They threw about waste paper, plastic bags and tins. Besides, they killed animals, caught birds, destroyed trees and flowers. Worse still,

they often made a fire to cook in the forest. That was dangerous. Changes have taken place now. When tourists leave, they take away rubbish with them. They no longer hunt animals. Plants are also protected. All the tourists carry their lunch in order not to start forest fire. We must sing high praise of the good deeds.

My House Dog

I’m a dog lover, because dogs are tame, friendly and easy to communicate with. I have kept one in my house, whose name is Chocolate. She is covered with brown curly hair and looks like a Teddy Bear. Now we have been living together for two years, so I’m very familiar with her characteristics. When she is hungry, she often barks loudly. At that time, I begin to realize that it’s time to feed her. She is keen on beef and fish. Sometimes, she also eats some rice.

我是一个爱狗的人，因为狗是很温顺，友好，也很容易交流。我在我家养了一只，它的名字叫巧克力。她的毛是棕色的卷毛，看起来就像泰迪熊。现在我们已经一起生活了两年了，所以我很熟悉她的性格。她饿了，她经常会大声吠。那个时候，我就会开始意识到是时候喂她了。她喜爱吃牛肉和鱼。有时候，她也吃一些米饭。

Every day when I come home, she always jumps up to me happily, with her tail moving. She seems to be my best friend. As time goes by, the relationship between us becomes closer and closer. Therefore, I think her as an important member in my family. I really have the pleasure of her company.

每天我回到家的时候，她都会用她的尾巴开心地跑向我。她就像是我最好的朋友一样。随着时间的流逝，我们两个的关系变得越来越亲密。因此，我觉得她是我们家里很重要的一员。有她在我真的很开心。

上周，是我们学校的第二届英语活动周。在这一周里，英语活动内容可谓是丰富多彩：手抄报比赛、指手画脚猜单词、书写比赛等大大激发了我们学英语、用英语的兴趣。可令我最难忘的要数周五下午的游园活动了。

中午吃完饭，老师们把精心准备的各种道具准备好后，游园活动就开始了。同学们个个兴奋不已，笑嘻嘻地穿梭于各个教室。刹那间，整幢教学楼变成了欢乐的海洋。

听说“希腊”（403班）的“点蜡烛”好玩又简单，我便和好朋友金宇虹手拉手一起去碰碰运气。一到那儿，一条“长龙”即映入眼帘，看来这个项目很受同学们的欢迎。我们随着人流走进了龙尾行列。慢慢地，我们进入了龙头的行列。我伸头前望，只见一个瘦小的女孩一下子就点燃了三根蜡烛而顺利通关了。“这个游戏的确挺简单的嘛！通关对于我来说应该不成问题。”于是，我信心十足地站在队中，不时向前移动着脚步。就在快轮到我时，一种莫名的担忧涌上心头：万一我动作慢了烧到手怎么办？同学们会不会笑话我呀？“快，轮到你了。”金宇虹对我说。我猛地回过神来，接过火柴，闪亮登场。“哧——”火柴擦着了，我急忙将火柴移向蜡烛。可是这火苗像故意跟我作对似的，东躲西藏，就是不和烛芯亲热。无奈，最后以失败而告终。我定了定神，又擦燃了第二根。这次我吸取教训，放慢了速度。谁知，这“熊熊大火”还没等到我移向蜡烛已经亲吻了我的手指，我只好大叫着将它扔到了地上。此刻，我狼狈极了，但为了尊严故作镇定。我又擦燃了第三根、第四根……时间到了，最终我只点燃了一支蜡烛！看来，不论何时都不能轻信别人的话，只有亲身下河才能知深浅，只有亲口尝梨才能之酸甜呐！

离开那伤心地，我来到了“西班牙斗牛场”（自己班教室），争取在这里找回点自信。瞧，赛场上那些瘦骨嶙峋的“牛”一下子就被那些膘肥体壮的“牛”撞出圈外，直接淘汰出局。此时，我暗下决心：只能成功，不许失败！

因为这里排队的人不多，所以很快就轮到我了。看到对手，我不由得松了一口气，因为跟我斗的是503班的一头瘦弱的“小牛”。我们的决斗一开始他就向我发起猛攻。他的腿真硬啊，撞在我的腿上犹如硬石砸落下来。我不甘示弱，双手牢牢地抱着脚，谨慎地周旋着，一旦抓住时机就凶猛地进行反击，非要和他拼个你死我活不可！慢慢地，他支持不住了，只好向我投降。“呜呼，我赢了！”我开心地大叫起来。同时，我也悟出了一个道理：在“战场”上，要智取，不可蛮斗。

后来，我又去玩了“跳麻袋”、“金字塔”、“踢足球”……每项活动都很好玩，都带给了我不同的体验。

这次的游园活动令我终生难忘，因为我们在玩游戏的同时学到了不少知识，也懂得了不少道理！

人总有许许多多的第一次：第一次得表扬、第一次受批评，第一次坐飞机……第一次常常是一种挑战。但我印象最深刻的还是第一次煮方便面。

那一天早晨，奶奶和姑妈要一同去看望姑姑和小表弟。她们临去前交代，可能会晚一些回家煮饭，要我在家好好待着。于是，我就独自一人在家里津津有味地看着电视。看着看着，就不知不觉地过了两个小时。临近正午时，我的肚子唱起了“空城计”。这时我想：既然奶奶和姑妈不在家，那我就来大显身手一番吧。过去我都是“饭来张口”，总是奶奶煮好了一日三餐“请”我。我有好几次想亲力亲为一下，都被奶奶拒绝了，我只能站在一旁偷师。这下可是“踏破铁鞋无觅处，得来全不费功夫”，机不可失呀！于是我二话不说，冲到食柜前拿了一包方便面，立刻开始构思我的第一次。

我一边回忆奶奶的做法，一边做前期准备。待一切材料备好，我的煮面工作就开始了。生火一分钟之后，该是放调料的时候了，我小心翼翼地揭开锅盖，“别出心裁”地往锅里放胡椒粉、五香粉、鸡精、麻油……我一边放料一边沾沾自喜：马上就要尝到凌小姐的美味佳肴了！

调料放完了，我又担心有什么差错，便拿着筷子小心地在锅里搅拌了几下，把面和各种调料搅匀于“汤”中，再小心翼翼地嗅了一下：唔，好香！自我感觉良好之后，我把锅盖盖回锅上，耐心地等待着面“煎熬”。

四分钟过去了，我想应该“煎熬”完了吧？我又小心翼翼地揭开锅盖，──哗！马上有一股香味扑鼻而来！“第一次完美成功！”我乐不可支，心里美滋滋的，真想跳个舞！我马上尝了一口：哇！真是色香味俱全！比奶奶做的还要香呀！不是说自己摘的瓜甜吗？自己的劳动成果，当然比别人“侍候”的更有滋味！

我一边吃一边情不自禁地想：啊，原来煮面是这样简单，我还以为有多难呢。看来，我今后还是要勇敢地尝试其他项目才行，比如煮饭呀，炒菜呀，补衣服呀，等等等等。我可不想成为一个被家人“圈养”起来的“猪人”，我要做个自己动手的全能冠军！

This weekend, there was an art festival in our school, it had been hold for

five years and the school insisted to make it become the feature. I was so

excited, this was the first time for me to join. Early in the morning, I saw

there were so many people coming to the campus, making the campus so lively. The

students dressed so well and gave the warm welcome to the guests. I walked

around and appreciated the painting, every work was drawn by the students, I was

so impressed by these works. There were also some handworks, which were so

creative, it reflected the students’ wisdom. Though we were busy with our

subjects most of the time, some students still kept on their hobbies and made it

their talent. I should learn from them and develop some interest.
