我先挑了两个大土豆，把它们放进水池里洗干净，再让奶奶教我刨土豆皮。奶奶左手拿土豆，右手拿刨子，只见她把刨子上的刀片往土豆上一擦，一块土豆皮就刨了下来。再刷刷刨几下，土豆就露出了金黄色的果肉。我心想：这么简单，我也会。我拿了一个土豆刨了起来。刨完后，我觉得土豆小了很多，原来我刨的时候太用力，把土豆肉都刨掉了。奶奶笑着说：“刨的时候要轻一点，才不容易把果肉也刨掉。”我按照奶奶说的轻轻刨，果然只刨掉了土豆皮。

该切土豆了。我拿起刀切起来，可是切完以后一看，呵呵，这哪里是土豆片啊？大的大，小的小，厚的厚，薄的薄。我心想：怎么切得这么难看呀！奶奶似乎看出了我的心思，说：“没关系，你第一次切土豆，已经很不错了。我来帮你切成土豆丁。”奶奶拿起刀，熟练地切起来，不一会，就把土豆切成了方方正正、大小匀称的土豆丁。

奶奶帮我把火开起来，等锅热了，我倒了点油进去。油热了，冒出了烟。我把土豆丁倒进锅里，只听噼噼啪啪的声音，我赶紧用铲子翻炒起来。我又从盐盒里舀了一小勺盐放入锅中继续炒，土豆变得黄亮亮的。奶奶倒了点开水进锅里，盖上锅盖说：“再煮一会。”过了几分钟，我有点着急了，迫不及待地打开盖子，看见锅里还有水，又连忙盖上盖子。又等了大概五分钟，我打开盖子，水已经烧干了。我赶紧又翻炒了几下，再洒上了我爱吃的胡椒粉，就把土豆丁铲进了盘子里。哇，一盘金灿灿的土豆丁出炉了。我闻了闻，真是太香了！尝了一口，又软又糯，好吃极了！

妈妈回来了，当她看到土豆丁，得知是我炒的，直夸我有大厨的潜力！我得意极了，第一次炒土豆就这么成功！

My hobby

I am Cendy. I am in Nanhai Experimental Primary School. I am in Class 9, Grade 6. I am tall and thin. I live in Dali. I have many good friends. I often play with them.

I have many hobbies, riding a bike, drawing pictures and reading books. But I like to read books the best. Because of reading books is good for my study. I also like riding bikes. Because of it does a lot of good to my body.

人生的第一次撒谎，是在我小学三年级的时候。

一次考试，我遇到了一道道难题，我干脆就放弃不做了。第二天，老师下发试卷的时候，我心慌意乱。仅仅只有82分，让我怎么跟爸妈交代呢？回到家里，我拿着试卷好好反省。听见妈妈从楼上下来的脚步声，我的心一下子跳到了嗓子眼，慌乱之中错手把试卷塞进了垃圾桶盖好。我想也只有这个办法了，就随手拿起一本书在那里看着，装作认真的样子。

妈妈见我如此认真，忍不住问起：“你的试卷发下来了没有？给我看一下。”

完了，我心惊胆战，一下子说不出话来。妈妈有些生气：“没听到？我跟你说把试卷拿来！”

我硬着头皮说：“老师说他还没改完，过些天发下来。”我侥幸逃过一劫。

这是我人生第一次撒谎，也是最后一次。虽然时过境迁，但我仍心有余悸：做人，真的不能这样，要诚实。

My father is a nice man.He likes to play computer games.He is an owner of a factory which produces many things .He is good at designing.He works very hard.I love him very much because, sometimes,I can help him to do something in his factory .He is always on business trips because he has his business everywhere so it takes up too much of his time .

Therefore, he doesn’t have any time to play with me butI don’t blame him for that.I often spend a lot of my time on the computer,soI have something to do.My mother is usually on the phone and tells my father to get home early but my father doesn’t listen to her.So my mother andI sometimes are upset andI don’t like my father in a sense that he always gets home late.

I love my father but not his job!

There is a tall tree in front of my house. I love it very much. When spring comes, the thick leaves make the tree beautiful and lively. And in summer, my parents and I often sit under the big tree and enjoy the cool air.

But when autumn comes, the leaves will turn yelow, and fall from the tree. And then, it stands there in the cold wind alone. I am sad, too.

Mother tells me the tree wil grow bigger and taller in the coming spring. I feel happy again.
