I am writing to express my opinion about the current policy on the official holidays, such as Spring Festival and Golden Week Holiday. 例如，我们的生活中。洗衣服用的脏水还可以用来冲马桶，用洗青菜的水还可以用来拖地。水是可以循环用的。有些人，只会把洗手，洗脚的水倒掉，不知道循环用，我觉得这样太不应该了。在我们的社会上有这样一些人。他们在公共场所上用水，但他们却不把水龙头关掉。如果你一天到晚都这样开着，那会损失几吨的水啊。还有一些工厂把那些工业污染都排在小河，小溪里。使清澈见底的水比下水道里的水还要脏，还要臭。现在我们可用的水越来越少。有时候我家一连几天都没水。这给我们带来了很大的不便。其实，人类现在是慢性自杀，他们毫不痛惜地污染、浪费水资源，然而，水又是多么的宝贵呀！如果现在不好好珍惜水资源，未来的水将像油一样珍贵。所以，我们要搞好水的循环利用。所以我们要行动起来，为了创造美好的环境，我们要珍惜每一滴水。让我们从身边小事做起，从自己做起，保护有限的水资源，保护人们赖以生存的环境。

一、关注环境，更新观念

二、节约资源，降低能耗

自觉养成绿色消费的好习惯，珍惜每一滴水，少喝瓶装水，尽量节约自来水，合理使用水资源。

每天节约每一度电，要做到随手关闭电灯、电脑、电视等电器设备，做到人走电停。

节约每一张纸。提倡双面打印，双面用纸，减少纸张消耗。

少用或不用塑料袋，尽量不使用木筷、纸杯、纸巾等一次性用品。

日常生活中尽量减少垃圾产生，对可回收垃圾分类处理、循环利用，减少垃圾转运、焚烧过程对空气的污染。

三、绿色出行，低碳生活

尽量少开车、不开车，优先步行、骑行或公共交通出行，多使用共享交通工具，家庭用车优先选择新能源汽车或节能型汽车。少乘电梯，多爬楼梯，少开空调，为节能减排多出力。

四、依法生产，主动作为

各行各业生产经营者，是大气污染防治的责任主体，应主动履行社会责任，防污减排，尤其是在重污染天气预警期间，要坚决落实各项应急措施，最大限度减少排放。

五、禁烧禁燃，减少污染

抵制露天烧烤，减少油烟排放，不焚烧垃圾、秸秆、树叶、杂草，不燃放烟花爆竹;推广使用清洁能源，抵制劣质散煤，尤其是实现“气代煤”“电代煤”的区域，严禁使用散煤，市大外环以内散煤“清零”。

六、加强宣传，勇于监督

当好大气污染治理的宣传员、监督员，对严禁散煤木柴燃烧、严禁燃放烟花爆竹、严禁柴油货车进市、严禁露天焚烧等，进行大力宣传;履行生态环境保护义务，劝阻、制止或通过12369平台和环保热线举报大气环境违法行为。

春天到了，学校组织我们去西安研学旅行参观曲江海洋公园和青龙寺遗址公园。一大早同学们在老师的带领下坐大巴来到了十三朝古都西安，在曲江海洋公园一下车就看到了郁郁葱葱的大树和姹紫嫣红的花朵，这里的环境和空气真好啊！

曲江海洋公园由四馆八区组成，其中海豚表演馆是同学们最喜欢的。我也迫不及待的跑向海洋馆门口，突然脚下被什么东西滑了一下摔倒在地上，我在同学的帮助下站起来看见脚下有一节小小的电池，我忍着疼痛把它捡起来扔在了垃圾桶。突然想起我在科普书里看到：一节一号的电池烂在地里可以使一平方公里的土壤失去了利用的价值；一粒纽扣大的电池可以使600吨水受到污染，可600吨水相当于一个人一生的饮水量。若将废旧电池混入生活垃圾一起埋了或者随手一扔，渗出的汞及其他金属物体就会渗透土壤污染地下水，破坏环境影响人们的生活和身体健康。

废旧电池的危害虽然不能马上看到，也就好像抽烟一样时间久了才能知道它的坏处。平时人们总说：它的危害也不大嘛，没必要大惊小怪呀！可我觉得这话是对社会和子孙后代不负责任的。电池的污染和危害给环境和人造成的损害是无法想象的，废旧电池可以让人损害神经系统，甚至可以致癌，这都是有科学依据的。

一天的研学旅行在同学们的欢声笑语中很快的就结束了，同学们在老师的带领下上午参观了曲江海洋馆的海豚精彩表演和海洋科普馆等。下午参观隋唐古寺青龙寺，青龙寺的樱花盛开、春色满园、风光异常漂亮。但是在这两个公园我都没有看到有废旧电池的回收箱。所以我建议政府部门应该在城乡广场、商场超市门口、垃圾箱旁、十字路口、旅游景点等地方设立废旧电池对人类和自然环境危害的宣传语及专用回收箱。这样可以集中收集、废物利用，既环保又节能一举多得，那我们何乐而不为呢？

环境保护是一个全人类都在面对的艰巨的问题，我来给家乡发展提十条建议。

第一条：少用一次性筷子。一次性筷子如果用得过多，森林的面积就会减少。

第二条：提倡垃圾分类。垃圾分类也能减少环境恶化，垃圾主要分为“可回收垃圾”、“不可回收垃圾”、“其他垃圾”等。

第三条：合理用纸，打印纸张时要双面打印，不能浪费纸张，应该节约用纸。

第四条：不乱丢垃圾。垃圾不能随地乱丢，应及时放进垃圾桶内。

第五条：节约粮食，粮食都是农民伯伯辛辛苦苦种的，要考虑有些地方的人还在挨饿。

第六条：少做私家车。可以多骑环保又能健身的自行车，也可以坐公交车，这样能减少空气污染。

第七条：少用塑料袋，据了解塑料袋是无法分解的。据了解，分解一个塑料瓶需要至少450年！

第八条：政府对工厂排出的废烟、废气、废水等都要采取有效措施。那些不仅会污染环境，还会影响人类的健康。

第九条：少用农药，被农药污染的水是对我们的身体是有危害的，会污染环境。
