在人类寻找文明的过程中，经历了多少沧桑，而沉重的代价是以牺牲土地，过分地开发利用土地的结果。上游工厂乱排放污水到河水污染了庄稼，高楼大厦占据了良好的耕地。甚至还乱挖土地，生产100万块红砖,要挖土一米深的耕地1100平方米。而这些砖建造一栋1.5万平方米18层建筑物的一半都不够.要是造这样的一栋楼,得用多少耕地土来换啊!所以,现在国家规定,不能使用耕地土造的砖,只能用空心的水泥砖.这样一年就可以减少使用6000亿块红砖,得有多少耕地节约啊!在我的家乡，好多土地都是空在那里，她本来可以长出绿油油的麦子，沉甸甸的谷穗，但人们把她给遗忘了，到城里去打工。这样我们国家到国外进口好多的粮食，如果我们把耕地都好好地利用，就不依赖进口的了。

另外我国的很多耕地受到水土流失、耕地质量退化影响。珍惜土地，保护耕地刻不容缓。如果人类还要长久地在这片土地上生存下去，就应该保护这土地!不要再建设什么工厂，也莫提什么豪华别墅。可以节约的土地就不要再浪费了，可以重复开发的就不要去建别的建筑，可以停止的污染就不要持续下去，因为伤害土地就是伤害我们人类自己。让我们认真地保护好、节约利用好每一寸土地，斩断污水伸向农田的魔爪，回收废旧电池、清除白色污染。让那些讨厌的山体滑坡、泥石流远离我们，让地震、海啸成为遥远的记忆……

为了更好地保护耕地，我国制定了土地管理法。对耕地实行基本农田保护制度，严禁控制耕地转为非耕地，国家实行占用耕地补偿制度，推进土地开发、复垦、整理。我们还要保护耕地防止水土流失、耕地沙化、盐碱化、贫瘠化等。通过法律的形式把耕地好好地保护起来，进行这些措施就是为了实现耕地环境保护。

目前，我国耕地保护面临着许多问题，每个人都应从自身做起，宣传、贯彻土地管理法，保护耕地，节约土地资源。

The main theme of this activity is do not waste any food, starting with me. This campaign was first started from Sina weibo. In my humble opinion, everybody should join in this campaign. As we all know, the Chinese traditional virtue is to be thrifty even we are live in a better life. The old generation usually appreciates the leftover, if there is any food in the plate, they will eat them up; while the younger generation will dump the leftovers into the dustbin, they rather spend the money on other food instead of eating leftovers. I think such behavior is not only waste of food and money, but also broadcast the wrong idea that wasting food is acceptable. People should come to realize the importance of saving food. The governments should also take measures to reduce food wastage and encourage people to eat at home. What’s more, people should put an end to the expensive feasts and banquets.

I think this campaign should be moving on. Saving food for our offspring is everybody’s responsibility. Even if you’re a wealthy man, you still need to eat up the food on your plate. Waste is not a good habit.

There are many kinds of sports that I enjoy, such as swimming, basketball,travelling and so on. However, my favorite sport is running.In my mind,it is a good activities for people to keep healthy and relieve the pressure. After busy studying,i usually run on the playground,and i think thats the most wonderful time in a day.I love this sport since im 4,but at that time i only run for fun without any purpose.Its different now.Running has become a essential part in my life.I love running,and i ll keep running.

Eating is a important part in our daily life.Up to now,many people waste food as much as they can.As a middle school ,I am very depressed.

My mother is sixty-three years old, and for the last forty year she has

been the village doctor. She has a small clinic that she prepares medicine and

treats small injuries, and also sells canned powder milk. Our house has people

in and out at all hours of the day and night. The villagers always like to come

to her clinic to see the doctor and to meet their neighbors, too. Almost all the

villagers come to my mother when their baby is due. My mother is very good at

was in class 4.The head-teacher of the class was a middle age woman.she was so

strict with us.for example, i was catched when i ate a big rabbit sugar during

opinion ,she hated everyting except study,everyweekend ,she asked us to study in

school,sunday afternoon was just the free time for us.when she saw we played

was found by her,he would be punished just like a shit.luckyly,i was not found

by her.i liked the girl who was my Elementary school schoolmate during my junior

middle school.i didnt know she konwed or not.it ended when we graduated.but i

liked to talk with others during class time,everytime i was found by her,she

asked me to write 3000 words to explain why and how to do in future. nowadyas

The Hero in My Heart

As we know， most peoplehave heroes in their hearts. For me, Dr Norman Bethune is the hero in my heart.He was a great doctor from Canada.

Dr Bethune was good at performing operations.And taking photos was his hobby. In 1938， he came toChina. He opened hospitals and invented medical tools. He worked so hard thathe saved thousands of Chinese people. He didn’t stop totake care of his own injured hand and died.

I am deeply moved by his stories. So I’ll work hard today and do my best to helpothers.
