经江苏省委、省政府同意，全省各级各类学校自2021年起，将分批次、错峰开学。按照中央、省、市、区决策部署，学校防控疫情领导工作小组周密安排，各项工作都在有序展开，应急预案和设施设备已准备就绪。

为全面做好____年春季开学工作，请您做好如下工作：

1、认真学习疫情防控知识和开学要求。讲诚信，守规定，如实填写《居家健康监测情况记录卡》，及时登录“在扬人员健康动态观察系统”，开学前一天须提供最近14天健康监测报告和苏康码截图交学校，等待学校审核同意才能到校。每天来校前自行检测，若出现发热、咳嗽等呼吸道感染症状，应及时就医，避免带病上班。

2、积极做好线下教学准备工作。虽然疫情期间我们开展了线上教学活动，但学习的效果与课堂教学相比还是有很大的差距。因此，各学科要梳理线上教学内容，结合班级实际精准分析学情，积极谋划，制订符合本年级、本班级的教学计划以及开学三周内的导学案和练习;各年级组开学之后要对学生居家学习情况进行摸底，对学习质量进行诊断评估。对已经居家在网上学习过的内容，有重点地进行讲解和复习，加大对学习困难学生的帮扶力度，确保每名学生较好地掌握已学知识，然后再进行新的课程教学。尤其高三年级，要思考如何确保二轮复习的有效推进，提高课堂效率。

3、继续做好线上教学工作。随着开学时间的确定，高一、高二各备课组应及时调整线上教学计划，调整优化教学进度和教学组织方式，对教学内容进行适当的取舍和加工，循序渐进、由浅入深。在正式开学前，全体老师结合作业情况发现问题，调整教学内容，对学生个别问题，鼓励学生通过回看教学视频，自主复习、针对性练习等办法进行解决。

4、细心做好主题教育工作。全体教师尤其是班主任要积极做好防疫宣传，加强家校联系，随时关注学生思想动向，引导学生做好开学的身心准备，罗列开学准备工作的清单。加强班级管理，班主任要筹划开学第一节主题班会课;各学科任课教师要形成合力，充分结合疫情的课程资源，上好开学第一课;加强学生日常行为规范养成，让学生尽快从居家学习转换到正常的校园学习状态。如有学生有发热、干咳、乏力、呼吸困难等症状，应及时报告，并配合疾控部门做好追踪和排查工作。要多关注官方和主流媒体，学习掌握相关知识、及时了解疫情防控动态;要理性思考，清晰判断，不信谣、不传谣，不恐慌。

5、理性科学应对高考备考工作。高三各备课组成员于3月28日开始到校集体备课、精细教研，认真讨论由线上教学到线下教学的衔接准备工作，各学科核心备课组积极指导高三备课组进行二轮、三轮复习，对前段时间网课学习不到位的，针对性地制订学科补学计划，对学生学习上的共性问题，要专题备课，实行集体补学，根据模拟考试结果调整二轮复习日计划、周计划。迅速调整，进入高三应有强度的工作状态;针对最新的高考资讯，深入研究考试说明，精准把脉，科学备考，持续强化进行各项检测，并加强问题反馈，做到“一日一研”、“一周多研”。
