After the challenging College Entrance Examination, my anticipated summer holiday has begun. I will have a long winter holiday for almost three month. But I have already planned for it. Nowadays we see supermodels on almost every magazine cover and one might wonder what life will be like being one of them. Such assumption may be painful for most of the magazine readers who are already over the age when they can get taller. But being taller, even the upper world of the refrigerator top is no longer a myth and your mom and dad can’t hide your snacks up there any more! 3. 关于课后，时不时要温习一下所学过的知识。还可以再拓展课外的知识，所谓“读书百遍，其义自见”。温习时，若还是有不懂的问题，要与同学讨论，或直接请教老师。

4. 与同学们要和谐相处，不能因为一点小事就打“冷战”，对任何事情要用一颗宽容的心去包容他人。就算不是自己的错，也要好好地和同学解释清楚。初中的朋友是最纯结的，没有利益关系的存在，对友谊没有多大的影响。要珍惜现在的友谊，对朋友同学要真挚诚恳。

5. 对老师长辈要尊重，我要以微笑去对待所有长辈老师。在成长路上，是他们一路陪伴着我们，像一展照明灯一般，照亮我们的前方。

首先呢，可不能像小学时那样贪玩了，再说了，每天晚上八点多才回家，然后洗个澡，请问你还可以玩多久？……初中的学习越来越紧张，千万不能老师在讲台上讲课，自己却想着啥时候下课，叽哩呱啦也不知台上讲的啥，一下子就跟不上进度了，也应了句古话：“学如逆水行舟，一蒿松劲，不进则退，”学习，可一蒿都不能松呀！

再呢，千里之行始于足下，每一步都要踏踏实实地走，“逃得过初一逃不过十五”。课堂上，勉勉强强、混水摸鱼倒可以，以后呢？考试怎么办？小学时作次弊也不是不行，但你可以作一辈子的弊吗？连初中的考试作弊都行不通，高考呢？想都别想！所以呀，做什么事都要凭自己的本事，依赖一些不光彩的“手段”是不行的。凡事要凭良心，话说“不做亏心事，不怕鬼敲门”。做完一件事，要看看自己是不是问心无愧，只有踏踏实实地走每一步，才能稳稳当当地做每一件事。

以后不能再睡懒觉了，“早起的鸟儿有虫吃”。要早起，当然就要早睡，争取睡足8个小时，那样上课才不会打瞌睡，一天都精神百倍！午休时要好好睡，不然晚上的晚自习可就变成“难民营”了————全是“鬼哭狼嚎”！要记住——“一天之神在于休”！

不可以挑食！方便面别多吃，那家伙，没啥营养！食堂里的饭菜才“合格”。千万别因为赶时间不吃早餐，这么做对胃不好，对整个身体都不好。加上早上还要晨跑，空腹运动伤身体！小心“饿梦”，那样食欲比求知欲更大，小心肚子敲锣打鼓对自己威！

上学时，别追星，太狂热可不行。就算超级大牌的明星抬着大轿请我都是不行的！第一是根本没时间看电视，第二是这样会影响学习的。

虽然这样的初中生活并不如意，但我相信，这初中生活一定会跟吃了伊利苦咖啡雪糕一样————先苦，后甜。

In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

I have got a problem and I need to ask for your help. I feel I am a little too fat. What’s worse,I am putting on weight all the time. I am very worried about my figure and how I look. I even fear that some of my classmates call me names.

At one time, I tried to work out in a gym two or three times, but I finally gave up just because I had no time for it and always felt very tired after doing exercise. Once I tried going on a diet.
