我们泉州从初一到十五，都称为“过年”，要等过了十五，“年”才算过去。

从正月初一到初四，人们都欢度春节，初五，百业经营，俗称“初五隔开，初六淘肥，初七人生日，初八五谷生日。”当零点一到，四处爆竹声响成一片，人们就会在家中厅堂设案，摆上三牲、水果、清茶、金猪等供品，点上三支清香，点蜡烛，恭拜“天公”，祭祀祖先，这种祭祀一直持续到初四。

除夕之夜要守岁至深夜12点钟，迎来了新年黎明，家家户户都燃放烟花爆竹。开门迎春纳祥，俗称“开正”。

元日，每家每户都会把自家的孩子早点叫起来，帖红春联，逢门必贴，无论前后，无论大小。

清晨，无论男女老少，纷纷起床盥洗，穿上早已准备好的新衣。早餐合家吃面线加鸡蛋，吃蛋去壳，意在除霉气，迎吉祥；面线则象征福寿绵长。早餐后都会出门走访邻居，笑脸相迎，首次见面皆要互道“恭喜”。就拿春节的习俗来说吧，对于这方面，我可称得上是“万事通”呀！

到了正月初九，也就是“天诞日”，民间普遍都要“敬天公”，放爆竹、点上一对红烛灯。祈求新的一年里风调雨顺，五谷丰登。在大厅的天井口用两条长凳架起一块八仙桌，桌上靠后摆上一道纸糊的高大“天公庙”，桌前摆上三牲，隆重的主牲是大猪头，其次是五斤大猪脚，边牲是鸡、鱼、或鱿鱼干、目鱼干，这三项组成三牲，放在一个大盘子里。以及酒瓶、酒杯。这些都得在当天的清晨摆好。长辈领着全家大小，跪在桌前叩谢玉皇大帝保庇平安顺舒的浩大天恩。与此同时，也向玉皇大帝有所祈请，并许愿日后隆重酬谢。

正月十五，元宵节，在这一天，大家都要吃“元宵丸”。泉州的元宵丸闻名遐迩，其制法与其他地区与众不同。以炒熟的花生米磨成沫，加上白糖、芝麻、蜜冬瓜、金桔泥……捏成丸陷，沾湿后置于有干糯米的盘子里。除此之外，我最兴奋，最期待的事情就是“闹花灯”了，这个活动，把元宵节的气氛推向了高潮，每一个人都会去逛花灯，整条街道上都挂满了花灯，还有许多的灯谜。这些可不是一般的花灯，都是请泉州的灯匠精制。品种繁多，平时都很少见。这也大大丰富了泉州人民的文娱生活。

广州有句俗语叫：“年二八、洗邋遢”，意思是，到了腊月二十八这天，要把家里大扫除一遍，为迎接新的一年的到来。

到了除夕，大家可就忙了，女人就为了团圆饭做准备，男人则帮忙杀鸡、杀鹅、贴对联、贴门画、买花、买年橘、盆景……

晚上可就热闹了，有些大人在茶余饭后就等着看万众瞩目的《春晚》了。小孩子们就穿着一身新衣服挨家挨户地去得压岁钱，俗称“利是”。而有些大人们则带着小朋友去逛广州特有的迎春花市，说到迎春花市，这可得详细介绍介绍：每年的春节前夕，广州的大街小巷都摆满了鲜花、盆景，各大公园都在举办迎春花展，特别是除夕前三天，各区的主要街道都搭起彩楼，扎起花架，四乡花农纷纷涌来，摆开花市，售花赏花，人潮涌动，十里长街，繁华似锦，人海如潮，一直闹到初一凌晨，方才散去。这就是广州特有的迎春花市。

半夜十二点来敲门时，每家每户都响起喜庆的鞭炮声，大家都沉浸在漫天飞舞的鞭炮纸上了。鞭炮一过，就是五彩缤纷的烟花点缀在无暇的天空上了，人们望着飞上天的烟花，一起期望着新的一年、新的气象。

到了初一，大家都非常有空，大人们就会去打麻将，而小孩子们则用自己的压岁钱案买各种零食玩意儿。到了晚上，天空中还是闪烁着五光十色的烟花，有条件的则特地乘车去琶洲等地看烟花。

春节的另一个高潮又是尾声——元宵。我们这里并不是每条村都过春节的，有些人就会过正月十三、十四、二月初二……而我们这条村正好就是过元宵的。我们要准备好各种菜肴迎接客人，让客人吃得开心，会得慰心。

春节，在不同的民族，不同的城市，不同的家庭，都有不同的过法。今天我们就来谈谈潮汕的春节。

潮汕的春节在腊月二十三开始，腊月二十三，孩子们就开始放假了。孩子们一到这个时候，就扔下书包，跑到超市里。买春节的糖果和零食了，牛奶糖、水果糖、巧克力……孩子们大把大把地往购物篮里抓。孩子们忙，大人们也不闲着，他们抓紧时间大扫除。女人们则在菜市场里忙碌着新年的吃喝。老人们则在忙着做糕点。忙着忙着，除夕夜就到了。

除夕夜里，家家吃团圆饭。穿新衣。吃完团圆饭，便奔到电视机前，看春节联欢晚会，一边看，一边往嘴里送着大把的零食与糖果，不知不觉，时间便在精彩的节目里溜走了，新年的钟声敲响了，晚辈们领到了压岁钱，小辈也给长辈们压岁钱，这样，除夕就从我们手中溜走了。

正月初一，店铺大多数都关门了，大人们也带着礼物到亲戚、朋友家拜年。

正月初二，最忙的便是已出嫁的女儿了。因为，女儿们要在初二这天拿着礼品与儿女、丈夫一起回娘家拜年。在娘家吃完午饭后，便要在晚饭前回到婆家。

正月初七，对素食者来说是最好的日子，那天要煮七样羹，七样羹是由七样菜熬成的，七样菜分别是萝卜、厚合菜、大蒜、葱、韭菜、芹菜、春菜熬成的。这是我们潮汕特有的民族风俗。

正月十五是春节的又一个高潮，大家要去买元宵灯，买好后，就迫不及待地等待晚上的降临，好不容易熬到晚上，小孩们拿着元宵灯到大街上，从街头走到巷尾，到处都是流光溢彩。到处都充满喜气与欢笑。正月十五这天，大家还必须吃元宵呀！这的确是美好而又快乐的日子。

正月十五这天过后，春节也就结束了。人们该上班的上班，该上学的上学，一切又恢复了往日的平静。

过年啦！每个地方都有不同的习俗，并且都各具特色。今年我有幸回趟家乡重庆过年，就让我给大家介绍一下土家族的春节习俗吧。

除夕的中午，我见姥姥煮了好多饭，就好奇的上前去询问：为什么要煮这么多饭，我们一顿也吃不了呀？姥姥回答道：“今天要多煮一些，大年初一可不能再煮新鲜饭。因为土家族人很少吃鱼，所以就要多煮饭，这也叫‘年年有余’吧。”

除夕的下午，爷爷和爸爸一起贴对联，我也过去凑热闹。东看看，西瞧瞧。这时爸爸问我：“你知道我们为什么要贴对联吗？”我回答：“知道一点点，喜庆呗。”“也对吧，对联是为了表达人们祈求新年福运的美好心愿。现在我们贴好了对联，就不能往外扔东西了，连垃圾也不能扔，一直要到大年初二才可以扔东西。这样就表示把财圈在家里了。”爸爸接着说。

除夕的傍晚，由家里的最长者带领全家去“拜山祭祖”。在先辈的坟前点上红烛和香，摆上祭品，以表对先辈的怀念。这也是对他们的尊敬。

社火，广泛流行于甘肃各地，是一种载歌载舞、体裁多样、种类繁多的综合表演艺术，多在农历正月进行表演。民间社火表演中，以历史上的豪杰英雄、善男孝女及民间传说中的各种人物为角色。

为了塑造人物形象，艺人在化妆时，从人物的不同秉性品格出发，以丰富的想象，运用各种色彩，彩绘出各种脸谱，逐渐形成别具一格的脸谱艺术。

社火脸谱忠实表达了人民群众对真善美的审美心理和对历史人物的好恶褒贬，他们通过社火脸谱，夸张、形象、生动地表达了自己的情感。在社火表演中独具特色的有兰州的太平鼓舞、武威的攻鼓舞，张掖的顶碗舞、陇东的秧歌和天水的扇鼓、腊花等。

正月打秋千

进入农历正月，临夏山村的大树间，一架架秋千架起，开始了一年一度的打秋千游戏。打秋千，有两种基本姿式，一是自己坐在横板上，由别人在后面送，悠悠晃晃，飞得不太高，这种姿式适合于年幼儿童;二是站立在横板上，自己用力，使秋千快速飞升，这种姿式最受大人青睐。

整个白天，秋千是娃娃们的阵地，他们忽而如雄鹰展翅，欲飞蓝天;忽而闭目横坐，慢慢晃悠……喧喧闹闹、嘻嘻哈哈，一直到万家灯火灿烂。

到了晚上，秋千又是小媳妇、大姑娘的天下了。她们打秋千，不吵不闹，全都静悄悄的。在朦胧的夜色中，只见一个个娇娜的身影在空中翻飞，留短发的，如飞扬的马鬃，飘逸着风采;梳长辫的，犹如一条游鱼，来回穿梭，令人神往。待每人轮过一遍后，便开始玩花样了。她们忽而两人面对面站在横板上，飞行中由反方向者用力，一张一弛，配合得非常默契。不一会，秋千就荡到半空中，像满弦的弓箭在飞舞;忽而，一人坐在横板上，一人站在横板上，这样，坐者可以毫不用力地尽情享受，而站立者则要花费两倍的力量使秋干飞升，不一会便气喘吁吁，香汗淋漓了。不过，这种花样多是两人轮流出力，倒也公平合理。

正月十六，秋千的主人爬到树上，把秋千卸下来，一年一度的打秋千就结束了。

春节到了，每个地方都有不同的习俗，下面让我来讲一下我们家乡的习俗吧！

春节是我国传统的节日，春节来临之时，家家户户都贴春联，挂灯笼，准备迎接新的一年。春节必不可少的就是包饺子，想起饺子那美味的味道就会不由自主的流口水。

大年三十的早上，我们一家出去买面粉，买完面粉后就开始包饺子了。首先把面粉倒入盆子里，再倒入水，接着再揉搓成面团，再用保鲜膜盖上醒一会儿。在群面的过程中，我们开始剁肉末，剁菜末，再把剁好的肉放入碗里，放入香油，生抽，老抽，盐，十三香，搅拌均匀。

一切准备就绪，可以包饺子了妈妈和婶婶擀饺子皮，其他人包饺子。首先，拿一块饺子皮放在手心，接着夹起一块不大不小的肉末，用手指沾一点水抹在饺子皮的边上最后把饺子皮合起来，两边一捏就包好一个饺子了。这个像金元宝一样的饺子，有很多寓意呢！饺子又名交子或娇耳，有着喜庆团圆和吉祥如意的寓意，也有平安团圆，早日归来的寓意。
