6、爸爸是个搞美术的，是中南五省小有名气的装帧艺术家，他的个人画展得到过很多知名人士的好评。爸爸对家里的事马虎又马虎，然而对工作＿上的事认真又认真。为了一个封面，他可以反复推敲几十遍，甚至可以连续几夜不睡觉。一个夜晚的工夫，纸篓里的废纸就堆得满满的了！早上，找一翻开，“呀！这画得不是挺好的吗？干嘛废了呀？”妈妈也这么说，可他说：“不行，有一点不满意我也要重画！”

7、我和爸爸之间没有太多的话，基本上就是他问我一句我就答一句。他从小到大根本就没吵过我几次，更不要说打我了。让爸爸最生气的就是我的学习成绩下降了，爸爸非常在乎我的学习，他一般不会过问其它方面的事，我能做的就是好好学习了。

36、我突然发觉到母亲以往平滑的额头上竟出现了水波痕一样的皱纹，一条一条映了出来，“一、二、三……”我都数得出几条了。我不喜欢皱纹，恨不得用手在她额头上用力磨一磨，将那几条岁月在妈妈额头上留下的痕迹——皱纹抹去。当妈妈锁起眉心，怔怔出神的当儿——她放下毛线，呆呆地坐着。我想，母亲是忧郁的，尤其是当爸爸一去不返的时候，她时常是这样的。她眼角的鱼尾纹都清楚可见了。这些皱纹是她勤劳、伟大的见证。

37、高高的个头，瘦瘦的脸庞，黝黑的皮肤，总穿着一身又旧又烂的西服，脚蹬一双不像样的皮鞋。从征面看，他像一个瘦老头，从背面看，他却像山一样挺拔耸立，他就是我最亲最爱的人——父亲。
