二、调整产业结构，发展节水型工商行业，投入节水型先进工艺，积极推广节

水技术，国家积极推行行之有效的节水技术政策和制定技术标准，加大污染环境的处罚力度。

三、加大治理已被污染的水资源。为了确保居民生活饮用洁净、卫生的水，必须对已被污染的为居民供水的水库和湖泊，要尽快“治疗”，使它们再现往日风采。

四、提高水资源利用率。一方面要大力宣传环境保护和节约用水，另一方面大力兴建治理能力强的污水处理厂，以提高废水回收利用率。

五、大力兴建调蓄水库，增加水资源的调蓄能力。

美丽的家园需要水的润泽，健康的生命需要水的浇灌。为了人类今后的生存和发展，让我们做一个“惜水如金”的 “环保小卫士”吧!让“要不然地球上的最后一滴水将是人们的眼泪”这样的广告，永远只成为广告吧!
