西藏在我心中一直很神秘，这个暑假我有幸去了一次。飞机落地的那一刻，我们很兴奋并没有高原反应，随着活动越来越多，高反似乎越来越明显。第一站布达拉宫，层层叠叠，依山而建。继续前行，海拔由原来的3000多米升到了4000多米，我们都开始有了各种不同的高原反应，这种感觉每走一步就会更加严重，真是进退两难，我看到每个人都调整着呼吸、控制着走路的节奏，也不好意思打退堂鼓，咬牙坚持着，每走一步都是一种煎熬。渐渐地，不知道是已经适应了还是兴奋过头，高原反应竟然没有那么严重了。

走进日喀则，就如同走进了一座生态公园，夏日里日喀则繁花朵朵，流水潺潺，天空碧蓝如洗，好像一块蓝宝石，这里的牛羊又肥又壮，随手一拍便是绝美风景。青翠的树木镶嵌在红白相间的民居间，远处环绕着连绵起伏的群山，自在极了，小路旁随处可见的自然温泉，停下车泡泡脚绝对是一种不错的享受。

旅行，是一种心态，一种对山川河流和文化的痴迷。

适应几天后，我们来到了珠峰的脚下，准备向珠峰大本营进发，这又是一次更为严峻的挑战，徒步往上爬，虽然路程不是很远，但是举步维艰，强忍着高山缺氧剧烈头痛，坚定着心中那份信念，终于看到了5200米海拔的石碑，激动的心情溢于言表，赶紧调整状态，加快了脚步，继续爬上那最好的观景台，在那里我看到了人生中最美的日出……

的确，我们走得再多，走得再远，旅行终有结束的一天，我们还是要面对最初离开时的那一片风景。如果无法用全新的眼光看待自己曾经最想离开的地方，人生就仿佛是一个牢不可破的囚笼，那旅行还有什么意义呢？

People travel by plane, by train, by ship, by bus. For me, the best way of traveling on a summer vacation is to go on foot.
