问题二：你觉得自己有哪些缺点？

标准答案：说一些对这个职位无关紧要的小缺点吧，或者说自己的“缺点”是没有工作经验。

注：此问题极为阴险，让你自己说出缺点，省得他们费力面试了，大家千万不要上当，真的列数自己的 缺点。

问题三：提一些令你尴尬的问题，比如：你专业课怎么成绩这么差呀？你英语怎么还没过六级呀？

要想让考官们欣赏你，你必须明确地告诉考官们你具有应考职位必需的能力与素质，而只有你对此有信心并表现出这种信心后，你才证明了自己。

应试者在谈自己的优点的一个明智的办法是：在谈到自己的优点时，保持低调。也就是轻描淡写、语气平静，只谈事实，别用自己的主观评论。同时也要注意适可而止，重要的、关键的，要谈，与面试无关的特长最好别谈。另外，谈过自己的优点后，也要谈自己的缺点，但一定要强调自己克服这些缺点的愿望和努力。

特别指出的是，不要夸大自己。一方面从应试者的综合素养表现，考官能够大体估计应试者的能力；另一方面，如果考官进一步追问有关问题，将令“有水份”的应试者下不了台。

面试中应试者的自我介绍，可以让考官观察到简历等书面材料以外的内容，如你对自己的描述与概括能力，你对自己的综合评价以及你的精神风貌等。自信、为人等是其中的重要的潜台词，应试者务必注意。

（1）应试者应充分利用各种个人资源。除了前面提到的面带微笑、目光交流、坐姿端正等表情、身体语言外，请以沉稳平静的声音、以中等语速、以清晰的吐字发音、以开朗响亮的声调给考官以愉悦的听觉享受，声音小而模糊、吞吞吐吐的人，一定是胆怯、紧张、不自信和缺乏活力与感染力的。

（2）情绪也是一个需要控制的重要方面。情绪，做为个人的重要素养，如果在自我介绍中起伏波动，就会产生负面影响。例如在介绍自己的基本情况时面无表情、语调生硬；在谈及自己的优点时眉飞色舞。兴奋不已；而在谈论自己的缺点时又无精打采、萎糜不振。

（3）有的应试者谈及自己的兴趣爱好时，说自己喜欢唱歌，便自做主张，一展歌喉，在面试考场上为考官们唱它一曲，直到被考官客气地打断后，才反应过来行为有些出格。

（4）有的应试者描述自己喜欢这样、爱好那样，如：文学、艺术、旅游、摄影等等，由此考官进一步询问其拍摄过什么作品，这位考生的回答却是她喜欢别人给她拍照，还说家里的几本影集都已经满了。

（5）有的应试者在介绍家庭关系时，似乎“漫不经心”地告诉考官们，自己的某位远房亲戚是应考单位的上司单位的某领导。

（6）有的应试者表示将来踏上工作岗位，将“一定要……“绝对……诸如此类的保证，似乎在做就职演讲。

这些例子很多画蛇添足似的自我介绍不但不会为你的形象增添色彩，会“越抹越黑”！。

7自我介绍结束

对于你的自我介绍，考官既可能就其中某一点、向你提出问题广也可能过渡一下，继续下面已经安排好的问题。这时考官会说：“我们十分欣赏你的能力……”或“你的自我介绍很精采……”等，那么一声“谢谢“将是你应有的答语！

1、自我认识

想一矢中的，首先必须认清自我，一定要弄清以下三个问题。 你现在是干什么的？你将来要干什么？你过去是干什么的？

这三个问题不是按时间顺序从过去到现在再到将来，而是从现在到将来再到过去。其奥妙在于：如果你被雇用，雇主选中的是现在的你，他希望利用的是将来的你，而这将来又基于你的历史和现状。

所以，第一个问题，你是干什么的？现在是干什么的？回答这个问题，要点是：你是你自己，不是别的什么人。除非你把自己与别人区别开来，在共同点的基础上更强调不同点，否则你绝无可能在众多的应征求职者中夺魁。 对于这第一个问题，自我反省越深，自我鉴定就越成功。

随后，着手回答第二个问题："你将来要干什么？"如果你申请的是一份举足轻重的工作，雇主肯定很关注你对未来的自我设计。你的回答要具体，合理，并符合你现在的身份，要有一个更别致的风格。

然后，再着手回答最后一个问题："你过去是干什么的？"你的过去当然都在履历上已有反映。你在面试中再度回答这个问题时，不可忽略之处是：不要抖落一个与你的将来毫不相干的过去。如果你中途彻底改行，更要在描述你的执着、职业目标的一贯性上下些功夫。要做到这一点，又要忠实于事实和本人，最简单的方法是：找到过去与将来的联系点，收集过去的资料，再按目标主次排列。

用这样的方法，以现在为出发点，以将来为目标，以过去为证实，最重要的是加深了你的自我分析和理解。其实，在面试的时候不一定有机会或者有必要照搬你的大作，但这三个问题的内在联系点一定会体现在自我表述的整体感觉中，使你的形象栩栩如生。

2、投其所好

清楚自己的强项后，便可以开始准备自我介绍的内容：包括工作模式、优点、技能，突出成就、专业知识、学术背景等。

好处众多，但只有短短一分钟，所以一切还是与该公司有关的好。如果是一间电脑公司，应说些电脑的话题；如是一间金融财务公司，便可跟他说钱的事，总之投其所好。

但有一点必须紧记：话题所到之处，必须突出自己对该公司可以作出的贡献，如增加营业额、减低成本、发掘新市场等。

3、铺排次序

内容的次序亦极重要，是否能抓住听众的注意力，全在于事件的编排方式。所以排在头位的，应是你最想他记得的事情。而这些事情，一般都是你最得意之作。与此同时，可呈上一些有关的作品或纪录增加印像分。

The forest area and forest coverage rates for each province of China from 1700 to 1949 are es- timated backward by every 50 years. Linking the result with modern National Forest Inventory data, the spatial-temporal dynamics of Chinese forest in recent 300 years (AD 1700–1998) is quantitatively analyzed. The study shows that in recent 300 years, the forest area in current territory of China has declined by 0.95×108 hm2 (or 9.2% of the coverage rate) in total, with a trend of decrease and recovery. The study also shows that there is a significant spatial difference in the dynamics of forest. During the rapid declining period from 1700 to 1949, the most serious decrease appeared in the Northeast, the Southwest and the Southeast, where the coverage rate in most provinces dropped over 20%.
