龙灯的涵义比较宽泛，说小了它是用纸或绢蒙成各种形状，能够为燃烛避风的灯罩；说大了它就是正月十五或八月十五灯会的统称。原先杭州的船灯，一般以细木为骨，扎成船的形状，再蒙上皮纸或嵌上玻璃；还有马儿灯，用细竹扎成马的形状，但没有四条腿，用纸糊上，分为前后两截，每截当中点燃一支蜡烛，分别系在儿童前后身上，象骑马的样子；再有走马灯，灯中竖以麦秸，秸下插在细钉当中，灯的上面是纸制的风车，四边挂着纸剪的人和马，用烛烟驱动风车，旋转灯上的人马。走马灯和船灯，只能悬挂不能行动，而其他形状的灯则可以随龙灯大队一起喧闹于大街小巷之间。

花爆就是烟花和爆竹的总称。最大的称烟火，要在空旷处搭架引放，以看烟花流荧为主；其次是花筒，小大由之，老少咸宜，点燃后既听其声又观其形；再次是炮杖，尤为少儿所喜，燃放后只为听其惊心动魄的一响。那时候杭州百姓燃放的花爆，多为花筒，比较著名的有在木盆中施放的金盆闹月、在池塘河溪中施放的水老鼠，以及不受地形限制，各到各处都可施放的九龙取水、二龙戏珠、白鹅生蛋、老鹳弹霞等等。

正月初六"送穷"，是我国古代民间一种很有特色的岁时风俗。其意就是祭送穷鬼(穷神)。穷鬼，又称"穷子"。据宋陈元靓《岁时广记》引《文宗备问》记载："颛顼高辛时，宫中生一子，不着完衣，宫中号称穷子。其后正月晦死，宫中葬之，相谓曰今日送穷子。"相传穷鬼乃颛顼之子。他身材赢弱矮小，性喜穿破衣烂衫，喝稀饭。即使将新衣服给他，他也扯破或用火烧出洞以后才穿，因此"宫中号为穷子"。送穷之俗在唐代相当盛行，大文学家韩愈曾写过一篇《送穷文》，其中说："(主人)三揖穷鬼而告之曰：闻子行有日矣，我有资送之恩，子等有意于行乎?"唐诗人姚合还写有诗《晦日送穷三首》，其中第一首云： 年年到此日，沥酒拜街中。万户千门看，无人不送穷。

从最后两句可以窥见送穷风俗在当时已相当普遍。宋以后，送穷风俗依然流行。清人俞曲园《茶香室三钞·送穷鬼》录前朝人的词有：奉劝郎君小娘子，空去送穷鬼。关于送穷的日期，有几种说法：《岁时广记》引《岁时杂记》说，是在"人日"(正月初七)前一天，即正月初六。则是一本书，其引《图经》又说："池阳风俗，以正月二十九日为穷九日，扫除屋室尘秽，投之水中，谓之送穷。"还有一说是在晦日，即正月的最后一天，因据《文宗备问》说，"穷鬼"本死于正月晦日。三个送穷的日子虽各有异，各地送穷的日子也各不同，但有一点还是共同的，即都是安排在正月新春进行。送穷风俗具休的仪式，据《岁时杂记》记载："人日前一日扫聚粪帚，人未行时，以煎饼七枚覆其上，弃之通衢，以送穷。"韩愈《送穷文》中，提到要为穷鬼"结柳作车，引帆上墙。"这就是说，送穷时既要为"穷鬼"准备下象征性的车船，还要给"穷鬼"带上干粮。有的地方还有"以芭蕉船送穷"的做法。看来，各地送穷，各有各的的办法。民间广泛流传的送穷习俗，反映了我国人民普遍希望辞旧迎新，送走旧日贫穷困苦，迎接新一年的美好生活的传统心理。

一大早，我就起床吃饭，因为今天是春节嘛。吃完饭，我和外公、爸爸把大红春联贴在了门上，春联红红火火的真是喜庆。接着，大外婆、小姨、姨夫等好多人都来了，我们一边聊天一边吃喜糖。在聊天的时候很多人都说我和表弟长大了，长高了，更乖巧懂事了。我听了，心里甜滋滋的。

不一会儿就到了拜年大红包的时候了，我和表弟纷纷给大人们拜年，拜年的时候要说：“恭喜发财，红包拿来。”然后，大人们就会把红包给我们。

最后，就是我最喜欢的环节了——吃年夜饭！外婆上菜了喽！我口水直流。哇！有我最爱的红烧肉、排骨汤、大猪腿、炸鸡翅膀……我和几个小朋友实在忍不住了，连忙把肉往嘴里送。这个感觉别提有多开心了。

除夕守岁是最重要的年俗活动之一，守岁之俗由来已久。最早记载见于西晋周处的《风土志》：除夕之夜，各相与赠送，称为“馈岁”；酒食相邀，称为“别岁”；长幼聚饮，祝颂完备，称为“分岁”；大家终夜不眠，以待天明，称曰“守岁”。

6.吃饺子

.民间春节吃饺子的习俗在明清时已有相当盛行。饺子一般要在年三十晚上12点以前包好，待到半夜子时吃，这时正是农历正月初一的伊始，吃饺子取“更岁交子”之意，“子”为“子时”，交与“饺”谐音，有“喜庆团圆”和“吉祥如意”的意思。

7.放爆竹

中国民间有“开门爆竹”一说。即在新的一年到来之际，家家户户开门的在爆竹声中，我们迎来了中国人最盛大的节曰——春节，家家喜气洋洋，挂上红红的灯笼，贴上红红的春联，忙忙碌碌
