昨天，爸爸买了一本革命英雄故事书《小英雄雨来》。我一口气，就把这本书看完了。

雨来大约12岁，是男的。他非常勇敢，因为他能冒死送信，还能机智地应付敌人，救了很多红军战士。

可是，当今的社会像雨来那样的人越来越少了。有一天，我看电视新闻里说，一位妇女被小偷抢了钱包。当时，她和小偷打起来了。后来，还来了同伙一起帮忙打，可是旁边围观的人一个也没来帮助那个女的。后来，小偷们跑了，这个女的哭了。她说：“我的钱被抢了不心疼，但我的心在痛。这么多围观的人，没有一个帮我一起抓小偷……”

是呀，如果当时雨来在旁边，看到这样的事情，他一定会帮忙的。哎，现在的人们，如果现在有雨来在那该多好啊!

《百万英镑》是马克.吐温写的一篇中篇幽默讽刺小说。本文故事是，一位公务员出海时在公海中迷了路，被救起后随船到了英国。在英国他成了流浪汉，因为一次两名富翁打赌，给他了一张100万英镑整的钞票，看他可不可以养活自己一个月。因为无法证明钞票归他所有，他一开始不敢花，后来实在饿得没有办法，拿钞票去饭店试试，结果店老板认为他是个富翁，允许他欠账，还想送给他东西，讨好他。结果他用这种方式，弄够了所有生活用品，还和别人合作赚了30万英镑。

这篇文章讽刺了那些以貌取人、见钱眼开的人。这些人见对方有钱，就甘愿为对方服务，而对于对方虚实，一概不问。他们这类人为金钱服务，信奉 “金钱万能”。这种人若变多，就会助长“金钱万能”这种社会风气的形成，金钱会异化成为人们的唯一动力。当前我们身边社会，也有这种习气的存在。从大处说，去年曾有某造纸工厂排污不达标一次用120万元买断全年的罚款，从小处说，找人办事送礼成风也是这种习气的体现。因此，我们不能信奉“金钱万能”，而且凡遇到事情，应该从本质着眼，看清事物的真相，而不应只看表面，不应盲从。

《摆渡人》是刚读完的一本英国小说。

内容讲述，一个父母离异性格内向的小女孩，独自一人坐火车去见自己的父亲，火车在通过一个隧道时失事，小女孩醒来时发现自己是这场事故的唯一幸存者。她走出隧道口，和远山坡上一直望着她的小男孩一起跨越这个荒原。

事实上，小女孩是这场事故唯一的遇难者，和小男孩相遇的是她的灵魂。

小男孩就是灵魂的摆渡者，将刚刚去世的人的灵魂从荒原摆渡到另一个世界，否则逝者的灵魂将被荒原上的魔鬼吃掉从而进入地狱加入魔鬼的群体。

故事情节颇惊心动魄，在跨越荒原的日子里，小男孩一直保护小女孩两人相依为命，产生了爱情。当小女孩跨越荒原成功摆渡到另一个世界时，因留恋小男孩而找到了回到荒原的办法再次与其相见。

当然，结局也没有让读者失望，二人一起从荒原逆行回到了人间，达到了圆满。

这个故事听起来似乎和平常我们看过的穿越剧，灵异电影相似。但当你仔细品读时，字里行间透露出我们对自己人生态度的思考。

对于死亡 ：

若人死了真有灵魂的摆渡者，那么死亡或许没那么可怕，只是离开了一个现实宇宙能看见的世界到达另一个颠沛流离的世界罢了，在那里有逝去的亲人，活着的人早晚有一天也会到来，死亡只是一个空间的跨越罢了。

曾经我读过一篇文章，是一个年岁很大的老者写的，他说若万事抱着一颗好奇的心去对待，或许就能消除恐惧。有人问老者害怕死亡吗?他说曾经很怕，因为他难以想象一个人走在死亡边缘那一刻什么感受。后来他不怕了，他很好奇那一刻的到来，他会是实践者，他要知道答案。

在我的读书生涯里，也有同学的父亲或母亲离世了，伤痛的他们我们无从安慰。一个人在接受亲人的离开时会有种崩溃的感觉。若他们能将亲人的离开看做是空间的跨越，或许心灵的伤痛会有所减轻。

以前在书上看到过这样一句话，我们每个人都来自墙上的一幅画中，只是从静态的平面跨越到动态的立体空间，如果有的人离开了，TA只是回到了那副画里而已。 当我看到这句话的时候，突然觉得特别轻松，因为那一刻开始我觉得世界没有可怕的事情，一切都是我们的心态所为，如果连死亡都不怕了，世界还有更可怕的事情吗?

看过一个访谈节目，专家说这世界有太多永远解不开的秘密。比如，人死了到底有没有灵魂，到底有没有另一个世界的存在，这没有人能亲自实践过再回头告诉世人答案。所以，大可像那位老者一样保持好奇心，亦或相信还有另一个世界的存在。

每个人都是自己心灵的摆渡人，善恶都由自己摆渡，你选择做什么性质的人，行动和意念的支配都由你。消极的情绪，萎靡的状态，自私，凶恶，冲动，没自信等等负面的标签你可以往身上贴，最后形成一个糟糕的人这也是你自己造成的。我们有权摆渡自己的心灵，完美自信，积极向上，友善，宽容，高情商做到这些并不难，关键看你对生活的态度，你执念于什么，你将得到什么。

摆渡人的方向很广，你想要将自己的心灵摆渡到哪个河岸，你要做一个什么样的人，由你决定。

在小学到初中的这段历程中，我们学习了许多课文，但是有一篇课文让我油然而生了许许多多的感慨和敬佩之情，那就是《小英雄雨来》。

《小英雄雨来》这篇文章主要是讲一个小男孩，当时为了躲避日本人，来到了芦苇塘边。凶神恶煞的日本人一步步地逼近小雨来，雨来已经没有退路了，于是，就跳进水塘了。只听：“咚”的一声，小雨来像巨石沉到了水底，在一旁的日本人来到了水塘边，仔细认真的搜索了一遍，看见什么东西也没有。原来，雨来在小时候练过闭气功，这下可帮了他的一个大忙了，日本人走后，乡亲们都纷纷来到水塘边啼哭。突然，看见一颗圆圆的小脑袋伸出了水面，乡亲们看见了小雨来没有事，心中的巨石才落下。小雨来就这样躲避了日本人的追杀，后来被人们称为“小英雄雨来”。

这个故事告诉了我们：无论做什么事情，都要沉着、冷静地对待，用好的办法去解决问题。

我们在学习上也应当如此，在面对困难时，也要冷静的去面对。即使困难比高山还大，令人无法攀登，我们也要学会把大困难化成一个个小困难去解决。我相信世上没有无法登攀的“高山”。

课堂是学生获得语言知识，提高语言技能和培养语言交际能力的主要场所，因而使得教师的语言成为课堂教学的工具，又是学生学习的内容。而我们作为英语老师，感知身上压力更大。因为英语对我们来说比较是非母语，怎样才能在课堂中更准确，更流利，更自信地表达自己的想法呢?这一直是我们需要改进提高的部分——教师课堂用语。这本书的出现，真的是能使我们在短期能迅速提高，有据可依的范本。

在课堂用语的表达中，常常存在一些问题。比如，在课堂中往往表达比较随意，用语不够规范。再则，表达时词汇单调，显得乏味，不能给学生很好的丰富语言的范例。久而久之，对于学生能力的提升没有正面的帮助。正因为知道教师课堂语言的重要性，如何在这方面得以改进提高，是非常重要的!

那往往哪些因素在影响着我们教师的语言呢?首先由于教师采用的教学方法不同，每位老师的教育背景和教育理念不同，采用的教学方式也各异，因而呈现出的教学用语也不一样。其次，教师的性格，教师的情感也起到一定影响。再则，学生英语程度的高低，也会影响教师课堂用语所花时间的长短。

怎样可以帮助自己提高这方面的能力呢?首先，还是要规范自己的英语表达，先做到正确无误，不能有中式英语。尽量避免受母语的影响，在表达时，句式，语法要多吸收纯正的英语表达，使自己在课堂中能流利地表达自己的想法。

其次，要深入浅出，根据学生的年龄和知识特点，选择适合他们层次水平的语言，但要略高于学生的水平，这样有利于提高学生的能力。逐渐乃至全部使用英语去讲解新学的词汇，句子等等，让学生使用英语的能力得到提升。挖掘教材中隐性的一些话题，让学生拓展思维，去进行互动交流。

再则，教师语言要生动风趣，幽默灵活。这样的课堂，教师往往能利用自己的教育机智，让课堂变得更加活跃，消除学生的紧张情绪，创造更好的语言交流氛围。

然后，教学语言也可和板书，肢体语言相配合。让课堂中的表达更丰富，让学生更显而易见地明了自己的表达，更容易地互相交流。

接着，尽量用“积极语言”代替“消极语言”，给学生更多的鼓励与肯定，培养学生的学习积极性。每一个人都有自卑的心理，尤其是学生在回答后，如果给他太直接的否定的答案，可能会使他产生消极的学习情绪，换种表达，可能对学生来说，有意想不到的效果。

作为英语老师，我们的语言真的非常重要，相信我们多些学习，更关注下自己的课堂用语，对学生的学习起到积极的正面作用，相信他们也会更爱学英语。
