The Olynpic Games The Olympic Games, first held in 776BC, has a history of more than one thousand yiars. The Games is held every four years. 我个人认为，因为现在学校抓升学率对老师的考核很严格，所以你的指导老师很难放开，让实习生大施手脚。这个时候我们不能抱怨，毕竟国家的教育弊端并非一朝一夕就能改变的。我们应该自己主动一些，为自己定一个小目标，自己想一些办法去适应，以达到自己的实习目的。 你不能因为指导老师的冷淡就放弃，不能因为指导老师的保守就不认真了，更不能因因为学生的冷淡或是调皮就马虎。现在是你要学知识，是你去求他们，不是他们要巴结你，你就得拿出厚脸皮的精神。我想提醒大家：无论是考研还是找工作，实践证明实习非常非常重要。反正也要花那么多时间，何不好好珍惜一下呢。如果说我们湖大毕业的师范生还找不到工作，比不上一些诸如黄冈师范等之类的二类三类学校，不知大家有何感想。一句话：心高人又懒，眼高手低！

听语文课，对于指导老师深厚的学术功底，很是佩服，越听越没底气，越听越觉得自己大学四年白混了。后来想想，其实要弥补这个缺陷并不难。第一，指导老师们教了十几年，翻来覆去就这么几篇课文，想不深厚也难啊。
