当你走进校园，踏入教室，观察一番之后，在这美丽的校园中，我们会发现一些不和谐的音符。我们不难看到，在我们教室的桌斗里，什么没吃完的零食，废纸片，揉成团的草稿纸，地摊上买来的小玩具，铅笔屑、塑料袋、没交的数学作业本……里面可是应有尽有;在书声琅琅的课堂上，有的精神萎靡不振，有的左摇右晃，有的把手伸进桌斗里，自顾自地玩玩具等;晨会上有左顾右盼，在下面窃窃私语的同学;教室里有乱涂乱画的桌子，摇摇晃晃的凳子;有用脚“开”门的同学;还有下课后，把楼梯扶手当成滑梯的同学;在整洁的校园里，有我们同学丢的纸屑、塑料袋;还有一些同学受一些不良习惯的影响，讲粗话、脏话、争吵、搞不团结。以上这种种现象，不仅严重地违反了小学生日常行为规范，而且也破坏了学校为我们提供的优美和谐的育人环境。

这时这个校园在你心中的形象就大打折扣。我认为可以在教室、宣传栏等公共场所贴一些宣传画，提醒大家注意自己的行为，改正自己的不文明举动。通过宣传，慢慢使大家形成一种良好习惯。也可以在低年级搞一次“清理小课桌”活动，在高年级搞个“校园不文明现象大通缉”漫画征集评比活动，增强大家对校园不文明现象的厌恶和憎恨。

亲爱的同学们，让我们行动起来，从点滴之事做起，从我做起，跟不文明行为永远告别，为学校的文明贡献自己的力量吧!

临近黄昏，快要放学了，校园里仍然忙碌着。

校园里的丁香花，正热情地开放着，白里透着些许粉色，白得优雅，白得灿烂，一簇一簇堆满枝头。几株丁香花树长在坎儿内的草坪中央，它们是全校师生的骄傲。

突然，平静的校园内爆发出一阵呐喊，张明正在教学楼前面跑着，嬉笑着……

张明从课堂上遛了出来，下了楼，越过了全校师生都不敢越过的坎儿，来到了丁香花树旁，找到了最艳丽的一棵树，他猛地一跳，就用手抓住了丁香树的树枝，最丰满的一根树枝，将它折断了下来。他拿着树枝，举过头顶，奋力地叫着，全校的师生都探过头来，一个少年的身后是飘飞的丁香花。

六（1）班，永远是学校里老师们最不喜欢的班。因为这个班的张明。

因为他，六（1）班之前的一个经验丰富的老师被张明气走了，家长们都倍感生气，要求将张明调走，开除！

这时，同学们把张明折花枝的事告诉了新转来的李老师，校长也知道了。张明被通知到校长办公室去一趟。他涨红了脸，却又装作满不在乎地跟随李军老师进了校长办公室。李军老师看着张明涨红的脸，用富有活力的话语对校长说：“这不是什么错事，是他童趣的一种表现。”校长惊讶而又充满期待地看着李军老师：“希望李老师在一周之内调教好这个孩子，不然就要听取家长们的意见，劝退张明。”

李老师通过同学和老师了解熟悉张明，知道了他的种种“劣行”。一次早读，他被老师点了起来，问他一首古诗，他不会，同学们都笑了起来，说他是傻瓜，只会制造麻烦，破坏了班上的风气。下一节课是体育课，他没有与大队下去“游历”，他抓住了机会，想借机报复一下那些嘲笑他的人。当同学们回来时，发现每个人的语文书都已被画得一团糟，钢笔里的墨水也被挤出，扔进了垃圾桶。

之后，张明又闹了一次事，他将全校的电脑都侵略了一番，将电脑锁住，再通过U盘传播到整个学校。

年轻，充满活力的李军老师抓住了一个机会，希望能够改变张明。他让张明去参加一个电脑大赛。全班都沸腾了。班长王寒冰带头找到了老师，用手比划着，描述让张明参加的坏处。比如，他要是在比赛中将大家的电脑都锁了，那不就完了吗？班主任李军只是微微一笑。

比赛照常进行了。张明带着李老师的期望，来到了电脑前，神情专注……

张明获得了最高的奖项。

李老师又将张明调到了全班最靠近黑板的位置，这让一直坐在后面的张明高兴不已。

同学们又开始抱怨，反正他又不学，把他调到第一排，就只能闹事。没想到他受到了老师的鼓舞，学习努力了许多，一下子，成绩的进步如同芝麻开花一般直往上冒。

站在那颗丁香树下，他约了李军老师，他要感谢老师对他的教导，而老师却微微一笑。

一朵透着粉色的丁香花落在了张明头上，散发出更迷人的香味。土黄色的皮肤让张明显得更阳光、健康。
