你是否思考过关于生命的问题呢？我读过这样一句话，觉得特别有价值：人生就像一张单程车票，只有去路，没有返程。是啊，生命对于每个人只有一次，我们能来到这个世上，是多么不容易的一件事。所以，我们应该珍爱生命。可是，生活中，却又一群人，视生命如草芥，轻易放弃。

前不久发生在北京的一件事相信大家都知道。有一个初中的大哥哥，因为老师批评了他，一时想不开，就从楼上跳了下来。不知道大家看了这则新闻有什么想法，我是很气愤。这个人怎么可以这样糟蹋生命呢？生命难道属于他一个人吗？他可想过自己的父母该怎么面对这件事？可曾想过这个社会给予他那么多，他对这个社会又做出了什么贡献呢？类似这样的事情还有很多，我听老师说，选择自杀的人群正在往“低龄化”发展。多么恐怖的一件事啊！我们这代人的心灵太脆弱了。读那些抗战故事时，怎么就没有发现有儿童自杀呢？

除了心理危险外，在我们校园中，还有一些直接伤害身体的行为：有的人滑楼梯，一下子就冲了下来。每次看到这一幕，我的心总是缩成一团，万一摔倒了，轻则手脚骨折，重则头破血流，甚至失去生命。还有的同学喜欢三五成群地模仿电视中的动作追逐打闹。他们玩得倒是挺开心，却没有想到如果自己受伤了，自己要受百倍的痛苦，家人还要跟着担心。这是多么不划算的事情啊！

生命是多么脆弱！我们要珍惜它，所以，我给大家提几条建议：

1。不论发生什么事情，都要学会心胸豁达。真的有想不明白的时候，可以找朋友或者老师、家长交流，不要自己钻进“牛角尖”。

2。上下楼梯靠右行，一级一级地上下楼梯。

3。校友内，不追逐打闹。

4。不去危险的地方玩耍。

5。玩健身器材要遵从操作要领。

同学们，让我们从每一件小事做起，珍爱生命！

在这节消防安全知识公开课中，我深刻意识到了校内消防安全的重要性，在我们每天生活的宿舍里，消防隐患就藏身于我们可能不以为然的习惯里。比如在宿舍里使用大功率吹风机，插座电源过多，更不可乱拉电源线路，除了宿舍门之后一定要记得随手关灯，关闭所有电源。

当然也令我感到唏嘘的是课中关于火灾的部分。的确，生活中有越来越多的东西能让我们的生活更加便利，比如“热得快”，还有各式各样的电器，但其存在的隐患也是更加值得让我们注意到的。所以，在大学里，火灾的预防是及其重要的一环。

课上教了我们一些预防火灾的方法，不能随意接电源，乱扔易燃易爆物;外出时，临睡前要确认电脑台灯等电源的关闭;不随意在过道，楼梯堆物;保持安全出口的畅通等。但如果火灾还是发生了，我们也要运用学习到的火灾逃生自救知识来保护我们的生命。课上也教了我们逃似的各种技巧，当火势不大时，可感受门板温度，试开门缝，若烟雾不浓时，随手关门，从安全通道逃生;若火势较大，可用湿毛巾捂嘴弯腰低于烟雾高度逃离。切记在高楼下，勿从楼上跳下，第一时间拨打火警电话。

在生活中，我们也要小心火源，像未熄灭而被丢弃的烟头，吹蜡烛一定要熄灭，将防火知识记入我们的脑海中，并用实际行动将预防火灾践行其中，才能够使我们的大学生活更加放心安心，预防火灾，从我做起。

也应当注意，并防范火灾的发生。让“火灾”这一令人害怕的词语尽量远离我们的身边。
