Once upon a time, I did not pay for my bill when I bought a pen, because

time.

I am fond of reading. I often read after class. My classmates like watching

TV while I prefer to read. I read various kinds of books and newspapers that

they afford me stories and news. The book I like most isThe House on the Mango

Street. I am also a music lover. Pop music is my favorite. I often listen to the

music programs on radio and I also have an MP3 downloading all my favorite

songs. In addition, swimming and badminton are my favorites, too. They help me

In short, I enjoy my life in school very much. Reading books, listening to

music and doing sports are very helpful to my health and my studies.

Usually I would do some exercises on the weekend，because I thought keeping in a good health can help me study well. Last weekend, It was rainning outside so I decided to do some exercises in the gym. When I went into the gym, some people were doing exercises there. A man was doing weight training and trying his best to upraise heavier weight. There were two girls azuoweng on the treadmill（跑步机），neither too fast nor too slow. After some minutes warm up (热身)，I started to run on the treadmill and ride on the exercise bike（健身脚踏车）. Both of them were easy and good for most of people. Besides，I did some dumbbell （哑铃）exercises ,seating type chest pushing, high pulling force back muscle training, butterfly clamp chest muscle training, thigh stretching, leg treading, abdomen muscle training, vertical pulling force training. Finally，I cooled down myself and had a break before I went home.

Nowadays with the ever rapid development and increasing popularity of the

information technology , shopping on the internet has been a fashion especially

among the youngsters.
