早上，当我们起床的时候，拉开窗帘，我们希望看到的是冉冉升起的太阳，温暖的阳光洒在我们的身上，欢愉，惬意，保证一天心情舒畅，吃嘛嘛香。然而现在我们看到的是雾，是霾，是满眼的灰色，打开窗户呼吸到的不是清新的空气，而是有种异味的污染物，让我们喘不过气来，似乎整个世界对于我们来说，不是我们厌倦了我们，就是我们厌倦了世界，我想很明显是前者吧。最近，雾霾成了大众名词。还没有进入深冬，北京已经出现了几次严重雾霾。甚至我们祖国的象征——天安门也是灰蒙蒙一片，不论男女老少，听到雾霾这两个字眼，都唏嘘一片。我们的天空怎么了，为什么会变成这个样子?

“雾霾”，即“雾”与“霾”的总称。就是雾和霾的总称。但是雾和霾并不是同一种物质，它们的区别是很大的。

霾，就是灰霾，也就是空气中的一些灰尘，杂物混合在一起的浑浊现象。远远望去，就像是黄山云海般，让人误以为自己身处云端。可是霾终究和云雾不同，它的危害可是不小的。大家可以想象，如果公路上一片浑浊，交通事故是不可避免。人们吸进那些有害物质对身心健康也是一种危害。霾也分很多级，有轻微霾，轻度霾，中度霾和重度霾。

在我看了新闻后，发现上海那片城市已经云雾缭绕了，却只是中度霾，可见如果是重度霾，在那一片灰蒙蒙，不见天日的场景下，会发生什么令人惊悚的事。是由空气中的水蒸气遇冷而液化成的小水滴悬浮在离地较近的空气层中而形成的，就像是地上的云，一片白茫茫。根据每次出现的雾的不同特点可以把雾分成很多种类，有辐射雾、平流雾、蒸发雾、烟雾等等。当然，它的危害也是不小的，漂流在空气中的不明物质会诱发像感冒、哮喘的症状。

雾霾，在中国是近几年的事，可是在世界，就好比说英国，早在1952年开始，英国伦敦就出现大面积的雾霾，英国是最早工业化的国家，这也不足为奇。一开始，英国并没有重视，但是之后的市民死亡率大大高于以前，这不得不令人担忧，就这样，英国伦敦开始了长达六十多年的治理。

在今年的APEC会议期间，北京市几百家企业减少甚至停止生产，目的就是为了减少污染物的排放，说是怕为了严重雾霾出现，影响中国的国际形象。还有报道说，在APEC会议期间，连习近平主席都心惊胆战的。但从另一方面也说明了一个问题，中国的雾霾问题甚是严重啊!

雾霾可谓是我们生活中一大恐怖分子，雾霾不仅会间接引发交通事故，而且还会直接导致人体虚弱，他就像是鸦片和海洛因一样，虽不会上瘾，但会引起呼吸系统或心血管系统的疾病。结合了雾和霾的所有特征的它对人体的伤害那是更加加剧了。我们都知道癌，那可是一种让人谈癌变色的不治之症啊。雾霾，还真能致癌--由许多灰尘、杂质、有毒颗粒、城市生活中的排气物质组成的雾霾，如果它经常被人吸进体内，就会引起一些疾病，癌当然是这些疾病当中的“顶级掠食者”。

雾霾，在有的时候是不会出现的。比如说，下雨天，霾都是固体，只是半径小，自然被雨水“冲刷”掉了;大风天气也不会出现雾霾。在雾霾出现的时候我们一定要先注意防护，无论老人小孩，还是什么人，都要尽量避免在雾霾天气外出，或者在雾霾情况见好转之后再外出，而且要购买具有特殊功能的口罩，来抵御雾霾。

当然，雾霾的形成也离不开生活中人们的“功劳”啊!比方说现在车辆排放的尾气，工厂生产东西时流出的大量有害气体，许多大路已经灰尘漫天相关部门却从不安排人去清理。每当过节，漫天的五颜六色的礼炮还有噼里啪啦的鞭炮声，但人们在点燃他们的时候，有没有想到过雾霾这件事。呃……或许不会吧，不然每年车辆的数量都还在不断增加啊。我想我们的环保观念是该加强了，如果人们还不重视这些，或许雾霾来临，会成为一项“自然规律”。

雾和霾分开来都那么令人畏惧，这可倒好，“溪月行遭雾雨霾”，大诗人苏轼遇到雾霾也要感叹一句，何况我们这些只能眼巴巴地遵循学校的安排的学生?早上不到六点钟起床，还要跑操，在一片灰色面前读书背诵，向老师反映老实的回答却是“今天的空气质量良，指数没爆表!”连历史老师都说我们是“活生生的吸尘器”。

因此，我倡议：从现在做起，从小事做起。少开车，换节能车，尽量乘坐公共交通。将雾霾赶出中国，感出全世界。我期待“环境优美，鸟语花香”的那一天。
