半夜十二点来敲门时，每家每户都响起喜庆的鞭炮声，大家都沉浸在漫天飞舞的鞭炮纸上了。鞭炮一过，就是五彩缤纷的烟花点缀在无暇的天空上了，人们望着飞上天的烟花，一起期望着新的一年、新的气象。

到了初一，大家都非常有空，大人们就会去打麻将，而小孩子们则用自己的压岁钱案买各种零食玩意儿。到了晚上，天空中还是闪烁着五光十色的烟花，有条件的则特地乘车去琶洲等地看烟花。

春节的另一个高潮又是尾声——元宵。我们这里并不是每条村都过春节的，有些人就会过正月十三、十四、二月初二……而我们这条村正好就是过元宵的。我们要准备好各种菜肴迎接客人，让客人吃得开心，会得慰心。

今年，一到农历12月27日，妈妈就带我上街买鞭炮和对联。

我们来到街上，妈妈拉着我走啊，走啊。我看到了许许多多整整齐齐的鞭炮和对联，一转头，看见我去年买的几种对联，我拉拉妈妈的手说：“妈妈买。”妈妈就带我来到那一问店中，我挑了几种说：“妈妈，这些各买一盒。”妈妈亲切地对我说：“好！”然后我们付了钱，我们拿着东西，又来到里面买白菜、花菜、空心菜、鸡、鸭、鱼、肉等主食，我们跑了好几趟，终于把年货全买齐了。

大年三十下午，爸爸已经准备好浆糊贴对联了，我就和爸爸拿着对联来到大门下，爸爸把浆糊涂在门墙上，我们急忙把对联贴了上去。

除夕家家户户都要吃团圆饭，我们也不例外，我们一家子团聚在桌子边，一起吃团圆饭，喝团圆汤，欢迎新的一年到来，妈妈一边吃一边吩咐我说：“不能打破东西，也不能说”坏话，呀！

到了初一，早上吃了一碗热呼呼的面线糊和甜鸡蛋，爸爸妈妈和我来到爸爸妈妈、叔叔阿姨、外公外婆家拜年，人人都说我“长高了，懂事了，学习进步了。”

每个人都给我红包，我对他们说：“恭喜发财，新年快乐。”

正月十五的时候，我们这里就不像北方那么热闹了，只是吃“状元圆”而已，可是，听说世纪公园、泉州公园晚上却是灯火通明，一眼望去，都能看见几百盏灯来，要是我能亲眼一见，那就太好了。

在年三十晚这一天，是整个春节的高潮。这一天，孩子们都会到处燃放烟花爆竹。不仅如此，大家还会忙于做年夜饭。佛山人对年夜饭的菜色十分讲究，既要美味可口，还要好意头。一般的年夜饭都会有鸡，俗话说“无鸡不成宴”，所以，鸡是少不了的。其次，就是一些应景的菜，例如：鱼，代表年年有余；发菜，代表发财；蚝豉，代表好事……吃过晚饭，大家都会不约而同地去逛花街，越接近十二点，人气就越旺。

大年初一，大家都会睡到近中午才起床。吃过午饭后，佛山人会到公园去看表演或到亲友家去拜年。拜年时，不论带了多少礼物都不能是单数，因为俗话说“好事成双”。进了门，首先要对象说不同的祝福语。对老人要说“新春如意”，“寿比南山”；对有工作的人说“工作顺利”，“新年进步”；而做生意的人，最中听的莫过于“新年大赚”，“发财利市”了。拜年时，长辈会将事先准备好的利是给未成年人，表示把吉祥和祝福带给他们。

正月十五的元宵节，是春节的另一个高潮。在佛山，有这么一个俗语“行通济，无蔽翳”。这意味着在正月十五那一天，人们都会拿着行运风车和与“生财”同音的生菜走通济桥，祈求身体健康、财运亨通。除此之外，这一天还要吃汤圆，寓意和和美美，团团圆圆。
