为使学生了解高中英语学习特点，在四节指导课中我以写作指导贯穿始终，通过听说读写训练，开阔视野，激发英语学习兴趣。通过语言实践，培养学生运用语言的能力，并运用已知的语法知识发现错误，纠正错误。帮助他们树立信心，从容应对新学期，新学习，新挑战。引导学生运用英语进行交流，写作，并且有意识的进行自我修正，培养发现问题，分析问题，解决问题以及自主学习的能力。

4节课内容初步安排如下：

第一节课

听说训练:以新学期，新环境为主题，师生互动，相互了解，鼓励学生大胆开口用英语进行交流，教师适时提供句型表达使交流内容丰满。

第二节课

说写训练：以新环境为主题，让学生了解修文及修文中学的概况，和学生一起讨论描述地点的有用表达，引导学生写一篇介绍修文中学的短文。

写后任务：

将写作评价表(自我评价和同伴评价)发给学生，指导如何进行评价，要求第二天交。

第三节课

短文改错解题指导。结合学生写的文章，找出常犯的错误，提前打印好有语病的句子，共同分析错误原因。

第四节课(讲座)

英语书面表达要注意的几个问题(主要结合高考评卷中反映出的学生答题出现的突出问题，提出平时学生在书面表达训练中应该强化训练的方向，应该积累的知识等等)

四节课的指导收到了较好的效果，学生从不愿意开口讲英语到能够比较积极的参与课堂活动，能够比较认真的完成布置的任务，大部分学生英语写作能力较好。

但是，在教学中也暴露出了他们的一些不足：

1. 学习的主动性和积极性还有待大大提高，良好的学习习惯还有待养成。比如在课堂上教师所讲的内容大部份学生还没有形成及时记笔记的习惯，老师提醒记下来才动笔，没有记完全的内容课后也不会找其他同学的笔记补充完整;老师要求上交的学习任务只有一半的学生能够按照规定时间上交，其余的是拖延一天才完成，学习上的紧迫感和竞争意识不强。

2.自主学习能力和合作学习需要花很大功夫培养。可能因为初中的学习多数时间都是在完成老师的任务，按照老师的要求做，很少有自己的“主见”，所以遇到放手自己安排学习和同伴合作时就无所适从，做得很不好。而到了高中学习阶段，这两方面的能力不能大幅度提高的话，学习的效果不会太好。

3.课外知识严重匮乏。主要体现在老师问到很多常识绝大多数学生都不知道。以往的学习还是只停留在书本知识上，可见有用的课外书的阅读量太少，知识面太窄。

这些不足将会严重影响他们今后学习迅速的提高，在今后的教学当中要针对性的，有目的的进行训练，要想又快又好的出成绩，老师的任务任重道远。

当旅行成为一种流浪，我们便把生活看成是一种生命的真实。记得余秋雨曾经说过：流浪是一种告别，告别的原因，有的付诸言表，有的则难以言表，真正的流浪大多属于后者，被迫言表，只是搪塞。我想：就这样一直简单地流浪，这也是一种生活的方式与状态吧！其中的寂静欢喜，安然于心，会让人很惬意。

有时候我们总向往那种结伴而行的旅行，一路花开，一路欢歌，这样在旅途中就不会感到孤寂。但或许一个人的旅行，更能让我们学会成长。有人说寂寞是心灵的慎独，女孩因优秀而寂寞，男孩因寂寞而优秀。当你一个人背着旅行包，踏着坚实的脚步，走向未知的远方时，也许我们会触景生情，也许我们会黯然神伤，但这些也许是生命的必然。

当你度过了这段所谓艰辛的旅程。你也许会突然顿悟：原来一切已注定，而在不经意间学会成长，学会坚强。就像茶叶，如果没有水的浸泡，它只能蜷缩一隅。而我们如果没有命运的冲刷，人生只会索然寡味。那就把一个人的旅行当作一次灵魂的释然与自我心灵的对话。那时我们就能坦然接受前行路上的风雨跋涉。

The benefit of volunteering

As we all know, volunteering has a meaningful and positive impact on the community you serve and the people you help. In the meanwhile, it can have many benefits for you, too. In my opinion, there are two reasons to

volunteer: feel good about yourself while helping others; build your portfolio.

On one hand, volunteering makes you feel good about yourself on a purely selfish level. There are few things more satisfying than helping people. Hammering nails on a new home while the owner beams with pride right next to you is an amazing feeling. Walking or running to raise funds for a cause close to your heart helps to give you a sense of purpose and helps you realize just how lucky you are. As a volunteer, you will gain new perspective, for it’s so easy for us all to get a little too wrapped up in our own lives. On the other hand, from a professional standpoint, volunteering is a great way to add to your portfolio. From press releases to design pieces, from public speaking to fundraising,

you will have the opportunity to build your portfolio. This is especially beneficial for students or young professionals, although all of us should continually work on building our portfolios.

Apart from the benefits of building up your confidence and making your portfolio better, there are probably many other benefits you will find in your volunteer work. So it is time for you to participate in more volunteer work to help others as well as help yourselves.

When I was a primary school student, my family and I took a trip to five cities which were in the south of China.

First, we came to Nanjing by plane. That was the first time I had taken the plane and it took us an hour and a half to get there. We arrived in Nanjing in the morning. At 11:30 we went to a restaurant to have lunch. The food tasted delicious. In the afternoon we went to “Zhongshanling”. It was the place that preserve the tomb of Mr. Sugshan.

The next day, we came to Wuxi and then Suzhou where we visited the region of rivers and lakes of “周庄”. It was a beautiful and old place. The house there were along the river and the women always washed clothes at the bank.The fourth day, we came to Hangzhou where We visited “The West Lake. It was very beautiful and the water was clear . As we all know, Hangzhou is famous for silk and tea, so we bought some beautiful silk and famous tea of “龙井”.The last place that we visited was Shanghai. It was one of the biggest city is China. The night view in Shanghai was more beautiful than Beijing. We visited the TV tower of “东方明珠”. It was the third tallest tower in the world. Standing in the tower you could see the whole city. In the evening, we lived in a hotel with 25 floors. I was very excited that evening.

This trip took us seven days and we went back to Beijing by plane. The plane was very very big. There were three engine rooms. I felt happy and I would never forget the trip.

Everyone has a list of destinations they promise themselves to visit during their lifetime. People travel for endless reasons, whether its to experience different cultures, see natural wonders of the world, or learn about heritage. All these ideas are exciting options, because in every situation, you will be exposed to something unfamiliar and life-changing.

I recently had a discussion with someone about my study abroad experience. They listened as I recounted my explorations around Italy and my additional travels. "I would love to do something like that," they said, "but I feel like everyone goes to Europe now. Its not really that unique anymore".

My answer: absolutely not. Reading travel blogs and staring at photographs is helpful and enjoyable, but nothing close to actually experiencing that place. The truth is, every new destination is unique, and its nearly impossible to make a "wrong" decision.

我的答案是：大错特错。读旅行博客、看照片都很有帮助，也很有乐趣，但跟亲身经历绝对不一样。其实每个新目的地都很独特，选择任何目的地都不会错。

It is important to focus on your own personal journey, not the experience of others. Every city, state, and country, has thousands of different things to offer. The places you will visit all have fascinating people, delicious different kinds of food youve never tried before, and unbelievable history that will blow your mind. Traveling will nevertheless change you and leave an imprint on the way you see the world - no matter where you go.

Whether the destinations we desire are seemingly simple or seemingly obscure in the eyes of others, every experience has its own unique value. Keep your adventures authentic while also utilizing the opinions and advice of others. In every new destination, you will find a new part of yourself. Truly, no destination is the wrong place to go.

It was already late when we set out for the next town, fifteen miles away on the other side of the hills. It got dark soon; we drove fast along the narrow winding road that led to the hills. Our meal finished very soon. I went to sleep at once. But my companion Bill who was a poor sleeper went for a walk up the hills. Then we went back to the luggage, loaded the car again and set off down the hill. We reached the town less than a quarter, and found a hotel quite easily.

How an exhausting day!

多么疲惫的一天啊!

暑假，我来到美国，参加了名叫Casticamp的夏令营，那里的活动多姿多彩，这一天，夏令营组织我们来到海滩游玩。

老师把我们分成4个小组，我们陆续上车了。车开了，学校离我们越来越远，直到被小树丛遮起来。我们慢慢离开了市区，大大小小的房子不见了，换做波光粼粼的湖水，阳光照射着湖面，发出耀眼的光芒；湖上时不时能看见一只只行驶的小船，它们的速度慢极了，船桨划过湖水，留下一道道波纹。过一会，绵绵不断的山峰又挡住了湖。这些山上都是绿色的植物，大树一个紧挨着一个，不留任何空隙，根本看不到地，像是只用绿色渲染，不用墨线勾勒的中国画一样，山和天的交界处没有确切的线条，却十分清晰，这是大自然的鬼斧神工，人类怎么也没法创造出如此美丽的风景。渐渐地，山峰上出现了一个个房子，它们都躲在树丛中，像是在和你玩捉迷藏。房子越来越多，山越来越平，直到变成了一个在海边的小村庄…呀，海边？我们到啦！

我想象着海滩：美丽的大海，温暖的沙滩，耀眼的阳光…真是等不及啦！但是一下车，我们就被一阵阵风吹的瑟瑟发抖，云挡住了太阳，同学们纷纷论：“诶！这是海边吗？怎么这么冷？”“我早上白涂了2层防晒霜！”“我带墨镜和泳衣是干嘛的？”刚开始，大家都冷的不想动，但是后来，我们都适应了凉丝丝的天气，都活跃起来，有的蹚“海”，有的捡贝壳，有的玩沙子…海滩上传来许多孩子们快乐的欢笑，虽然天气阴凉，但我们的心是温暖的。正当我们玩的起劲时，老师就叫大家去吃饭了。

刚开始，Cilt（老师的助理，大家都叫她们Cilt）会给我们挤一点洗手液，洗手，然后给一个纸袋子，我们就可以自己去拿食物了。午餐并没有那么丰盛，但大家都很高兴，只有我冷的发抖，同学们见了，热情的给我拿外套，这让我感到好多了。突然一下，好像有人按下了开关，整个海滩亮起来，太阳也愿意“露脸”了，所有人瞬间欢呼起来，像我这么怕冷的人更是开心的跳了起来。我大胆地来到海水旁，观察它们涨潮、退潮、涨潮、退潮…经过观察，我发现，海退潮的时候，会留下一个个小洞，里面还在冒泡泡。出于好奇，我拿上铲子，开始跟着小洞洞挖起沙子来，我看见一个黑黑的东西，用铲子拿出来，仔细一看，发现：这是一只小螃蟹！我赶快找来一个桶，往里面倒了一点沙子，浇了一点水，把螃蟹放了进去。我就这样找起了螃蟹…我最后正想把小螃蟹带回家时，老师告诉我们了一个令我失望的消息：“不准从沙滩带任何东西家！”我虽然不太甘心，但还是把螃蟹们放回了沙子里，海洋是它们的家，老师这么做也是有道理的。美国的生态环境这么好，原来是他们的环保意识很高，我要和他们学习！

这真是有意义的一次旅行啊！
