不用说，态度比法律更难改变。原则上，妇女的解放或平等不再是一个问题，妇女有权与男子平等竞争的工作。但在实践中，女性仍然认为是劣质不能采取了负责的工作。性歧视案件经常听到。现在市场化的经济被采用，个人的能力越来越受到重视，无论是体力还是智力，这种情况更为严重。政府再也不能影响企业的就业政策，而现在这些政策对男性申请人有利。在就业市场上，许多公司和工厂不愿意雇用女毕业生，因为他们不想花时间和金钱培训他们，而他们离开的风险，他们有孩子后，他们结婚。当就业率下降时，女工通常最先下岗。例如，在上海，许多女性工人仅仅四十多岁就被迫回家或退休。他们占了近百分之90的人失业。即使他们被允许继续工作，直到法定退休年龄，他们晋升的机会比男性同行要小得多。即使在政府，尽管它致力于妇女的平等，妇女已经取得了进展缓慢获得政治权力。在政治局常委中，没有七名妇女，没有政府部长职位的妇女。对妇女能力的怀疑深深植根于中国文化中，老实说，在我看来，女人也不比男人更有能力。但他们不得不背负着国内外的双重负担，使他们不可能充分利用他们的知识和才能。他们的大部分精力都花在了处理事业和家庭矛盾的要求。即使他们担任领导职务，他们仍有望做大部分家务活。这使得他们在工作上的时间比男人少。受自我实现和家庭责任的折磨，中国妇女总是被教导牺牲自己。

妇女自由的画面并不那么乐观。有薪产假或少数女性领导没有什么意义，对男女平等的抵制是深刻而固执的，平等是中国女性的长期目标。

本周，学校举行了盛大的英语节。本次英语节与众不同，因为新增了一个环节——“走红毯”，这是一场创意“真人秀”的活动。

成功举办这次活动可不容易。要知道，老师们为此辛辛苦苦地筹备。同学们也不例外：大家都忙着购买“红毯战袍”，妈妈还特意为我准备了一套“诸葛亮古袍”。

英语节那天，同学们有的穿蜘蛛侠，有的穿皮卡丘，还有的穿自己“制作”的衣服。不少同学为此“撞衫”。意想不到的是，我穿的三国军师服居然也会撞衫……于是，早自习变成了自我展示秀，许多同学在炫耀自己的服装；于是，早锻炼也成为了“舞会”：所有学生与自己身后的人手拉手跳舞。有男女跳，有女与女跳，甚至还有男与男跳，大家其乐融融，非常开心。当然，当天上课照常，虽然同学还在走回味走红毯的激动，但没有人像老僧入定一样发呆，影响学习。

欢快的时光总是那么短暂，转眼间，为期一周的英语节结束了。接着就是紧张的期末复习，我相信，同学们经过努力领到成绩单后的心情会像今天一样欢快！

她是坚强的，不管受到了怎样的困难，她都不曾放弃，这一点值得我们学习，我们也要像居里夫人一样，不仅要动脑，还要动手去实践。

在我们的生活中，到处都有新的事物在等待着我们去发现，去实践。
