学的路上冰凉的小雪花香倾听一样飞入我的双眼，凉凉的，使人感到深深的寒意，我用双手拢住小雪花，但到我的手中时却变成了一颗颗晶莹剔透的水珠如同一双双眼睛，又如同一颗颗无价之宝。不知不觉便来到了学校，同学们都不约而同的聚精会神的注视着窗前的雪花，真是引人入胜。是我们不由自主的想窗口望去，太壮观了。我喜欢下雪。

在故乡，冬天的夜里，当你正要进入梦乡的时候;当你睡意正浓的时候;当你正在梦中畅游的时候——风吹落了老树上最后一片叶子，唯有青松正与大地一同迎接着雪花的妆扮。接着，雪花纷纷扬扬的飘落了、飘落了，似仙女的轻纱渐渐飘落在屋脊上、树梢上、广阔无垠的大地上、已结了薄冰的湖面，一切都覆盖着一层洁白无暇的雪屑，在夜光中晶莹闪烁。

这是在画里吗?还是在梦中?不，这怎么会是在梦里?梦中怎会有如此美丽的雪景呢?雪花一刻不停的飘落着、一刻不停地飘落下来，掩盖了世间万物、即使是肮脏的泥潭也变得纯洁美丽。
