农历新年是我国传统上一个盛大的节日，香港也不例外。香港春节，在习俗上和气氛上既和大陆其他地区有共同的地方，也有自己的特色。

一、挥春取代春联

近年来，已很少香港人在农历新年时按传统在家里贴春联、年画的了，而是在商店或家中贴上“生意兴隆”、“出入平安”等的挥春，用意和贴春联和年画一样，取其吉利之意，希望来年事事顺利，平平安安。

二、舞狮舞龙灯

新年市区街道很难看到大型的舞狮、舞龙灯的表演，在一些新界乡村、围村中还可以看到。至于放炮仗、鞭炮等在香港是一律禁止的，不过自一九八二年开始每年农历年初二的晚上，在维多利亚港上都会举行盛大的烟花表演，成为这十多年来迎春的一个固定节目。

这时就该准备年夜饭了，扬州人一贯对食物的热情就体现出来了，之前早就腌制好的腊肉、风鸡、咸鱼、香肠等等一碟碟端上了桌，之后便是各式各样烧、煮、煎、炸的食物，花样繁多、色香味诱人，但无论如何餐桌上不能缺的是芋头烧肉，有俗话说“三十晚上吃芋头，一年四季不会愁”;蔬菜里扬州人也很讲究，吃水芹菜，意味着路路通(因为水芹菜是空心的);豌豆，扬州人读作安豆，平平安安的意思;鱼肯定是少不了的，只不过要等到正月初一才能吃，因为“年年有余”嘛。

吃完年夜饭，晚辈们该给长辈拜年了，一声声祝福换来一个个红包，孩子们高兴的看着拿到的压岁钱，小心的压在枕头底下。然后一家老小守着电视看春晚，电视上开始倒计时数数时，屋外立刻劈里啪啦争相响起了鞭炮声，因为民间有“开门爆竹”一说，就是在新的一年到来之际，每家开门的第一件事就是燃放爆竹，以哔哔叭叭的爆竹声除旧迎新。放鞭炮也是有讲究的，一般都会选择双数，比如6个，寓意六六大顺，8就是发，等等……爆竹声会一直持续到初一早上九.十点钟.

正月初一换新衣，从头到脚、从里到外都得是崭新的，新年新气象，人也精神了很多。扬州人这一天早上得吃圆子面(就是汤圆和面条一起煮，一起吃)，取意“圆圆满满、长命百岁”。

互相串门拜年的习惯是改变不了的，过年图的就是热闹喜庆，这时候家里面就得摆上很多水果糕点，招待来拜年的亲朋好友们，主要是苹果、桔子，云片糕、花生、瓜子等。扬州糕点是出了名的精细，虽然现在人们已没那么多老规矩，但新年扬州人要吃茶食糕点的习俗却沿袭了下来，三丁包、豆沙包、翡翠烧卖、千层油糕、蟹黄汤包……这些享誉海内外的名点也不过是扬州平常百姓人家的吃食。

我们的祖国有许多的传统节日，有中秋节、端午节、重阳节……但是我最喜欢春节，因为春节可以穿新衣服、吃好吃的，还可以得到压岁钱，男孩子还可以放鞭炮呢!

春节是我国人民最重视的节日。关于春节的来历是这样的：中国古时候有一种叫“年”的怪兽，头长触角，凶猛异常。“年”常年深居海底，每到除夕这天，才爬上岸，吞食牲畜，伤害人命。因此，每到除夕这天，村里的人们都要逃往深山，以躲避“年”兽的伤害。后来有一位老人，告诉大家。“年”兽最怕红色，火光和炸响。从此每年除夕，家家贴红对联，燃放爆竹，户户灯火通明，守更待岁。初一一大早，还要走亲串友道喜问好。这风俗越传越广，成了中国民间最隆重的传统节日。

在我们的家乡，人们在除夕前好几天，就开始准备过年了。人们会买鞭炮、买春联、准备年货、买新衣服，人们还要彻底打扫卫生。除夕之夜，我们还要吃饺子，每年包饺子的时候，妈妈会在一些饺子里包上硬币，谁吃到了有硬币的饺子，就代表着谁在新的一年里会交好运的。吃完饺子后，我们都会守在电视机前看《春节联欢晚会》。

到了春节那天，我很高兴，因为我可以穿新衣服，而且还可以收到很多压岁钱，另外我发现别人也都很精神， 也很高兴，到处都充满了欢乐的笑声!

To tell you the truth，I don t like the Spring Festival at all. When I was young I liked it very much，because I could had something tasty to eat during the Spring Festival，and I could enjoy very wonderful TV programmes，too，I also could had much free time during which I could did something I liked to do. I don t like it now， there are many reasons.

Firstly，I can t have a good time during the Festival. Every New Year s Eve something unpleasant often happens. Once I quarreled with my second brother.

Secondly，I can t relax myself during the Festival. I have to do many things，watch so many TV programmes， meet so many people，all these things make me very tired.

每个地方都有不同的习俗，并且都各具特色。今年我有幸回趟老家重庆过年，就让我给大家介绍一下土家族的春节习俗吧。

除夕的中午，我见奶奶煮了好多饭，就好奇的上前去询问：为什么要煮这么多饭，我们一顿也吃不了呀？奶奶回答道：“今天要多煮一些，大年初一可不能再煮新鲜饭。因为少数民族土家族人很少吃鱼，所以就要多煮饭，这也叫‘年年有余’吧。”

除夕的下午，爷爷和爸爸一起贴对联，我也过去凑热闹。东看看，西瞧瞧。这时爸爸问我：“你知道我们为什么要贴对联吗？”我回答：“知道一点点，喜庆呗。”“也对吧，对联是为了表达人们祈求新年福运的美好心愿。现在我们贴好了对联，就不能往外扔东西了，连垃圾也不能扔，一直要到大年初二才可以扔东西。这样就表示把财圈在家里了。”爸爸接着说。

除夕的傍晚，由家里的最长者带领全家去“拜山祭祖”。在先辈的坟前点上红烛和香，摆上祭品，以表对先辈的怀念。这也是对他们的尊敬。

今天阳光明媚，外公把腊肉放到阳台去晒。我问外公：“为何把腊肉放到阳台上晒呀?”外公说：“因为今天是春节了呀!”要过年了!我差点叫出声来。“我最喜欢春节了!”我激动得欣喜若狂地大叫。

一大早，我就起床吃饭，因为今天是春节嘛。吃完饭，我和外公、爸爸把大红春联贴在了门上，春联红红火火的真是喜庆。接着，大外婆、小姨、姨夫等好多人都来了，我们一边聊天一边吃喜糖。在聊天的时候很多人都说我和表弟长大了，长高了，更乖巧懂事了。我听了，心里甜滋滋的。

不一会儿就到了拜年大红包的时候了，我和表弟纷纷给大人们拜年，拜年的时候要说：“恭喜发财，红包拿来。”然后，大人们就会把红包给我们。

最后，就是我最喜欢的环节了——吃年夜饭!外婆上菜了喽!我口水直流。哇!有我最爱的红烧肉、排骨汤、大猪腿、炸鸡翅膀……我和几个小朋友实在忍不住了，连忙把肉往嘴里送。这个感觉别提有多开心了。

吃过年夜饭，我们就开始看春晚，吃夜宵一直守岁到晚上十二点呢。

今年鸡年春节真是开心。
