一天中午，我看见妈妈在厨房准备做饭，我跟妈妈说：“我想成为全班第一个会做饭的男生！你能教我吗？”妈妈说：“好呀！我来教你。”

春卷，每年春节时都能吃到，它是由唐朝时的“春盘”演变过来的。

我喜欢吃豆沙馅，它象征着在新的一年里甜甜蜜蜜，当然不同的馅也有不同的含义。

过了这么多次春节，也看过很多次大人包，自己却不会包春卷。今天妈妈决定教教我，从菜市场买来了春卷皮、菜馅、肉馅、豆沙馅，为了更热闹，还请来了我的好朋友——笑笑。

没等开始包，我们两个就吃起了春卷皮，这味道真是独特，有一股淡淡的面粉味道。老妈拿来一张圆圆的春卷皮，把粗超的一面朝下，光滑的一面朝上面，往皮子中心偏下点放了一点菜，接着把下面的皮子往上折，再左右两边往中心折，最后卷起来，一个漂亮精致的春卷完成了。同伴笑笑她说以前包过，说着也包了一个，跟妈妈的一比不相上下，棒极了！该我了，我按照妈妈的包法也包了一个，结果上下差一大截，原来包时把两边向中间折的步奏给忘了，引得大家哈哈大笑。我只好苦笑着把多出来的皮子吃掉了。“继续包，我不信会包不好！”这一次严格按照老妈的步奏，就差最后一步了，卷起春卷就行，可小手偏偏不听使唤，卷成扁状了，“哈哈！不错嘛！”自我安慰一下！

后来我和笑笑不仅把传统的春卷包的很好，还发明了好多形状，比如：糖果形、三角形、五角星形........不管是什么形状，都包着我们美好的心愿，也希望中国的传统文化永远传承下去。

我们换了一位英俊潇洒的英语老师，帅气的他，个头中等，身材匀称，健康的皮肤，乌黑亮丽的短发，非常有形，高高的鼻梁上架着一副眼镜，可能是因为时间戴久了，已压出了一道深深印子，他看上去斯斯文文的，很有学问，他就是我们的英语老师——何云先生。

他上课风趣幽默，常把同学们逗得开怀大笑。记得有一次上英语课，他先让我们看着书拼读英语单词，我们拼的都很认真，然后他用同学们最感兴趣的开火车的方式，让我们不看书拼单词，大家一下子来了兴趣，纷纷举起了小手。第一个同学李天宇站起来虽然说的不是很流利，但老师还是伸出了鼓励的大拇指，大声的说了声：“棒”！又一位同学站起来响亮而流利的拼出了单词，老师亲切的拍了拍他得肩膀说：“酷毙了！”逗得同学们哈哈大笑。每次上课何老师总能把课堂气氛带动的非常活跃，同学们都能聚精会神的听课，不由得被他这风趣幽默的上课方式给深深地吸引。风趣的他，有时也很厉害哦，对我们的书写要求总是一丝不苟，必须达到工整、漂亮。该背的课文和该默写的单词一定要会背诵，达到会默写，不然绝不会手软，所以我们从不敢抱着侥幸心理，总是老实、认真的去完成。
