我的父亲是一个老教师，在上思县实验小学教书，身高有1米7，脸型虽然不没，但是他有一双炯炯有神的眼睛，长着高高的鼻梁，看上去好有福气哦，别看他已经50出头，可是他还有一头乌黑的头发。

父亲是一个关心孩子的父亲，所以我有难题就经常去问父亲，父亲总是帮我解决心中的难题，有一次，老师布置家作，就是让同学们回去写一篇作文，题目叫“我家的星期天”我觉得很简单，一小时就完成了，我把作业交给老师，不一会儿，老师把作文本给了我，说我写作文偏题了，让我拿着作业本回去修改，我失望地拿着作业本回家了，回到家，我给父亲看了我的作文，父亲看完了就说：“别恢心，从哪跌倒的就从哪里站起来。”父亲这么鼓励我，我信心十足，肯定能把作文写好的，父亲先给我讲我错在哪里，然后让我用一张草稿重新写一遍，把错的地方彻底地修改一下，最后把修改的作文再写到作文本里。上学时，我把作文给老师看，老师说我进步很快，我乐得笑了，可是你们还不知道吧，这一切都是我父亲的教导和鼓励，不然我也不会进步那么快。

不过，父亲也有缺点，父亲经常在电脑前玩电脑的麻将，一玩就是好几个小时，比我玩的还多，有一次，妈妈做好了饭，叫我们过来吃饭，我来到饭桌的时候，但父亲还在入迷当中。我多么希望父亲改掉这些毛病啊!

父亲虽然有些坏毛病，可是父亲在我心中仍然是多么崇高和伟大啊!
