whats your plan for dragon boat festival?

As a chinese, I was really ashamed of having a little knowledge of dragon boat festival. Perhaps I was born in northern city, though my city is nearby sea, it has been built a U port which I can only see cargo ships and cant see the sweeping ocean. So I have never see the dragon boat contest since I was born. So the dragon boat festival is just a holiday for eating Zong Zi. My mother made Zong Zi when I was a child. Because there was no supermarket, we couldnt buy finished product from market. However, now, we can buy anything in supermarket, so my mother didnt make them anymore. The boat festival began to fade out my mind.

In reality, young people began to have a bug to celebrate foreign festivals, such as Christams, Saint Valentines day, April Fools Day, some people also celebrate Easter in church. Talk about Dragon boat festival, its the same as some foreign conventional festivals, such as Witchs Day in Czech. People burned the witchs puppet so as to welcome spring. Some people are willing to celebrate foreign festivals because they like alien culture. And vice versa, foreigners who like China also concern about Chinese traditional culture.

After new holiday regulation, we have three holidays during the dragon boat festival. So many people will choose this time to travel. People who lived in Xiamen are able to visit Xiapu or Wu Yi mountain, these tourist attractions are in Fujian province,which is suit a short tirp. but Id like to stay at home for my decorate painting. I decide to draw two canvases about Christmas, its really a big project. Then Ill hang them on the new house wall. I must start it now, or I cant finish them before Christmas eve. 回首过去的半年，从总的方面说，我表现得还不错，期末考试也有比较理想的成绩，但是，对于考试还有许多的不足之处，这些不足，留下了遗憾，因此今年的学期计划，是建立在去年不足的基础之上的。

随着暑假的结束，新的学期又即将开始。今年开学后，我已经是一个四年级的小学生了。对于三年前那个刚入学的一年级的我来说，三年来，我的确是长大了不少。个子长高了许多、知识学到了不少、各种技能也掌握了很多……站在镜子前仔细端详里面那张再熟悉不过又略带几分成熟的脸庞，我惊讶不已，啊，我真的长大了!

坐在写字桌前，我慎重地为自己规划着这学期我将要努力的方向。

还记得刚入学时，因为年龄比较小，所以妈妈帮忙的事情也总是那么多。长此以往，使我养成了做事慢腾腾的毛病，在有些事情上，我是心有余而力不足。我完成作业慢、收拾书包慢、就连放学时的路队也常常跟不上。时间一长，同学们就赐给我一个雅号——“大磨”。这个绰号整整跟了我三年。三年来，它成了我的老毛病，也成了妈妈的心病。

今年，长大了的我下定决心一定要把这项“桂冠”摘去。我决定先准备从生活上做起，从起床穿衣，到吃饭背着书包上学，一定要有强烈的时间观念;在学习上，从课堂完成作业，到下学收拾书包、站路队，我也要有紧迫感。总之，我要把“一寸光阴一寸金，寸金难买寸光阴”“时间就是金钱，时间就是生命”作为自己的座右铭，争取在速度上要比以前快十倍。

除此以外，我还打算在阅读方面多下一些功夫，争取浏览更多的书籍，把我的优点继续发扬光大。因为书是知识的海洋，书籍是人类进步的阶梯，我要在这片海洋中遨游，我会一直沿着这个阶梯走向理想的大门。

以前在课堂上，我回答问题的积极性还不够高，今年我准备不仅认真听讲，而且要主动地大胆发言，争取在本学期仍能取得优异的成绩。

想到这里，我认真地给自己定下了本学期的学习计划和奋斗目标，我暗自告诫自己，一定要主动遵守计划表，使自己的生活和学习都变得既有节奏，又轻松快乐。

在新的学期，按照新的计划，相信我一定会以一个全新的面貌来使自己更加进步!

My holiday life was busy but wonderful.I got up at 7:00 every day.I did my homework in the morning so that I could finish my homework on time.I sometimes went shopping with my mother in the afternoon.But most of the time I did sports in the afternoon,such as,swimming,playing football,playing table tennins,going out for a walk and so on.I also went to Beidaihe with my parents and we spent three days there.I visited my grandparents and stayed there for a week.I read books,went to the movies,surfed the internet ,went to the library and visited my friends.I also helped my parents do the housework.Whats more,I went to a tennis couse and learnt how to play tennis.So my summer holiday life was very intesting.

Journey to Australia

Australia is one of the famous Oceanian country. The country is famous for its wool production and seashore tour. As the climate there is warm and comfortable, many people spend vocations there every year. I’m a super fan of water entertainment, so I choose it as my destination.

In Australia, the sky is bluer than blue, the clouds are whiter than white, all the local people enjoy an optimistic and active life. They also show their kindness and enthusiasm to the tourists.

The first step should be Sydney Opera which is among the most brilliant and splendid architectures in the world. Many world-class plays are put on in it .The surface and shape of it is like a seashell with glory decorations inside.

Then Melbourne is a good choice to be as the next step. In Melbourne, skin screen is a must to take with as the sunshine is upset and may burn your skin. The most attractive thing to me is the Australia Open, which is one of the biggest world-class tennis competition. Many great players such as Roddick Federer and its local player Hewitt etc. gather to compete. It’s really a feast for the eyes.

Australia is also home to one of the most challenging and exciting surfing and diving projects. As we know, it is always called “a country riding on the back of sheep”. From the interesting saying ,we can know something about the rich wool-production country. If you love animals, kangaroos and kaolas are good company to you .

So don’t forget Australia when you plan a trip.
