至于实用性，我个人认为：一定要孩子喜欢，有用。否则只会白白浪费孩子的精力和自己的钱财，不要一味的望子成龙或者望女成风，必须踏踏实实的去学才能学的快、记得牢。记住，学习不能一口吃个大胖子。过度学习还可能影响自己的精力，造成上课哈欠连天、思想不集中、答非所问、下课呆呆的坐着等不良后果，而且继续的话会形成恶性循环。至于课外班的作业，我个人认为也是一个麻烦的事情：写完这个班的写那个班的。这样下去会使孩子厌烦，长时间的持续还会产生叛逆心理。课外班还会引起许许多多的麻烦事，总而言之一句话：“过度地报无用处的课外班是得不偿失的!”

Thanks for your last letter. Im so glad that you have been able (at last!

) to arrange a holiday in Australia. As I fear I wont be able to meet you at

the airport when you arrive, nor will I be able to be home until later in the

afternoon, so here are some instructions and suggestions. There is a bus from

the airport to the city. It is much cheaper than a cab. Take the bus to the city

and ask to get off at Town Hall railway station. To get to my place in the

eastern suburbs you have three options. You can either take a cab, a bus or the

train. I suggest you take the train, since the airport bus will leave you right

at the station. Get off at Cliff Station. From there you can either walk to my

place (about ten minutes) or take a taxi. Probably you should take a taxi as you

will have luggage.

When you arrive at my flat, ring the intercom for Flat 2. My friend Lillian

will be at home and she will open the front door for you and let you into my

flat. Presumably you will be tired and want to sleep. But if you feel like some

exercise after that long flight, you could stroll down to Cooper Park, which is

only ten minutes away ? you can see it from the window. Cheers and looking

一推开门，你就会感到这房间充满了童趣。四周的墙壁上，贴满了各式各样、五彩缤纷的贴画，有小熊维尼的，有跳跳虎的，还有小花和蝴蝶的。一看见它们，我的心情立刻就变得开心起来。在房间中央，是我的小床，床上分别摆着三个我心爱的毛绒玩具：大熊“黑皮”，小熊“豆豆”和小象“嘟嘟”。无论春夏秋冬，唯品都要抱着它们才能入睡。贴着墙放了一排橱柜，中间的是电视机柜，两边是我的零食柜，各种各样的零食应有尽有。

在最里侧，是我和妈妈每天早上必来的梳妆台，贴着墙壁有一面镜子，桌上琳琅满目地摆放着各式各样的化妆品，每天我和妈妈都要美美地打扮一番。靠着窗户摆放的是我的书桌。书桌上放着冬天可以加入的玻璃台板，玻璃下压着我的照片。书桌旁有几个放属用的大箱子。门左边的墙，放着我的衣柜，一个季节的衣服就得装一格柜子，有时还装不下。这就是我的房间，你喜欢吗?

生活如花，万紫千红;生活如歌，美妙动听;生活如酒，芳香清醇;生活如诗，意境深远;生活如梦，缤纷多彩;生活离不开父母的种种教诲。

父母，你呵护着我，宽容却没纵容我，当我犯错时，你严厉的批评我，父母，我教会了我感谢身边的人或事，当我被帮助时，你教会了我说声谢谢，感谢他们的帮助。

上帝造就了亚当、夏娃，而你们造就了我，是你给了我生命，抚育我健康成长!

当你们牵起我的小手，带我去上学时，我既兴奋，又担心。当你们即将防开我的手时，我顿时伤心起来，我哭了，但是，你们说：“长大了，该学会独立了，就却没有抚平我心中的不安。”我还在哭泣，可是你们却“无情”的转过头，头也不回就走了。当时的我恨他们，现在的我才明白这是爱的试练。我知道，鸟儿得经过无次数地拍打才能飞翔;幼小的鹿，得经过自己的努力才能站起来;人得经过无数次的试练才能独立自主。

生活上，当我不舒服的时候，你们的一句慰问我无法不说，你们的一句话是一颗灵丹妙药，使我不活而K。当我做错时，你们仍然用微笑接受。

学习中，当我遇到困难时，你们的鼓励使我振作，，当取得成功时，你们的祝贺使我奋发图强，争取更大的进步。你们虽然没有强迫我“万般皆下品，唯有读书高”的目标，但我也会奋发图强里力争上游的。

宝剑锋从磨砺出，没有了你们的“磨砺”，就没有我这把“宝剑”。
