浙江的降水量相较于其他省是比较多的。所以，“防洪水”也是比较需要注意的一方面。在这方面，政府应该加强堤坝的牢固性，并且扩大河道，栽种多种树木来改善环境。这样才不容易因发洪水而产生人员伤亡的惨剧。对于洪水，我们最主要的还是要做好预防工作。
