Create a Green Campus

It is of great importance to make and maintain a green campus in our university or college. My university life has been one of the most colorful parts of my life. I will never forget the day when I first stepped into the university. 3月15日，东莞黄江镇黄江医院陆续收治某幼儿园10名身体不适的幼儿。该事发生后，我镇党委政府高度重视，要求第一时间救治患病幼儿，并迅速成立由公安、食药监、卫计、宣教、应急等部门组成的应急处置工作小组，对该事进行全面调查。经查，该事是一起保育员投放抗精神病类药物案件，犯罪嫌疑人杨某群已被公安机关抓获，依法刑事拘留，其对投放抗精神病类药物一事供认不讳。

2017年3月15日17时51分许，东莞市黄江镇宝山社区鸡啼岗村的红日幼儿园中二班有10名儿童因身体不适相继送院治疗。该事发生后，黄江镇党委政府高度重视，要求第一时间救治患病幼儿，并迅速成立应急处置工作小组，对该事进行全面调查。

现初步查明，幼儿园儿童出现身体不适是因有人在幼儿园儿童的食物中投放抗精神病类药物案件，犯罪嫌疑人杨某某已被公安机关抓获。杨某某，女，1968年生，其于2016年9月份入职红日幼儿园做保育园，负责大一班和中二班的送餐、擦桌子、洗毛巾、洗餐具和拖地等工作。

侦查人员经调取幼儿园的监控录像，发现杨某某在2017年3月15日给幼儿园儿童送中餐时，有在食物中投放有毒药物的重大嫌疑，随后，侦查人员在杨某某暂住的出屋里搜到一瓶有毒药物“氯氮平片”(已被磨成粉末状)。经审讯，杨某某称自己有病，该瓶药物是自己治病所用，于2015年在异地所购买。

记者在网上搜索发现，这种这种名为“氯氮平片”的药物适用于治疗躁狂症或其他精神病性障碍的兴奋躁动和幻觉妄想，药物说明明确指出12岁以下儿童不宜使用。

杨某某称，她现在在红日幼儿园工作工资低，要求幼儿园涨工资，但园方以其工作未满一年，未给其涨工资，为此，杨某某在2017年2月份有短暂离职。经审讯，杨某某供认中毒儿童的食物中含有其当时携带的有毒药物“氯氮平片”。目前，10名患儿均符合出院条件，可以出院，案件正在进一步审理中。
