吃重阳糕

据史料记载，重阳糕又称花糕、菊糕、五色糕，制无定法，较为随意。

九月九日早晨，用片糕搭儿女的头额，口中念念有词，祝愿子女百事俱高，乃古人九月作糕之本意。重阳糕的制作古人比较讲究，要作成九层，像座宝塔，上面还有两只小羊，以符合重阳(羊)之意。有的还在重阳糕上插小红纸旗，点蜡烛灯。意欲用“点灯”、“吃糕”来代替“登高

重阳节恰逢金秋时节，菊花盛开，相传赏菊及饮菊花酒

插茱萸和簪菊花

重阳节插茱萸的风俗，在唐代已很普遍。古人认为，在重阳节这一天插茱萸可以避难消灾，所以不少妇女、儿童将茱萸佩带于臂，或插在头上。重阳节佩茱萸，在晋代葛洪《西经杂记》中就有记载。除了佩带茱萸，还有头戴菊花的。唐代已经如此，历代盛行。在清代，北京人在重阳节把菊花枝叶贴在门窗上，“解除凶秽，以招吉祥”。

除了以上较为普遍的习俗外，各地还有一些独特的习俗。

重阳节，在陕北正式收割的季节，有首歌唱道：“九月里九重阳，收呀么收秋忙。谷子呀，糜子呀，上呀么上了场”。陕北人晚上过重阳节，因为白天忙于收割、打场。晚上月上树梢，人们喜爱吃荞面熬羊肉，待吃过晚饭后，人们三三两两地走出家门，爬上附近山头，点上火光，谈天说地，待鸡叫才回家。夜里登山，许多人都摘几把野菊花，回家插在女儿的头上，以之避邪。

在福建莆仙，人们沿袭旧俗，要蒸九层的重阳米果，我国古代就有重阳“食饵”之俗，“饵”即今之糕点、米果之类。宋代《玉烛宝典》云：“九日食饵，饮菊花酒者，其时黍、秫并收，以因粘米嘉味触类尝新，遂成积习”。清初莆仙诗人宋祖谦《闽酒曲》曰：“惊闻佳节近重阳，纤手携篮拾野香。玉杵捣成绿粉湿，明珠颗颗唤郎尝”。

有些地方的群众，利用重阳登山的机会，祭扫祖墓，纪念先人。莆仙人以重阳祭祖者比清明为多，故有以三月为小清明，重九为大清明之说。由于莆仙沿海，九月初九也是妈祖羽化升天的忌日，乡民多到湄洲妈祖庙或港里的天后祖祠、宫庙祭祀，求得保佑。

新中国成立后，重阳节的活动增加了不少新的内容。1989年，我国政府把重阳节定为老人节。每到重阳节，各地都要组织老年人登山秋游，开阔视野，交流感情，锻炼身体，培养人们回归自然，热爱祖国大好山河的高尚品德。

如果我当上科学家，最想发明的东西就是UFO，UFO的速度非常快，最高是每分钟一光年，这样人类就可以乘UFO探索宇宙的奥秘。

如果我实现了我的梦想，成为了一名伟大的科学家，那么我一定会让我们的祖国变得更强大，变成世界第一强国。
