为了更好地保护耕地，我国制定了土地管理法。对耕地实行基本农田保护制度，严禁控制耕地转为非耕地，国家实行占用耕地补偿制度，推进土地开发、复垦、整理。我们还要保护耕地防止水土流失、耕地沙化、盐碱化、贫瘠化等。通过法律的形式把耕地好好地保护起来，进行这些措施就是为了实现耕地环境保护。
