在整个计划开始之初，我没有告诉任何人，担心自己的计划达成不了，坚持不下来还得被人笑话，所以，这成了一个秘密行动——在每晚睡觉前的秘密行动。开始前，我通过镜子看了看我那不争气的肚子，拇指和食指轻轻一捏，一大坨的脂肪便“拔肉而起”，如此的耻辱更是激起了我练腹肌的决心。当然，要练腹肌可少不了锻炼方式，于是我便从网上那五花八门的练腹肌方法中甄选了三个比较简单又实用的方式。其中一个就是仰卧起坐：平躺，小腿与大腿呈90度夹角，双手抱头，然后一次又一次的“起坐”；还有一个是叫“骑自行车”：平躺后，全身只使尾骨（臀部略微向上的位置）着地，然后双手抬高，双腿就像骑自行车一样沿着圆弧蹬着；最后一个也是平躺后全身只用尾骨着地，但是是双腿并排，循环做屈伸运动，当然双手也是不能碰地。不得不说，在刚开始做的时候，后两个方式我甚至连姿势都很难保持，更不用说双腿的运动了。在量的多少上，为了先适应，就没设置太多的量，担心做到肌肉疲劳第二天动都动不了。这个过程实在是太累，那可是夏天最燥热的时候，室温比外面还要高，屋内及其闷热，虽然是夜晚，夜空中挂着的只有看上去寒冷的月亮，没有烈日那样的灼人，但夏夜闷热的气息无时无刻地充斥在我的体内。全身的毛孔都处于张开状态，甚至都能看到滴滴的汗水挂在皮肤的汗毛尖上，整个人都像刚从浴室里出来一样，没有一处地方是不被汗水所没过的。虽然闷热，但还是大口大口地呼吸着屋内火辣辣的空气，缺氧的感觉油然而生。腹部已经产生麻木的感觉，痛觉神经每一分每一秒都在逼迫我停止这一组的锻炼。我最后终于忍不住像一个被子弹击毙的人一样“咚！”地一下瘫在了床上，本以为能好好地休息一会儿，两秒钟后，腹部却突然传来一阵电击般疼痛的感觉瞬间窜到我的大脑里，刹那间便疼得我在床上蜷缩着并痛苦地呻吟着，嘴不断地抽吸着屋内的空气，室内那火燎般的空气像一把锋利的刀刃由内而外的割着我的气管——哦，天哪，我太自不量力了。我的双手迅速揉搓着我的肚子，拼命地想把这种难以用言语描述的疼痛感从体内抹走。最后的结果是——两天半内，我的腰不能像一个正常人挺直，甚至任何牵动腹部肌肉组织的运动都会使我疼到眼冒金星。于是，我便宅在家里，像一个年过九旬的老头一样弯腰踱着步子。

第二次训练已经是一个星期后了，我对第一次严重自不量力的行为做出了深刻“反省”，那种运动可不是健康的运动。于是我再次调整了运动量的多少，只要做到腹部麻木就立刻停止锻炼，进行休息，等上40秒再开始。经过我的这么一番调整，锻炼变得异常顺利，除了我仍需要将火燎般的空气吸入肺内之外，一切都按部就班的进行着——没有疼痛，没有呻吟，没有肌肉疲劳。在四肢渐渐发达的同时，我的头脑并没有变得更加简单，作业这块老骨头还是需要啃的，老师的任务还是需要继续的，这就是我，不甘堕落。

一个半月后，我特意拿出一下午的时间来开始第二次“审视”我的肚子，迫切的想知道我现在的肚子和一个半月前有多大的变化——这一个半月我可是强忍着内心的冲动不去照镜子的！穿着上衣，走到镜子前，先是对着镜子微微一笑，然后终于忍不住一把便将上衣脱下来甩了出去。三条线条出现在镜中我的腹部，说实话，并不像施瓦辛格的腹部那样的明显，但对于我这一个多月草草的锻炼来说已经算是不错的结果了，甚至有一丝超乎我的意料。看着镜中那六个并不是特别明显的小块，一种前所未有的成就感顿时从脚跟传到头顶，飘飘然的感觉愈来愈强，最后，我竟然不自觉地对着镜中的自己傻笑起来，随后便变成了异常爽朗的大笑声。直到门口传来敲门声我才停止陶醉，迅速穿上衣服，装出一本正经的样子。

对于这一个多月的刻苦锻炼，我算是练出了腹肌的雏形，虽然线条并不明显，但在如此仓促的时间里能做到这种地步我已经很满足了，换句话说——我很有成就感！这可是通过我自己不懈的努力所达成的，这是我的骄傲，我的成就！

Which is better, shopping online or traditional shopping? Different people

have different attitudes towards it. Some people think that online shopping is

very convenient, for it can save them a lot of time and energy. It’s especially

helpful for those who are always busy with their work. Besides, through the

internet, they can get more information about the commodities they want to buy

and buy a lot of things that cannot be bought in local places.

Nevertheless, I’m not keen on online shopping at all, since most

commodities which are bought online are of poor quality. Once we are cheated, we

may find it difficult to make a complaint. Thus we should take more cautions

In my eyes, I prefer traditional shopping, because I can choose what I
