在我们家过年有蒸糕的习俗。今天正是爷爷和奶奶蒸糕的日子。昨天爷爷终于答应我可以一起做这件事了，我兴奋地一夜没睡好。

今天一大早就起床了，赶紧刷牙、洗脸，然后蹦蹦跳跳跑下楼，看见爷爷就问：“爷爷，有没有准备好了？”爷爷笑着说：“瞧把你急得，还没有好呢！”“那要到什么时候才好呢？”我有点迫不及待。“马上好啦！”爷爷边回答边走进了厨房。只见爷爷双拿着一袋加工好的米粉，小心翼翼地倒入早已准备好的竹匾中，接着把“堆”成的山的米粉散开，然后倒入准备好的红糖水，红糖水就像调皮的孩子，在米粉上打着滚，不一会儿就被米粉吸收了，再也调皮不起来了。接着，爷爷挽起袖管，用手在米粉上来来回回地搓动，揉散的米粉就像雪花一样从爷爷的手指间落下来，可真有趣。我赶紧也卷起袖管，学着爷爷的样子揉搓起来，可是米粉到我手里就不听话了，不是一块块的，就是黏在我手上一动不动，任我急得满头大汗。爷爷笑着说：“玥玥，不能只拿潮湿的米粉，要把干的和潮的一起放在手里揉搓，这样才能使蒸糕粉和均匀呀。”我恍然大悟，赶忙抓上些干的米粉揉搓，果然不再黏在手上了。第一步完成之后，爷爷拿来一个筛子，把那些米粉过筛，再一看，竹匾里的蒸糕粉变得细小而均匀了。过了好久，爷爷的额头也冒出了细细密密的汗珠，才把蒸糕粉准备好。

出生于1925年的太姥爷虽然没有抗战经历，但也经历过被日本人包围的恐惧。每年大年初三，我们欢聚在一起，太姥爷总会给我们将抗战时期的故事。太姥爷说，当年日本人占领山东时，看着哪个人像共产党，就抓走拷问。有一次太姥爷在家门口挖土玩，日本人以为他在挖什么情报，就抓走了太姥爷，那时他才十几岁，怎么问都说不知道，日本人见他太小，就放了他。其实他爸爸真的是共产党，多亏他守住了秘密。

一家人大团圆

大年初三，我们一大家子欢聚在太姥爷家。今年从外地回来的亲戚多，我们就决定举行家庭联欢，一个人表演一个节目，这下姨姥们大展身手。小姨姥围了一个大红围巾，站在凳子上唱歌。三姨姥给小姨姥伴舞，她跳着不正宗的广场舞，围着小姨姥转来转去，其他人在下面跟着节奏拍手，叫好。

寒假见闻让我感受到了亲情的温馨，能有这样的亲人，我感到十分幸福。

北京的春节热闹非凡，我们福建莆田的春节也毫不示弱。我们从腊月初十起，就开始了过年的准备。

腊月初十至腊月二十之间，莆田人会选一个晴朗的“双日”进行扫巡。扫巡就是大扫除，家家户户把屋里的重物品清洗后拿到院子里暴晒，后面再进行屋内的扫巡。

腊月二十四，祭灶公。也就是送灶公上天，灶公升天后，就会向玉皇大帝禀报这户人家在这一年里行善还是行恶，再进行惩罚或祝福。所以，大家在祭拜的时候总要放上各式各样的糖果，让灶公的嘴甜一点。

腊月二十六日起，家家户户都在门口做豆腐，白白嫩嫩的豆腐做好了，就可以喝豆浆、炸东西了。接下来，到了我最爱的环节——炸吃的。我们在这一天总是要炸很多东西的，如：炸豆腐、海蛎饼、炸红薯等。海蛎饼里面包的东西最丰盛了，里面包了肉、白萝卜丝、海蛎等食物只要把海蛎饼做好，再往滚烫的油里炸，海蛎饼就做好了。在看着大人做的同时，我也忍不住流口水了。

腊月二十九日，俗称“小除”。家家都放鞭炮，贴春联，在这辞旧迎新的一天真令人高兴。在晚上是，你还可以更随大队伍去点灯，走进庙里，四处都有鞭炮的响声。还听到了许多不一样的音乐，那是什么呢？看，那就是我们点灯的灯，安装了电池，自然就会唱歌了。

大年三十。这个除夕夜，一年才只有一次。白天，家家挂起了红灯笼，架起了红彩旗，每家每户都显得纳闷 喜气红火。晚上，让人直流口水的是那一桌的美食。莆田人吃年 夜 饭也是有讲究的，除夕夜必须要有这些菜才算圆满：虾（莆田话念：和，寓意一家人和和睦睦）；蟹（必须选十只脚齐全的，寓意十全十美）；有一些有条件的人家会在家里厨房的鱼缸里养几条鱼，寓意年年有余。还没吃完年 夜 饭，就看见了窗外的天空绣出了一朵朵美丽的花，小孩们都跑到马路边去玩烟花，家长们也掏出了钱包给老人和小孩压岁钱，寓意新的一年红红火火。

正月初一，小孩跟随着父母回母亲的娘家，与外婆外公一起吃团圆饭。

正月初六到正月十五期间是我们莆田人闹元宵的时间，我们都会到庙里上香，晚上在家里吃汤圆，一家人其乐融融，开开心心的聚在一起。

年夜饭

我在这个寒假的前半部分几乎天天睡懒觉可今天却8点就起来了，为啥？因为今天是大年三十呗。刚一吃完中午饭，爸爸妈妈，爷爷奶奶就忙开了，为啥，要准备年夜饭呗。开始包饺子了，今天的饺子可不一样，因为是我们自己做的馅儿，压的皮。爷爷奶奶做饺子皮，爸爸剁肉，妈妈调馅儿，不到一小时，三样都准备好了，一家人围在一起有说有笑的包饺子。我也掺和了进来。第一个：皮儿破了。第二个：馅儿漏了。第三个：总算包起来了，可是又饺子不像饺子，包子不像包子。唉，原来包饺子这么难呀！可是，虽然样子不怎么样，却挺好吃的。当吃到自己的奇形饺子后，心里竟有一股莫名其妙的欢乐。

旅游

现在的人可真时尚，三天两头的旅游，大年初五过后，我们一家又叫上个亲戚去保康泡温泉，温泉里的水好像有魔力一样，把人一年来的辛苦、劳全部洗净了，别提多舒适了！

今年春节吃、喝、玩、乐样样俱全，真是欢乐极了

今年的春节，是我有生以来过的最有年味儿的一次。因为往年过的春节要么爸爸妈妈带我去哪里玩，要么得到几件礼物。

大年三十那天，爸爸妈妈忙里忙外的做年夜饭，十分辛苦。所以，我为了帮助帮助爸爸妈妈，参与了这项做年夜饭中不可缺少的包饺子的任务。今年年夜饭的饺子，我们选用韮菜拌肉的饺子馅。听姥姥说，韮菜代表日子可以过的长长久久(长长韮韮)、和和美美。现在，妈妈的目标是把面和的让人吃了还想吃，而我呢，就要把鲜肉剁成肉醬，还有把韮菜摘干净。不一会儿，我和妈妈就把这几样任务搞定了。接下来的环节就到我和妈妈做饺子了。妈妈擀面就像是一位技术高超的专业人员，几乎五六秒就擀出了一个面皮，我一见一个面皮被妈妈做出来，二话不说，就抢过面皮，一声不吭的包起来。
