2015年1月19日是我们寒假生活的开始，就在这一天，我们离开了生活了一个学期的学校，回到了分别了一个学期的家里。

不知不觉的，在家里又过了十二天的时间，在过小年的这一天，我们起了个早，因为今天我们要炒一些花生和瓜子还有爆米花。

上午，我和奶奶忙开了，奶奶负责炒，而我呢?便负责烧火，只见奶奶从一个小坛子里把一些黑色的沙子倒进烧热的锅中。一边倒以便将沙子用铲子炒着，等沙子炒热的时候奶奶在沙子里倒入了少量的铜油，然后将沙子又炒了一下，等沙子炒的有点冒烟的时候，奶奶用一只小碗装了一碗米花子放进去，然后迅速的翻炒着，大约几十秒钟以后第一锅爆米花就炒好了。炒好了之后的爆米花看上去颜色亮白，形状圆润且饱满，还有一股香味，看了就让人想吃。

接着，奶奶用和前面相同的方法炒完了所有的米花子。

接下来该炒花生了，奶奶将炒米花用的沙子过滤了一下，然后又倒回锅里，加入了一点铜油，等沙子炒热了之后，奶奶将花生倒进了锅里，用铲子翻炒着。我问奶奶：“奶奶,花生炒到什么程度才算炒好了呢?”奶奶告诉我说：“花生炒好了的话，外壳的颜色会发生变化，会由开始的白色变成黄色，或者拿出一节来剥开，看到皮呈鲜红色，能揉脱就好了。”

大约过了二十多分钟，花生炒好了。炒好后的花生颜色黄黄的，吃起来香香的。奶奶还告诉我,要想东西炒的好火侯最重要,无论炒什么。

炒好花生之后，剩下的就只有一样那就是瓜子了，奶奶将锅里的沙子乘出来让它冷却好，装回坛子中。然后把锅用水刷干净，等到锅烧热之后，奶奶将瓜子倒进了锅里，用铲子翻炒着。奶奶告诉我，炒瓜子和炒花生差不多，只要瓜子炒的饱满了，吃起来没有生的感觉就好了。

十多分钟之后，瓜子就炒好了。炒好后的瓜子看起来很饱满，吃起来也很香。

通过这次和奶奶炒花生瓜子的事，既让我增长了知识，又让我学到了技术，我难忘这件事!

哈哈!期末考试终于结束了，卷子也领了，寒假就在我美妙的想法中开始了。可惜，事与愿违，我希望寒假可以开开心心玩耍的想法，却被下班回家的妈妈击碎了：

晚上，妈妈下班回家了，一进门，就看到我俩在屋子游手好闲地晃，妈妈一下子就生气了，问道：“你们俩在寒假想要干什么?”我俩心不在焉地答道：“玩呗!”妈妈又问道：“那寒假作业呢?”“写呗!”我俩又答道。可没想到，这四个字，犹如放在煤气罐下的火柴，“嗵”的一声，让周围的事物化为乌有。妈妈向我俩大举“政治教育”的旗帜，强烈攻势使我俩招架不住，只得“认罪伏法”，写下了放假必备——计划书。内容大体是这样：

上午：完成一些寒假作业，背会10个英语单词，完成一篇英语作文等;

下午：字帖一页，复习所学知识，玩耍等。

而这份计划最让我满意的就是劳逸结合。每当写的头晕脑胀时，就可以出去放松一下，正如龙井说唱的歌里所唱的：“敲开你的脑子让它出来透透气吧!来个深呼吸，呼出那烦恼和压力……”帮奶奶扫扫地，给爷爷倒杯水，听听音乐……等放松够了，再去写作业，效率会提高不少呢!

如果我能在上午完成这一天的任务，那么下午，就是我的自由时光了，想干什么，就干什么。晚上还能看电视或电影呢!

怎么样?我的寒假计划不错吧?

元宵节，早晨起床当然应该吃一碗热气腾腾的汤圆。汤圆用黏黏的面团搓成，有大有小，有粉有白，放在锅里蒸上一会儿。煮好的汤圆，像一个个可爱的胖娃娃。咬一口，烫烫的黑芝麻像流水般滚入心脾，嘴巴里充满了浓浓的芝麻味，舌尖上留着那种甜蜜蜜的情思和味道，代表着一家和和睦睦的生活。

晚上，我到外边去玩，大街小巷都张灯结彩，最美的还要数护城河边了。护城河边灯光辉煌，人声鼎沸。我漫游在这灯的世界，细细观赏，栩栩如生的金鱼灯，形象逼真的莲花灯，古朴典雅的宫灯——各式各样的彩灯造型优美，装饰考究，做工精细，真让人眼花缭乱，美不胜收。在平静的河面上，映照出了灯的影子，好像河的底下也点着一盏似的。一阵微风拂过，河面上微波荡漾，灯的影子也跟着摇摇晃晃了。

“好!”一阵喝彩声吸引住了我，原来是不远处有人在猜灯谜。我也想过去猜猜，可无奈人太多，形成了一堵‘人’墙，把猜灯谜的舞台围得水泄不通。我站在‘人’墙外，听着里面传来的阵阵欢笑声。主持人开始说灯谜了：“一人一张嘴(猜一字)。”我心想：那是什么呢?我正想着，一位老爷爷举起了手，回答道：“是个‘合’字。”主持人笑眯眯地说：“恭喜您，答对了。”话音刚落，周围就响起了一阵雷鸣般的掌声。

元宵节，这个热闹非凡的节日，在人们的欢笑声中结束。

In the 21st century, the scientific and economic development of mankind has

reached a high degree. But I want to ask: have you ever thought that the exhaust

gases from the industry pollute the air? Does the industry waste water seriously

ultraviolet radiation harmful to human health?

In scientific and economic development, we should also think about the

environmental damage and the causes of global warming. Protect the environment,

trees, flowers and birds will bring you wonderful scenery. Can you listen

carefully to the graceful singing of the birds? Can you ever stroke the birch

smooth coat or the rough skin of the pine? Can you smell the intoxicating

fragrance of the flowers?

Let the stream crowd through your open fingers. You will feel the beauty of

nature. Let the wind blow you, you will feel the wild nature. Let the rain be on

you, you will feel the naughty nature of nature.

This summer, I had some special days. I joined dongzhou international educational exchange summer camp.

First, I will tell you about our foreign teachers, they are shrina and rebecca. They are friendly and beautiful. They are students at oxford university.

We talked about many things: famous people, subjects in england, different jobs, our deal days, western star signs, what can we say in a restaurant and so on.

We know lots of things, like what the difference is between “chef” and “cook”, all the parts of the body…

We tried to write a letter to principal zhang. We made a play and we drew our own comics and tried to sell it. We gave some other students english lessons, we taught them about chinese dragon, chinese martial arts and the olympics.

Every afternoon, we played exciting games: chinese whispers, tongue twisters, wheelbarrow, egg and spoon, three legs…

On the last day, we had a good time. We made black tea. We put tea bags, some milk and lots of water in to a big bowl, and then we stirred the tea until it became red and dark. Oh, it tasted good! later, we used eggs, flour and milk to make many pancakes. To cook them is very interesting. When we finished it, the pancakes looked round and nice. We put some jam on it. how delicious! I won’t ever forget it.

The summer camp is a really good chance for me. I know the local things in england. I learned a lot and like english more. I also know better ways to learn english well.

I hope one day i can see you in england.

今年夏天,我有一些特殊的日子。东洲国际教育交流我加入夏令营。

首先,我将告诉你关于我们的外籍教师,他们是shrina和丽贝卡。他们是友好的和美丽的。他们是牛津大学的学生。

随着小学毕业典礼的落幕，我在小学的生活也画上了一个圆满的句号。我将成为一名中学生!首先我踏上了进入中学的第一步——去军训。

记得我来军训的第一天：我们坐着大巴一路上曲曲折折地来到了佛山军校。我们被教官领到了篮球场。现在正值夏季，烈日当空。而我们则在这站立了一个多小时!在暴晒的烈日下，这时间是难熬的。大家都有些焦躁，场上一阵吵闹，像炸开了锅一样。教官出动了：“吵什么吵!安静站好!”我们知道：今后的日子不会那么好了……

第二天，我们训练站姿。教官在前面喊道：“双脚跟闭拢，双脚尖分开60度，腰站直，双肩后收，手贴紧裤线!”大家便松松散散的做着。事情总不会一帆风顺，我们不是站不直，就是手贴不紧，又是双肩没有后收。这使我们的教官要一直扯着嗓子提醒我们，而我们，也有了进步。

第五天，我们训练，教官叫命令时，我们发现：教官的声音沙哑了。教官他，怎么了？教官说话了：“你们也听出来了，我的声音沙哑了。如果你们能认真一点，我也不会这样了。唉。我知道：我们班的进度明显比别人班慢，他作为我们的教官，他，他也会有压力吧!

晚上集队，教官说：“我在军队待过，所以能吃苦。而你们却是父母手上的掌上明珠，捧在手上，怕摔；含在口里，怕化!来参加军训就是为了磨练自己的意志，培养你们的独立感，让你们在小学与初中之间真正地跨过来!”我明白：平时自己在家总是依赖父母，这次还是第一次出远门，自己也已经12岁了，该长大了!

坐在回程的车上，看着倒退的树木，我还在思考：原来当一名军人这么累，这么苦!但，我们是祖国的新一代，祖国未来还要靠军人，靠我们去保护，去守护!而现在的我们就要努力学习，长大，报效祖国!
