The 15-Day Celebration of Chinese New Year.

The first day of the Lunar New Year is "the welcoming of the gods of the heavens and earth."Many people abstain from meat on the first day of the new year because it is believed that this will ensure long and happy lives for them.

在我们生活中几乎每天都会发生很多事情。有些我们可能忘记了，有些我们可能会记得。但有一件事我永远都不会忘记。那就是我的小妹妹的出生。在她来到这个世界之前，我想象过千万次她的样子。事实上，虽然我已经猜了那么多次，我仍然没猜中。我不知道一个刚出生的孩子会是那么的小和皱巴巴的。但是她就像天使一样。看到她，我的心都马上暖起来。我无法忘记见到她的那一刻。

How I Spent My Summer Vacation

The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. It stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation time. I did, because I lived up to what I had planned.

今年4月22日，是我十周岁生日。生日的前一天晚上，妈妈先陪我去小巷里的理发店理了个“童花式”，又带我到公园路上的童装店去买衣服。开始说好是只买一套的，我拿着新衣服喜滋滋地准备走出店门，却不见妈妈跟来，回头一看，妈妈的眼光正定格在墙上挂着的一件白色休闲衫上。白色的休闲服果然很漂亮，胸前用黑边镶出几颗大大的五角星；衣服后面还有一顶休闲帽，也是镶了黑边的；左边的袖子也很别致，一根带子串着几个银色的环。我忙上前拉她往外走：“妈妈，有这一套就够了，我们回家吧！”妈妈慈爱地看了我一眼，犹豫了一下，对店主说道：“这件我也要了！”拿着这些新衣服出店门时，我心里无比开心，也充满了对妈妈的感激，一路都在盘算明天穿哪件衣服去上学。

我的生日终于到了！这可是个明媚的艳阳天。老师和同学们看到我的新衣服，都夸我今天可真漂亮。易老师说：“陈诺今天的样子特别可爱、特别清纯。”我心里别提多美了。

上班会课的时候，我被平老师（当时的班主任还是易老师，平老师教我们英语）叫了出去，说是有事要我做。等我回到教室，我不禁惊呆了：教室被布置得好美丽啊，易老师和同学们齐声说道：祝陈诺同学生日快乐！

我激动得不知所措地傻站在那里，易老师微笑着请我坐回原位。这时，坐在第一排的宋一非同学走到讲台前，点燃了两根造型别致的彩烛。谁知这彩色的蜡烛一被点燃就绽放出绚丽的焰火，并且一飞冲天！同学们都欢呼了起来！我更是被感动得热泪在眼睛里打转。不知谁的家长就在此时送来了个很大的生日蛋糕，在欢乐的气氛中，全班同学以及易老师和我一起分享了这个美丽又美味的蛋糕。我觉得这是我最幸福的一天了。

而谁知这才是幸福的序曲呢！接下来，易老师请大家送上给我的礼物。我不禁又大吃一惊：难道，大家还专门为我准备了生日礼物？不容我细想，同学们一组组排着队秩序井然地把礼物送到我面前：赵盈怡送上了一个漂亮的笔筒套装，向宏磊送上了精美的日记本，吴熠送的是一个小蛋糕，卢逸凡送的是一条很帅气的牛仔裤，苏玥则把她书包上那个最心爱的小挂件取下来给了我，卢鼎一知道我最喜欢小猪，送的是一个“QQ猪”布娃娃；易老师也给我精心准备了礼物，是一套很昂贵的名牌运动服；平老师送给我的是一块精美绝伦的外国手表……还有练习本、铅笔、卷笔刀等等，我根本记不住都是谁送的了，只看到满满的三桌子礼物包围着我，老师同学的笑脸和友情包围着我，只知道在我们这个特别团结、特别友爱的四年级一班的大家庭，有无限的幸福包围着我。

事后我才知道，为了我的这次生日，老师和同学们已经悄悄地准备了好几天了，他们精心准备了这次最大的惊喜。他们希望给我带来欢乐、带走缺憾------亲爱的易老师，亲爱的同学们，生活、学习在你们中间，我每一天都很快乐、很健康，一点缺憾都不会有！

2005年4月22日，老师、妈妈、同学们，大家用全部的爱让我度过了终生难忘的一天。
