The boat festival began to fade out my mind.

作为一个中国人，我对端午节有点了解真是惭愧。也许我出生在北方城市，虽然我的城市在附近的海，它已经建立了一个U端口，我只能看到货船和无法看到席卷大海。所以我从出生起就再也没有见过龙舟比赛。所以端午节只是吃“Zong Zi”的节日。当我还是个孩子的时候，我妈妈就做了Zong Zi。因为没有超市，我们不能从市场上买到成品。然而，现在，我们可以买任何东西在超市，所以我的母亲没有让他们了。端午节开始淡出我的脑海。

在现实中，年轻人开始有了庆祝外国节日，如圣诞节、Saint Valentine节、四月的愚人节，也有些人在教堂庆祝复活节。说起端午节，它和一些国外的传统节日一样，比如捷克的女巫节。人们焚烧女巫的木偶以欢迎春天的到来。有些人愿意庆祝外国节日，因为他们喜欢异族文化。反之亦然，外国人喜欢中国也关注中国传统文化。

经过新的假期规定，端午节期间我们有三个假期。所以很多人会选择这次旅行。住在厦门的人们都能够访问霞浦或吴仪山，这些旅游景点都在福建省，这是适合短期旅行。但我想呆在家里装饰我的画。我决定画关于圣诞节的两画布，这是一个非常大的项目。然后我会把它们挂在新房子的墙上。我必须现在开始，否则我不能在圣诞节前夕完成它们。但我认为这一点很难吸引他们，在这样一个炎热的季节。

The Dragon Boat Festival is a lunar (阴历)holiday, occurring (存正)on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month (农历史五月第五天)

The Chinese Dragon Boat Festival is a significant (有意义的)holiday celebrated (庆祝)in China, and the one with the longest history (历史最悠久). The Dragon Boat Festival is celebrated by boat races (龙舟赛) in the shape of dragons. Competing teams (竞争团队) row their boats forward to a drumbeat (击古)racing to reach the finish end first.

The boat races during the Dragon Boat Festival are traditional customs (传统习俗)to attempts to (试图)rescue (搭救) the patriotic poet (爱国诗人)Chu Yuan. Chu Yuan drowned (溺死) on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month in 277 B.C. Chinese citizens now throw bamboo leaves (竹叶) filled with cooked rice into the water. Therefore the fish could eat the rice rather than the hero poet. This later on turned into the custom of eating tzungtzu and rice dumplings(棕子).

The celebrations is a time for protection (防护) from evil (邪恶) and disease (疾病) for the rest of the year. It is done so by different practices such as hanging healthy herbs on the front door, drinking nutritious concoctions (营养品), and displaying (展示) portraits (画像) of evils nemesis(邪恶报应), Chung Kuei. If one manages to (成功做...) stand (直立)an egg on its end at exactly 12:00 noon, the following year will be a lucky one.

Today is New Years day. Today Im not doing homework. I`m making dumplings.

National Teacher Day is always for our students to give our special thanks to our lovely teacher.

I still remember last year when I was feeling lost,down and out,I had no idea about about my life,my love,my study even doubt why I was here in the world.So then came so much wine ang smoke,I was tired,physical and mental.I even wanted to end my life just jumping from the top of our buliding.

Then my teacher came to me, she said she knew what I was afraid of, she aslo told me thats very common like many yong people of my age. There are many festivals in China. Among them, I like the Spring Festival most.Not only because it’s the biggest festival in the year, but also because it’s a new beginning that brings hope to people and it’s time for family gathering.Before the festival, people come home no matter where they are.Usually, we have a big dinner on the New Year’s Eve. And then families sit together and share their lives or planes.Some will play games or hang out to have some fun.
