老外婆是贵州人，生前最爱吃锅贴了，不用说了，包锅贴肯定就是俺老外婆的绝活，记得我7岁那年，一天老外婆在厨房里忙活着摘菜，洗菜、切菜，一会儿一大锅香喷喷的“汇菜”就出现在我的面前，我很好奇，便问老外婆：“老外婆，您不煮饭，光炒菜，而且还这么大一锅，我们怎么吃得完？”老外婆笑咪咪的对我说：“小馋猫，别急，好东西在后头，一会儿保准你馋得流口水。”老外婆像变戏法似的从橱柜下端出一盆早已揉好的面团，拿起赶面杖开始忙了起来。哦，原来老外婆是要包锅贴给我们吃。

原来只知道吃现成的，我还从来没看过锅贴是怎么包出来的。看着老外婆忙碌的身影，我心里痒痒的，总想去包几个试试，嗨，这包锅贴有啥难的，不就是面皮里包点菜，再把面皮合拢，锅贴不就完成了吗！于是我就自告奋勇地对老外婆说：“老外婆我和您一起包好吗？”“好吧”老外婆慈详地说，只见老外婆手里拿着一张面皮儿，轻松地打了一匙菜放在面皮上两手一合然后捏几下“面嘴”一个锅贴就包好了，像个吃饱了的小船，可再看我手上的，面皮上放着一大坨菜，不是面皮包不拢，就是菜跑到皮儿下边去了怎么包也包不拢，再看看老外婆，已经包了好几个放在盘子里了！急得我团团转，真不想包了，可又要面子，只好硬着头皮包！

老外婆好像看到了我的心思说：“茜茜，做任何事情都要有耐心，不要急躁，否则一事无成！”我听了，心里愧疚极了，真想找地缝钻进去。总结经验，自己就特别仔细地观察老外婆包锅贴的每一个动作，看了几次以后，我学着老外婆的样子，拿一块面皮放在手心里，从菜盆里打一小匙菜放在面皮上，然后双手一合，把两个半圆的面皮捏紧，一个鼓鼓的小船就“游”在了我的手上，老外婆表扬了我，我心里比吃了蜜还甜呢！……

如今，老外婆去世也有几年了，每当清明节，我就想起老外婆教我做锅贴的情形！

April 12 is memorable because our clahad a meaningful experience on that day. In the morning, we bicycled to the suburbs to plant trees, talking and laughing all the way. Upon arrival, we began to work immediately. Some were digging holes. Some were carrying and planting young trees. Others were watering . After getting the work done, we put up a board reminding people to protect the trees. Before leaving we took some photos to record our green action. Seeing the lines of trees, we all had a sense of achievement. We feel it’s our duty to protect and beautify our environment.
