在初一毕业的那个暑假，班主任布置了一个“艰巨”的任务，要求每个同学每天做20个仰卧起坐——“很简单”。20个仰卧起坐不过一分来钟的事，除了对那些在体育上持放弃心理的“微胖者”来说，这还是挺容易达成的。但反过来想想，这可是两个月啊，有谁能做到一天不忘地坚持下去呢？从这一点来说，这真的很困难！在我一番心理斗争后，有了两条路：要么就不做，量这么小的运动做上它两个月估计也不会有什么成效，要么就一天做上它80个，这样两个月下来想必能将腹肌的轮廓练个八九不离十，可是，这未免有些困难。我再次陷入一番沉思，最后决定，为了我“健美先生”般的体魄，拼了！

在整个计划开始之初，我没有告诉任何人，担心自己的计划达成不了，坚持不下来还得被人笑话，所以，这成了一个秘密行动——在每晚睡觉前的秘密行动。开始前，我通过镜子看了看我那不争气的肚子，拇指和食指轻轻一捏，一大坨的脂肪便“拔肉而起”，如此的耻辱更是激起了我练腹肌的决心。当然，要练腹肌可少不了锻炼方式，于是我便从网上那五花八门的练腹肌方法中甄选了三个比较简单又实用的方式。其中一个就是仰卧起坐：平躺，小腿与大腿呈90度夹角，双手抱头，然后一次又一次的“起坐”；还有一个是叫“骑自行车”：平躺后，全身只使尾骨（臀部略微向上的位置）着地，然后双手抬高，双腿就像骑自行车一样沿着圆弧蹬着；最后一个也是平躺后全身只用尾骨着地，但是是双腿并排，循环做屈伸运动，当然双手也是不能碰地。不得不说，在刚开始做的时候，后两个方式我甚至连姿势都很难保持，更不用说双腿的运动了。在量的多少上，为了先适应，就没设置太多的量，担心做到肌肉疲劳第二天动都动不了。这个过程实在是太累，那可是夏天最燥热的时候，室温比外面还要高，屋内及其闷热，虽然是夜晚，夜空中挂着的只有看上去寒冷的月亮，没有烈日那样的灼人，但夏夜闷热的气息无时无刻地充斥在我的体内。全身的毛孔都处于张开状态，甚至都能看到滴滴的汗水挂在皮肤的汗毛尖上，整个人都像刚从浴室里出来一样，没有一处地方是不被汗水所没过的。虽然闷热，但还是大口大口地呼吸着屋内火辣辣的空气，缺氧的感觉油然而生。腹部已经产生麻木的感觉，痛觉神经每一分每一秒都在逼迫我停止这一组的锻炼。我最后终于忍不住像一个被子弹击毙的人一样“咚！”地一下瘫在了床上，本以为能好好地休息一会儿，两秒钟后，腹部却突然传来一阵电击般疼痛的感觉瞬间窜到我的大脑里，刹那间便疼得我在床上蜷缩着并痛苦地呻吟着，嘴不断地抽吸着屋内的空气，室内那火燎般的空气像一把锋利的刀刃由内而外的割着我的气管——哦，天哪，我太自不量力了。我的双手迅速揉搓着我的肚子，拼命地想把这种难以用言语描述的疼痛感从体内抹走。最后的结果是——两天半内，我的腰不能像一个正常人挺直，甚至任何牵动腹部肌肉组织的运动都会使我疼到眼冒金星。于是，我便宅在家里，像一个年过九旬的老头一样弯腰踱着步子。
