When it comes to online shopping, different people holds different ideas

towards it. Some people seem extremely enjoy the way of buying things online

because they feel online shopping is so convenient. Some just don’t believe that

they can buy good quality commodities from Internet. As far as I’m concerned, I

think online shopping creates lots of benefits to people.

Firstly, buying things online is a way of saving time. Compared with the

traditional way of shopping, we have no need to go out to pick up our favorite

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

Nowadays,with the rapid development of our society,almost all the graduates

have to face a choice:to get a job first or to find the job you like first?As

far as I am concerned,the graduates should get a job first and then choose the

job they like.The reasons can be listed as follows:

First of all,for many students,even they themselves don’t know what kind of

job they want to choose.For these students,to get a job first can help them find

My favourite sport is running.Every day I always spend half an hour on it.Sometimes I will intive my parents or my friends to join me,and I am really enjoy this sport . Doing exercises is very important for everyone.If you want to do some things good,you must have a atheletic build,and then you can pay all your attention to your work or study with a good health.Running is a good way to keep fit.First,it can make your bonds flexible and keep far away from illness and kinds of pains.Secondly,running can make you become not lazy,and you can go outside,breathe the flesh air,and have an active body and a good mood. Waking up on New Year, everybody dresses up. First they extend greetings to

their parents. Then each child will get money as a New Year gift, wrapped up in

red paper. People in northern China will eat jiaozi, or dumplings, for

breakfast, as they think "jiaozi" in sound means "bidding farewell to the old

and ushering in the new". Also, the shape of the dumpling is like gold ingot

from ancient China. So people eat them and wish for money and treasure.

Southern Chinese eat niangao (New Year cake made of glutinous rice flour)

on this occasion, because as a homophone, niangao means "higher and higher, one

year after another." The first five days after the Spring Festival are a good

time for relatives, friends, and classmates as well as colleagues to exchange

greetings, gifts and chat leisurely.

China has 56 ethnic groups. Minorities celebrate their Spring Festival

almost the same day as the Han people, and they have different customs.
