前些天新闻不断报道我国西南缺水、北方缺水，数以万计的人畜缺少必要的生活用水。我国现在的水资源已十分紧缺，根据最新的调查资料，我国的100平方公里以上的大河这些年已经减少了一大半。

但在我们日常生活中，很多人以为自己浪费点水没多大关系，像没有在意水龙头的紧否，随意排污，乱丢垃圾等一系列浪费和破坏水资源的行为。今年的新闻也不断有用污水灌溉，直接向地下排放污水的报道。
