广州是岭南的一个窗口，经过多年的努力，面貌发生了很大的变化：街区的建筑物焕然一新，道路两旁绿树成荫，空气清新了，天变蓝了，河、涌可以供人们嬉戏游泳了。晚上，珠江两岸灯火辉煌，五光十色，好像一座不夜城;立交桥和内环路纵横交错，好像一张巨大的网;BRT的建成，为公交提速，为上班的人们争取了时间;多座现代化大桥的通车，为缓解过江的压力起了重要的作用;高楼大厦到处林立，繁华的商业区像雨后的春笋不断冒出来;免费公园拆除了围栏，方便市民出入……

我想，未来的家乡会越来越美丽，交通会越来越畅顺，变化会更大更好，人们的幸福指数会越来越高，它将成为南中国一颗璀殩的明珠。

家乡真美丽啊，我爱我的家乡——广州!

With the communication between nations, Christmas Day is more and more popular among people. Christmas Day is on 25th, December, which is the biggest and best-loved holiday in the United States.

Christmas Day celebrates the birth of Jesus Christ, the founder of Christianity religion. “Christmas” means “celebration of Christ”. On that day, people decorate Christmas tree with candies and presents. There is a popular saying about Christmas tree. A farmer served a poor child with delicious food. When the child left, he put a branch into soil and the branch turned into a big tree at once. He pointed at the tree and said that the tree will be full of presents to reward you on that day every year.

Santa Claus is the most popular people on that day. It is a custom to act Santa Claus. Before children go to bed on Christmas Eve, they will put a sock on stove and wait the Santa Claus to put presents into it. So Christmas Day is one of the favorable festivals for children.

On Christmas Day, the whole families sit at a big table under Christmas tree to eat dinner. They value it very much. Christmas songs mainly include three songs: Jingle Bells, Silent Night and Hark! The Herald Angles sing.

Hometown is a beautiful picture scroll, sometimes also is a book, when you think of my hometown, just opened the book and have a look.

My hometown, although not what big city, but my hometown - wenling city a very beautiful place, have played a lot of foreigners also come to my hometown. My Alma mater west primary school is a beautiful campus, every morning will be LangLangDe pup - into your ears.

Hometown has a famous lakes - jiulong lake. Although it is comparable to the west lake is not so famous west lake, lively, every time the National Day, our whole family go to jiulong lake barbecue with my good friends, everybody together talking and laughing. Play tired sitting on a chair to enjoy the scenery of the lake.

There is a place that is Yintai city, countless goods inside, just entered the door will feel like in heaven. Yintai city sometimes make an activity.

My hometown - possessing is heaven. Hometown scenery never, but better than but peoples heart.

Birthday remember once, my grandmother came to my house, after the villagers know, have run to come over to my grandmother to send blessings, there is a foreigner specially bought a gift for my grandmother, when the grandmother thanks to him, he said: "old woman, your grade, this gift to you, I wish you a healthy body, foreign affairs luck!" 家乡有时是幅美丽动人的画卷，也是一本书，当你又想起家乡，就翻开书看一看。

我的家乡，虽说不是什么大城市，可我的家乡——温岭市一个很美的地方，有不少外国人也来到我的家乡玩过。我的母校城西小学是一座美丽的校园，每天早晨都会有琅琅的读书声传进到你的耳朵。

家乡有一个有名的湖泊—九龙湖。它虽然没有西湖那么有名，可比西湖热闹多，每次国庆节，我们全家和我的好朋友一起去九龙湖烧烤，大家在一起有说有笑。玩累了就坐在椅子上欣赏湖面上的风景。

还有一个地方，它就是银泰城，里面有数不尽的商品，刚进门口就会感觉像是到了天堂。银泰城有时会搞一个活动。

我的家乡—温岭是天堂。家乡的风景真没，但是比不过人的心灵美。

记得有一次，外婆来我家过生日，村里人知道后，纷纷跑过来给外婆送祝福，有一个外地人特地买了礼物给外婆，当外婆向他道谢时，他便说：“老太太，您年级大了，这礼物送给您，祝您身体健康、外事如意!”说完，转身就走，外婆自言自语：“这小伙子真有趣，送一句祝福就行了，还送什么礼物，乱花钱。”我听了，知道我I阿婆嘴上这么说，其实心里已经觉得很欣慰了。

第二天，我和朋友去玩，回家的路上，我看到了那个外地人坐在家门口画画。我又去打听那个外地人的生活处境，终于在一个烧烤摊上打听到他姓王，今年三十一岁，家中靠他和他妻子打工赚钱，他没有工作，只有靠画画来赚钱。

我爱我的家乡!

Your letter and package reached me yesterday. You really give me a great surprise. I was wondering what was in such a nice package until I carefully opened it and found that you sent me an attractive present for my birthday. Thank you very much for your kindness, and I like the present, which will give me pleasure for a long time to come.

Again it is thoughtful of you to send me the present on my birthday. Yesterday evening my colleagues held a birthday party for me, including John Liu---I think you can remember---a nice tall boy, who invited you and I to his birthday last October. We enjoyed ourselves, and all of us mentioned your stay with us. We hope that you will come to China soon, if possible.
