Since I was at school, I have heard a lot about college. A boy near my

As a chinese, I was really ashamed of having a little knowledge of dragon boat festival. So I have never see the dragon boat contest since I was born. So the dragon boat festival is just a holiday for eating Zong Zi . My mother made Zong Zi when I was a child. Because there was no supermarket, we couldn t buy finished product from market. However, now, we can buy anything in supermarket, so my mother didn t make them anymore. The boat festival began to fade out my mind.

In reality, young people began to have a bug to celebrate foreign festivals, such as Christams, Saint Valentine s day, April Fool s Day, some people also celebrate Easter in church. Nowadays, there is a growing focus on health care. People are pursuing a

healthy lifestyle. A healthy diet is one of the most important parts of it. As

the saying goes, bread is the staff of life, eating healthily and deliciously is

the goal we pursue. From my point of view, in order to build healthy eating

habits, we should eat more vegetables and less fat and sugar. Vegetable is the

best source of s vitamin, because vegetables are rich in vitamins. Among them,

vitamin C and vitamin A are the most important. Too much fat and sugar can lead

to obesity, which is harmful to health. Besides, eating more fruits and drinking

April 12 is memorable because our clahad a meaningful experience on that day. In the morning, we bicycled to the suburbs to plant trees, talking and laughing all the way. In Hong Kong, all of the buildings are very tall. There are lots of shops there and you can go shopping until about 11:00 at night. In Hong Kong, things are very expensive, so we only bought a few souvenirs.

We went to lots of places, such as the Avenue of Stars and Ocean Park. I like Ocean Park best. The park is very big. Sitting in the cable car, you can see two hills, lots of different flowers and the sea. Some students were afraid of sitting in the cable car!

We stayed in the Shu Ren College. There are many big trees around it. We had meals in the restaurants, but I didnt like the food.

Hong Kong is very beautiful. I like Hong Kong and I hope to go there again some day.

There are manyFestivals in China. Among them, I like theSpringFestival

most. Not only because it’s the biggest festival in the year, but also because

it’s a new beginning that brings hope to people and it’s time for family

gathering. Before the festival, people come home no matter where they are.

Usually, we have a big dinner on the New Year’s Eve. And then families sit

together and share their lives or planes. Some will play games or hang out to

have some fun. On the New Year’s Day, people get up early and say good words to

anyone they meet. Children can get lucky money from relatives. In the following

days, we will visit relative’s home and bring New Year’s wishes to them. In

short, it’s a time for family gathering and all of us enjoy it.
