她，眉目清秀，笑靥动人。高高的个子，一条马尾辫在身后，洁白的面容，淡色的眉毛，挺秀的鼻梁，淡红的双唇，而她淡静的眼睛里恍如有着海洋般深不见底的感情。除了她那“疯女子”的性格和有一点点暴力以外，简直是大家心中完美的淑女“标本”。

她，是一个百年难得一见的活泼“鬼”。她有一个乐观的心态，凡事都往好的地方去想。其实很多情况下和别人相处她不会说多少话，但是她总处在高兴的状态，脸上总是挂着甜甜的笑，这也的她别人见了就高兴，别人也会主动和她打招呼。而在我的记忆里，她的大部分时光都是在快乐中度过的。

每天早晨，她总是背着自己的小书包高高兴兴地上学;每天放学回家，她也是快快乐乐地蹦跳在回家的阳光小道上。我感觉，好像她不知道痛苦是什么似的。她不仅自己快乐，而且把同学们逗得也十分开心，所以，同学们都喜欢和她交朋友，她也从不拒绝，总是乐呵呵地答应。

她，也是一个百年难得一见的淘气“鬼”。这个家伙最大的特点就是爱接话把，无论谁说话他都能插上一两句，我还真是佩服她啊!她就像个幽灵一样，从你身边走过，说上那么一句，然后走掉，让人哭笑不得啊!我还记得有一次。我和他正玩的开心，我开玩笑似的打了她一下，她却趴在桌上哭了起来。

我急的满脸通红，汗珠直往下掉，脸通红的连说话都接巴了：“你没事吧?不会疼吧?我打的很轻啊!对不起啊!”我本以为我是真的惹下了“大祸”，谁想，她听完这翻话却哈哈大笑起来：“哈哈哈!逗你玩的啦!我没事!。”她就是这样一个活泼，开朗，幽默，善良，热情的女生。我很喜欢和她做朋友，虽然我们已经分班了，可我们仍是无话不谈的死党。继续来互相伤害啊——丁文霞!

What is healthy diet? To the most people, healthy diet means more green foods, no junk foods. The green food is those pollution-free, high quality and nutrient food, including the organic vegetables and meats, fruits, eggs and so on. The meals of healthy diet should be cooked with fewer salt and oil. And the junk food is those low nutrition, high calorie, processed food with much salt or oil, such as the fries, fried chickens, salted eggs and so on. These foods will cause one get weight and increase the risk of many diseases. We should keep a healthy diet, abandon the junk food to keep ourselves healthy.

什么是健康饮食?对于大多数人来说，健康饮食就意味着多吃绿色食品，不要吃垃圾食品。绿色食品就是那些无污染、高品质和营养的食物，包括有机蔬菜和肉类、水果、鸡蛋等等。健康饮食的膳食应该用更少的盐和油制作。而垃圾食品是指那些低营养、高热量、再加工的高盐重油食品，例如薯条、炸鸡和咸蛋等等。这些食品会导致一个人发胖，并增加疾病的风险。为了保持健康，我们应该保持健康饮食，抛弃垃圾食品。

你的手是严厉的。小时候的我很自私，常常失眠都想着自己。有“人人为我”的意识，却从没有想过“我为人人”。那次和弟弟堆积木，我们两个一起堆，比谁堆的高。积木没了，弟弟比我高，我不甘心，就伸手拿了几块，弟弟不肯给我。我们俩就打了起来，我抓破了弟弟手上的皮，弟弟哭了。我高兴地拍着手，把弟弟的积木全拿过来，还骂弟弟爱哭鬼，弟弟哭的更凶了。你走进来问怎么回事，我扭过头去，不回答。你生气了，举起手，你从来没打过我，也舍不得打我，我以为你不会打，更加猖狂了，可谁知你的手落了下来，打了我一个耳光，我“哇”地一声，眼泪像断了线的珍珠，一滴接着一滴。你心疼极了，用你粗糙的大手，擦去我的眼泪，跟我讲道理，我止住了哭声。那次是你第一次打我。

你的手是鼓励的，三年级刚开学时，我一贯好的语文，一落千丈，只有八十几分。试卷发下来了，那鲜红的八十六，似乎在放肆地嘲笑我。我手里捏着试卷，慢悠悠地走在回家的路，我多么希望永远也走不到头，可一会儿，就走到了我家。我的心里十五只吊桶——七上八下，我鼓起勇气，拿出了试卷，等待着爸爸那双手落在我的身上，出乎意料，你没有打我，而是细心地给我讲解题目，把错题搞懂。又考试了，这回我考了九十八分，全班最高。我一路狂奔，只为让你早早地看到试卷。我紧紧地拿着试卷，生怕被吹走。我满脸红扑扑地回到家，气喘吁吁地把试卷给您看，你很高兴。把我抱了起来。是你细心地教导，才让我有如此成绩。

虽然你是个大男人，手却很灵巧，能够操起简单的饭菜。那天妈妈不在，家里只有我和你，你翻遍了厨房，只找到了一把青菜，两根胡萝卜，三根香肠和几个鸡蛋，你问我吃蛋炒饭好吧，我回答你做得我都爱吃。你很开心，做起了蛋炒饭。打蛋，炒蛋，切青菜、胡萝卜、香肠，一切都如此熟练，我站在一旁，流着口水，馋馋地看着。你用手握着勺子，熟练地炒着。黄色，绿色，肉色，白色，红色使蛋炒饭很漂亮。我吃了一大碗，你很开心地看着我吃。

等我长大了，也会给你做蛋炒饭，照顾你，也为你撑起一片天。
