在特殊的日子吃饺子代表着特殊的意义，多为吉庆祥和的象征。例如，民间长者过生日的前—天必吃饺子，称之为“子孙饽饽”，意在祝愿福寿绵绵、子孙满堂。结婚.入洞房后也要先吃煮得半生的饺子。以祈祝早生贵子。除夕晚上。一家老少一起包饺子。待子时一到全家人—起吃饺子，取“岁更交子”之意。饺子的吃法也是多种多样的，水煮的叫“水饺”，上屉蒸的叫“蒸饺”，在铛中烙的叫“锅贴”。可见，民间在喜庆、吉祥的日子有吃饺子的习惯，与民同庆的皇室也深受民间传统文化的影响，在节庆之日吃饺子。

清代，饺子作为一种喜庆的食物，配合节日的氛围，形成了许多约定俗成的习俗，作为国之表率的清代皇室自然要紧紧承袭传统的民俗文化。

清代，皇帝大婚之时就要吃饺子。据《清宫述闻》中对同治皇帝大婚入洞房的情景有这样的记载：“……皇上、皇后坐龙凤喜床，食子孙饽饽……至晚，皇上、皇后用长寿面。”这里面所说的“子孙饽饽”，就是饺子。

当然，每逢辞旧迎新之时，饺子是必不可少的，这不仅寓意“岁更交于”，更重要的是表示不忘祖宗。因为在清朝入关之前，满族就有过年吃冻饺子的生活习惯。

清代皇帝在除夕子时这一重要时刻，先要进行一系列的瞻拜仪式，然后再开始吃饺子。

皇帝的瞻拜活动，是在总管太监引导下进行的，本来没有绝对严格的时间规定。但是，御膳房的厨役们对煮饺子的时间，必须要掌握得十分准确，皇帝一到昭仁殿，饺子就要出锅，旋即端上膳桌。对此，时间的掌握就尤其重要，清宫规定，元旦前后，皇帝出门、入门，都要放纸炮作前导。御膳房根据炮声的远近，就可以推测出皇帝的行踪。例如嘉庆四年除夕，当嘉庆帝在奉先殿行礼毕，下台阶时，膳房即开始煮饺子，他刚到昭仁殿，太监立刻传：“送万岁爷煮饽饽一品!”嘉庆坐稳后，首领太监捧进红色雕漆飞龙宴盒一副，内置“三阳开泰”瓷碗两件：一碗内装素馅饺子6个，另一碗内有乾隆通宝、嘉庆通宝各一个。皇帝吃完饺子后，小太监用瓷碟盛饺子一个、红薹一块供在昭仁殿的小佛堂前，以示敬佛。而清宫的《膳食档》中还记载了光绪过年吃肉馅饺子的情景;“正月初一，万岁爷在养心殿进煮饽饽。第一次进猪肉长寿菜馅煮饽饽十三个;猪肉菠菜馅煮饽饽十三个。”

During this time,transport is extremely busy.Although the way is difficult,it cant reduce the urgent feeling of going home.I cant describe this feeling,only the people that experienced it can understand.Actually,on one hand,people miss their family,and they need to get comfort in the family.On the other hand,getting together is a symbol of blessedness and auspiciousness.People in other country dont have this consciousness that going home is necessary.For example,American could celebrate the Christmas in everywhere they like or with anybody.This diversity is occasioned by different culture between two countries.

农历新年是我国传统上一个盛大的节日，相信无一个个中国人不识。然而，在香港过农历年，在习俗上和气氛上却和传统的截然不同。

近年来，已很少香港人在农历新年时按传统在家里贴春联、年画的了，取而代之的则在一些商店或家中贴上“生意兴隆”、“出入平安”等的挥春。虽然如此，但贴挥春的原意和贴春联和年画一样，取其吉利之意，希望来年事事顺利，平平安安。

此外，舞狮、舞龙灯等也会在一些新界乡村、围村中出现，在新年的市区街头上也很难看到的大型的舞狮、舞龙灯的表演了。至于放炮仗、鞭炮等在香港是一律禁止的，不过自一九八二年开始每年农历年初二的晚上，在维多利亚港上都会举行盛大的烟花表演，这已成为这十多年来迎春的一个节目了。

香港被称为“美食天堂”，春节有关吃的习俗也不少，而大部分家庭也会在春节期间吃“团年饭”，一般是在家里设宴，于除夕全家上上下下、里里外外聚在一起，享受晚饭。而饭后的一大节目，首选相信是逛花市了，农历新年期间，港九多处都设有年宵市场，其中以维多利亚公园的花市最大、最热闹。香港市民习惯于晚饭后一家大小逛花市，除夕夜时更是人山人海，摩肩接踵，大家一起欢度佳节。

在香港过农历新年，最开心的莫过于收“利是”的小孩子了，在春节拜年时，到处可以听到“讨”利是的欢笑声。“利是”原为“利事”，取大吉大利宽好意头，同时也成为了春节时与亲人不可缺少的习俗。

“扭秧歌”对我来说既熟悉，又陌生。熟悉的是，妈妈经常提到他；陌生的是，我从来没见过。

俗话说：“百闻不如一见。”去年春节，我有机会看到了它，那场面可真够壮观的，使我终身难忘。

正月初一的早上，妈妈带我去逛地坛庙会。庙会上，卖的东西可真不少。光是吃的就有七八十种，什么“驴打滚”，“艾窝窝”。让人看了真要垂涎三尺了。庙会里不仅东西多，尔且人也特多。远远看去，人群就像一团乱麻缠在一起似的，黑压压的一片。忽然，我发现东北角的人最多，人们紧紧挨在一起。

我好不容易才挤进去。往前一看，嘿！这是什么？真棒。只见广场上几位老爷爷和老奶奶，身穿红色的服装走摆摆步。衣服上挂着一条红段子，腰上系着一只鼓。随着鼓不停的敲，翩翩起舞。脚步随着鼓点越跳越快，最后想飞起来一样。场面十分壮观。

这时，妈妈挤了进来，对我说：“佳欣，这是扭秧歌。”“是啊。孩子。”这时，一位老爷爷搭上话，“扭秧歌在你出生前就不演了，你是第一次看吧？”我轻轻点点头。老爷爷继续说：“要不是十一届三中全会号召我们继承民族文化，可能你们这辈人尽看不着他了。”

听着这位纯朴憨厚的北京老汉的一番话，看着扭秧歌，我的心中泛起了一阵阵的波澜，久久不能平静。我在想：中国扭秧歌和许多其他民族文艺，都是我国民族艺术的珍品，如果人们一味的去追求洋玩意尔把我们自己的艺术珍品扔掉，那多可惜啊！

“扭秧歌”不但是中国的“土产”，而且它显示着中华民族的气魄，把奋进的精神带给我们每个人，我们一定要继承他，发扬它。
