我觉得造成这一系列的罪魁祸首，是因为人们不知道电是怎么来的，以为这就是电力局的工人们用机器造出来的，只不过是那些在电力局里工作的人浪费一点时间，用我们现在的技术造出来电供我们使用罢了，而且他们觉得电就是钱买来的，我们有钱愿意买多少电就买多少电。

局长，关于解决这些问题，我给你提出以下建议：

1、要让业主知道电是来之不易的，也是由一些风、煤，制造出来的，要让电在人们心中的地位增高。

2、让你们电力局的工作人员们印一些条幅比如“电也是地球上的一种资源。”“如果没有了电我将回到原始生活”这些条幅，每一家小区的物业上都挂成这个。

3、晚上我们困的时候可以先把灯关住，把手机关住，然后再睡觉。

希望局长能在百忙之中抽出时间看看我的建议书，让我们小区的人都知道节约用电。

This is Mid-autumn Day. I love it very much. Because on that day I can eat

Thanksgiving Day falls on the fourth Thursday of November every year. It is

the most truly American of the national Holidays in the United States. It is a

time for sharing. In the United States, it is their tradition that family

members get together for a reunion to have a traditional big dinner. On the
