孔府年节

孔府年节有一些和民间不同的地方，

腊八。腊八的一切活动都是围绕腊八粥进行的。熬粥要安排很多人，“户人”中的烧火户在这天专来烧火。支起大锅，熬出的粥分盛在很多缸里。腊八粥分两种：一种是粗的，给当差的喝，粥里放大米、肉片、白菜、豆腐之类，喝粥时，一个还给一斤馍馍；另一种是细的，用薏米仁、桂元、莲子、百合、栗子、红枣、红豇豆、江米等熬成，粥面再放上用山楂雕刻的“粥果”。这样的粥是供内宅，本族以及上供用的。孔府在外面有很多香火院，都在腊八这天派尼姑来要粥，要“盆头米”。

临近三十，孔府忙年活动中最热闹的场面“蒸壮”就出现了，“蒸壮”就是为过年蒸各种馒头、饺子、糕饼。这时“烧火户”又来烧火，蒸各式各样的馒头。

中华民族有很多传统的节日，如清明节、端午节、中秋节、重阳节等，各种节日都各具特色。但最重要的节日还是春节了，由于地域的差异，全国各地过春节的方式均有不同。我的家乡重庆秀山是土家族自治县，每年春节，父母都带领我回秀山老家过年，而我的老家又座落在距秀山县城较偏远的一个小山寨里，这个小山寨的春节很有土家民族的风味。

大年三十的早上，每家每户的学生都要去商店买红纸自己根据家里的情况编写春联，无论编的水平如何、写的水平如何，它都象征了土家族人民除旧迎新的美好祝愿和希望。

贴完春联就由小孩子们贴年画，土家族年画是一种美丽的山水画、人物画、字画或其他画等等，它具有驱邪避鬼、拜祭祖宗、祈求富贵的画，家家户户布置得花花绿绿胜似仙宫。

贴门神也是老家过春节必须做的事，由长辈们在老家吊脚楼的大门上贴一种神象。每年春节必贴，图个吉利，也添气氛，驱鬼驱邪、增加喜色。听爸说：门神均是唐朝两位悍将，一位是勇猛无比的尉迟公，一位是百战百胜的秦叔宝。

接下来就是吃团年饭了，土家族的团年饭很讲究，比如吃饭时不能打破碗，如有发现便要注意人口损破。吃饭不能泡汤饭和喝汤，如果喝了汤水来年种田下地怕碰到雨天。要说吉利话，不打小娃，如打小娃，叫封印等等

但全家人吃团年饭之前，必须先要进行几分钟的叫饭，听爷爷说这是土家族祭祖的一种方式，也叫摆饭。这是过年不可少的一种祭祀活动，先摆上丰富菜肴在桌上，不急于品尝，而是静坐凝神，将筷子放在酒杯或饭碗上，由爷爷悼念：三代宗祖老少亡人，地盘业主古老前人前来吃饭饮酒。念完后才能吃团年饭。

吃完团年饭后要进行送亮，就是三十日晚上，要给先亡送亮到坟前，在坟前点烧腊烛，摆上饭菜，燃放鞭炮以示怀念。

夜晚来临后，就是我们常说的守岁了，我们全家人围火而坐，这天晚上爸爸说要保证灯火通明，相传三十的火，十五的灯。三十晚上灯也不灭，家里的每一个地方都要有灯不能是黑处，黑处必藏瘟神、瘟疫，因此必须用灯火照明，让瘟神、瘟疫无藏身之地，来年人口清洁平安，无瘟疫流行。

正月初六"送穷"，是我国古代民间一种很有特色的岁时风俗。其意就是祭送穷鬼(穷神)。穷鬼，又称"穷子"。据宋陈元靓《岁时广记》引《文宗备问》记载："颛顼高辛时，宫中生一子，不着完衣，宫中号称穷子。其后正月晦死，宫中葬之，相谓曰今日送穷子。"相传穷鬼乃颛顼之子。他身材赢弱矮小，性喜穿破衣烂衫，喝稀饭。即使将新衣服给他，他也扯破或用火烧出洞以后才穿，因此"宫中号为穷子"。送穷之俗在唐代相当盛行，大文学家韩愈曾写过一篇《送穷文》，其中说："(主人)三揖穷鬼而告之曰：闻子行有日矣，我有资送之恩，子等有意于行乎?"唐诗人姚合还写有诗《晦日送穷三首》，其中第一首云： 年年到此日，沥酒拜街中。万户千门看，无人不送穷。

从最后两句可以窥见送穷风俗在当时已相当普遍。宋以后，送穷风俗依然流行。清人俞曲园《茶香室三钞·送穷鬼》录前朝人的词有：奉劝郎君小娘子，空去送穷鬼。关于送穷的日期，有几种说法：《岁时广记》引《岁时杂记》说，是在"人日"(正月初七)前一天，即正月初六。则是一本书，其引《图经》又说："池阳风俗，以正月二十九日为穷九日，扫除屋室尘秽，投之水中，谓之送穷。"还有一说是在晦日，即正月的最后一天，因据《文宗备问》说，"穷鬼"本死于正月晦日。三个送穷的日子虽各有异，各地送穷的日子也各不同，但有一点还是共同的，即都是安排在正月新春进行。送穷风俗具休的仪式，据《岁时杂记》记载："人日前一日扫聚粪帚，人未行时，以煎饼七枚覆其上，弃之通衢，以送穷。"韩愈《送穷文》中，提到要为穷鬼"结柳作车，引帆上墙。"这就是说，送穷时既要为"穷鬼"准备下象征性的车船，还要给"穷鬼"带上干粮。有的地方还有"以芭蕉船送穷"的做法。看来，各地送穷，各有各的的办法。民间广泛流传的送穷习俗，反映了我国人民普遍希望辞旧迎新，送走旧日贫穷困苦，迎接新一年的美好生活的传统心理。

扫尘——民谚说：腊月二十四，掸尘扫房子”。北方叫扫房，南方叫掸尘。室内屋外，房间屋后，彻底进行打扫、衣被用具、洗刷一新，干干净净地迎新春。

门画——据《山海经》载称：唐太宗李世民生病时，梦里常听到鬼哭神嚎之声，以至夜不成眠。这时，大将秦叔宝、尉迟恭二人自告奋勇，全身披挂地站立宫门两侧，结果宫中果然平安无事，李世民认为两位大将太辛苦了，心中过意不去，遂命画工将他俩人的威武形象绘之在宫门上，称为“门神”。东汉蔡邕《独断》记载，汉代民间已有门上贴“神荼”、“郁垒”神像，到宋代演变为木板年画。后来，民间争相仿效，几经演变，形成了自己的独特风格，便是现在的年画了。中国现存最早的年画是宋版《隋朝窈窕呈倾国之芳容图》。

春联——是从两千多年前战国时期的“桃梗”演变而来的。《淮南子》上说，桃符(即桃梗)是桃木刻成的。上面刻着灭降福的咒语，一年一换。五代后蜀皇帝孟昶在过春节时心血来潮，令人将桃树削片，他提笔在上面题写了联句：“新年纳余庆，佳节号长春”。这就是中国最早的春联了。至于春联这一名称的正式诞生，则在明朝。明朝开国皇帝朱元璋建都金陵后，曾在除夕时下旨：“公卿士庶之家，须写春联一副，以缀新年”。以后，春联得以推广，沿袭至今过年时，各家各户都要贴春联。

爆竹——春节燃放爆竹之俗始于汉代。据南梁人宗懔撰写的《荆梦岁时记》记载：“正月一日……鸡鸣而起，先于庭前爆竹从辟山妖恶鬼。”古时放爆竹，是用竹子放进火内燃烧，由于竹内空气受热膨胀，便发出“噼噼啪啪”的响声，以此避邪驱鬼，祈盼来年吉祥幸福。到了唐宋以后，发时了用火药制成的鞭炮。
