my family was woke up, they sent me to the hospital. After seeing the doctor, he

told me that I had eaten too much food, what’s more, the food was not healthy,

so it hurt my stomach. Since then, I realized that I should not eat the rubbish

food often, I should keep the healthy diet. Now my diet is regular, I won’t take

in much food before sleeping, my body is becoming healthy. In the morning, I eat

an egg and make sure I take in enough vitamins. Even when I see the rubbish food

is tempting, I take no hesitation to say no to them. I am so proud of

myself.

Since I was very small, my parents sent me to learn painting. They thought

I could understand art and mastered one skill. This experience brings me the

sense of art. I have my own understanding of it.

On the one hand, art is an important way to express peoples opinion. When

we see the pictures, the difference between classical and ordinary paintings

lies in the thoughts. The famous artists implant their ideas in the pictures,

which are admitted by the public, so the value of arts can be seen. Some famous

artists expressed their unique opinion and gives arts great meaning.

On the other hand, art is not only from works, but also from life. For

example, my mother cooks the delicious food. Everybody speaks highly of her. So

her food brings people great happiness, which makes the food an art for me.

Whats more, my friends is good at communicating. The way she talks can convince

other easily, so I call the way she communicates as an art.

In all, for me, art is around. It brings people a way to see the world or

makes our life wonderful.

Gorky said: "Books are the ladder of human progress!" It is obvious how

important reading is! Reading books allows us to learn a wealth of knowledge,

but also make people progress.

Usually we should read more books, and we must read good books, such as:

science fiction, composition, fairy tales, fables, myths and other useful.

Meaningful book. However, for books like comics, it is best to read less.

"Reading through thousands of books, writing pens is like a god." I think

that reading more is good for writing. When reading, you should accumulate some

转眼间，又到了清明。几天前就听同学和大人们说起清明节扫墓之事，我不禁想到：人们为什么都赶去在清明节扫墓？清明究竟是什么样的一个日子？

我很幸运，奶奶爷爷姥姥姥爷都还健在，所以，我并不十分理解“清明”意味着什么。于是，今天，我下定决心要搞清楚什么是清明。

看着天空纷纷飘落的星星雨点，我的心也渐渐沉重起来……

我独自坐车来到了一块墓地，这里的人可真不少，但是却很安静，没有人大声说话。他们像朝圣者一样来到这里，献上一束小花，沉思片刻，不觉间，眼睛已闪烁着点点莹光了。

“他们也许是在怀念早已逝去的亲人吧，”我想，“也许是想起了小时候和前辈在一起的那段回忆吧，也许是想起了故乡的亲人们吧”……

想到这，我似乎明白，原来清明就是让人们想起那些我们不该忘记却忘记了的人和事；就是让人们停下匆忙的脚步，去怀念逝去的人们的日子；就是让人们去寻根的一个节日；就是让人们静下心来想想我究竟是谁，我该怎样珍爱生命、怎样珍爱身边的一切的节日，怀远而慎终……清明祭祖，是中华文明礼仪的优良传统，同时清明祭祖也是中华民族寻根谒祖的心愿满足。人们之所以缅怀先人，祭祀祖先，是因为他们是我们自己的来源。我们现在的幸福生活是我们祖先用他们的双手辛勤劳动换来的。他们的辛勤奋斗是我们继续前行的起点，而这就是尊重生命与敬畏历史的不竭动力。虽然当今处于全球一体化的交融时代，“我是谁”以及“我从哪里来”这等心灵追问的寻根意识仍旧是必不可少的。

的确，如果没有祖先，没有前人，又哪里来的我们呢？如果不是他们的辛苦拼搏，我们又是如何过上如今的美好生活？冯友兰曾说过：“祭祀并不是因为灵魂真正存在，只是祭祀祖先的人出于孝敬祖先的感情。所以，礼仪的意义是诗的，不是宗教的。”祭祀扫墓这种庄重的仪式是一种情感上和道德上的真实。

那么，我的“根”又在哪里呢？我的籍贯是河南，却生长在哈尔滨，直到十岁才跟随父母搬家到北京。哪里又是我的故乡呢？曾经困惑的我，似乎刹那间明白，我的“根”就在哈尔滨。因为在那里，不仅有我的亲人，还有我成长的足迹。这是我不能忘记的故乡，但是有时，我却把它忘记了。

今的故乡已经发生了翻天覆地的变化，儿时住的老楼早已被拆掉，小学的校舍也翻新过不知多少次了。那曾经的一切是否连同老旧的房屋和街道一样“灰飞烟灭”了呢？她还是记忆中的故乡吗……

不知什么时候，我的眼开始有些模糊，模糊在故乡人和故乡事的幻影中……

我想，我始终没有真正地忘记儿时的故乡，因为那段回忆已被尘封在心底柔软的角落，唯有清明之时，她才会被唤醒。清明一过，便继续尘封着。

天色渐暗，不知何时竟然飘起了雨丝。在回家的车上，望着车窗外纷飞的细雨，看着这雾蒙蒙的大地，我似乎明白了，我们一生苦苦寻找的那个“根”，不在祖先的墓地里，不在他们的故乡，更不在自己的故乡。那个“根”，就在我们尘封的心里……

“清明时节雨纷纷，路上行人欲断魂。”

一说起清明节，什么“魂”啊、“雨”啊、“痛”啊、“伤”啊，一骨脑儿都涌了上来。这是为什么呢？

又是一年清明节，仿佛没有往日那种清明的气氛，除了天气差了一点外，还真是个出门踏青的好季节。

我们一行人去给去世七年的爷爷扫墓。七年前，肝癌凶狠地夺去了爷爷的生命，爷爷是在一个阳光明媚的午后西去的，走时我和妈妈正在冷水江的妈妈同学家玩。听到这个噩耗时，妈妈推掉了马上就要胡了的麻将，牵起正看动画片看得津津有味的我的手，就向车站奔去。

到了家时，奶奶和姑姑哭成了泪人，一贯不显露大喜大悲的爸爸眼里也汹涌着泪水，妈妈哭得最凶，是那种撕心裂肺的哭泣。爷爷的遗体已经冰冷，我还看见几个我不认识的男人把爷爷包在一块布里，送进棺材了。只见姑姑一把抓住那人的手，哭喊道：“别碰他，他只是睡着了……”我无论怎么也想不到平时爱我、疼我的爷爷就这么轻易地离我而去，狠心撇下他最疼爱的孙子，永远不回来了。

悲伤，顿时涌上了心头，哭得没有声音，只看见眼泪一滴滴重重地打在地板上。对于爷爷的死，我哭的就只有那一个下午，以后尽管常常想念，但却再也没悲伤过了。因为，我明白，爷爷的在天之灵是决不愿意看到我为了他的离去而悲伤这么久的。

那年我七岁。

眼看着七年过去了，今天，我又站在了爷爷的坟前。在春风里，原本填上的泥土上长出了一朵朵紫色的小花，摇曳着。风吹动树叶的声音过去了，仿佛又是七年前那个慈祥的老人对着子孙们和蔼的呼唤，脸上沧桑的痕迹里绽放出一缕缕阳光……风，撩乱了坟边青青小草，也撩乱了我的眼球，泪水滴在了紫色的小花上，我想这将是我最后一次为了爷爷的离去而伤心了，以后站在这里的将是一个自信、坚强而又快乐的我！是一个让爷爷骄傲的爷爷的孙子！

烧一把“天堂、地府通用的、冥通银行和天地银行”的纸钱，微笑着，爷爷，你在西方极乐世界一定要幸福。

爷爷的坟头尚未立碑，按照习俗，要等我和鎏锴（我的弟弟）结婚生子后才能立碑。我想，到了那时，我要把爷爷的坟上种满粉色的风信子（粉色风信子，花语：安宁与幸福），让它们代替我永远陪着我亲爱的爷爷。

把所有的痛抛掉；把所有的伤洗清；把所有的泪拭干，清明节不再“断魂”，它将是诗意、美好而又愉快的节日！
