回顾自己大学四年的工作学习生活，感触很深，但收获还是颇丰的。掌握了专业知识，培养了自己各方面的能力，这些对今后的工作都将产生重要的帮助。除此之外，也应该看到我的一些缺点，如有时候做事情比较急于求成，在工作中实际经验不足等等。但“金无足赤，人无完人”每个人都不可避免的存在他的缺点，有缺点并不可怕，关键的是如何看待自己的缺点，只有正视它的存在，通过不断的努力学习才能改正自己的缺点。今后我将更严格要求自己，努力工作，刻苦学习，发扬优点，改正缺点，开拓前进。

这次选择这个职位除了专业对口以外，本身也十分喜欢这个职位，相信它能让我充分实现我的社会理想和体现自身的价值。我认为我有能力也有信心做好这份工作希望大家能够认可我，给我这个机会!

我是xx，来自土建学院土木xx，xx岁，四川xx人。

对于支教活动我的的志愿是十分坚定的，我认为这是我人生务必去经历去实践的一件事情。这份执着，来源于四个方面：

第一，5·12特大地震以及家里发生的一些列变故，让我一次又一次地陷入了困境，在我迷茫甚至绝望的时候，国家与社会关心着我，帮忙了我，让我得以在求学之路上继续奋斗下去，我感动于社会的真情与温暖，滴水之恩必当以涌泉相报，我十分坚定自我奉献社会，传承社会无疆大爱的支教志愿;

第二，我的执着也源于我对祖国的热爱，因为爱，我的眼里饱含着泪水，我要到基层去，我要到西部去，我要到祖国和人民需要我的地方去;

第三，我更能深切地体会到他们对于知识的渴望，在绵阳平武，就在我们身边，有这么一群孩子，为了学习，每一天要爬好几个山头，吃的永远都是面条加酸菜，他们一个月的生活费可能会比我们西科大的学生一天的都还少，5块，10块，也许他们在学习的同时还得承担家里的劳务，也许他们还不得不承受父母外出打工自我留守山里的孤独。看到这么一群孩子，我突然觉得自我所谓的困难在他们面前是那么的无病呻吟！我尊敬他们，我发誓必须要为这些可爱的人们做些什么。

第四，这也是最关键的一点，我的家人支持我。

正是由于家人的支持与鼓励，此刻，我十分的坚定地站在那里，我坚信我会成为一名合格的支教志愿者。

请您们相信我，我不怕一切困难，哪怕是那里的水是咸的，喝了就拉肚子，哪怕那里的空气干燥得让人无法入眠，哪怕那里的食物永远都只有土豆加面条，哪怕那里会一天两天，一个月甚至两个月没有电和通讯，我不怕，我做好了克服这一切的准备;

请您们给我机会，我想要把我的感动变成行动，去默默地爱着守护着那群（孩子）我爱的人，我想用我的笔，用我的画，用我的歌声，用我的微笑，用我的一切的一切去走近他们，把温暖与鼓励传递给他们。
